The last time someone suggested Virology be their own job, Skull basically just said "No becuz," and the thread only ever only got like four replies. I this thread makes some people reconsider.

Id really like it if as little people as possible had the chance to open the easily lethal, abusable virus crates, but being CMO only is a bit much. I still think Virologists should have their job and access, but that idea was shot down WAY long ago. But having two people able to open the crate, the CMO and one virologist, would work. It already happens with weapons crate, which someone already mentioned, where only the HoS and Warden can open them, and the virology lab looks like was made for only one person to man anyway,

The only problem he's even notice is in security and command, and that is overlapping. Security is distrustful of his kind, and so are a few members of command. He bets someone is going to answer "the DO corp," but that isn't true. He reported discrimination to them a month ago, and then just now showed any interest a few days ago. It's proper, but they're too slow to do anything.

Engineering is a nine, medical is 9.5, and security is a 3. Are there any other issues that you would wish to highlight? He feels like the biggest threat to the station is corrupt station security, moreso than the threats they're supposed to protect again.

Have you been arrested or detained before? If so, describe the encounter to the best of your ability. The head of security and an officer arrested him by throwing him on the floor and pinning him to the floor by the shoulders, and then brought him into a dark room and started yelling in his ear. What do the words "arrest" and "detention" mean to you? Arrest means to put someone in cuffs and bring them in, detaining in putting them in the brig. What are your feelings on the use of force by officers to effect an arrest/detention? They should only use force on people who use force against them, or when someone tries to escape. What is your ideal arrest/detention procedure? If someone isn't violent, they should just take them in without cuffs, and if they need to use cuffs they shouldn't be so violent to people. He also thinks a small, dark room with no lights isn't a place to deal with arrested people. Should Security alter their arrest/detention procedures? Absolutely. Is there anything else on this subject that you would wish to bring to light? He thinks the problem is the people, not the procedures. He thinks a lot of people need to be kicked out and replaced with people who can do the job right.

Looking to expand again, since the first family member for cargo Kitten fell through. This time I need someone to be an older, lady cat.

I actually did some research on this. And surprisingly, YES, both red wine and Vodka are good for drips into radiation. Red Wine contains small amounts of strontium 85, and if you're going into a place where strontium 90 was used, your body with absorb the less harmful strontium 85 before all the dangerous radiation. Something similar with vodka. Alcohol saturates the blood, and like how alcohol makes it harder to transport oxygen, so will it slow down the transport of radioactive isotopes in your bloodstream.

Vodka was actually handed out to Chernobyl survivors because it was said that vodka helped strengthen their thyroids against radiation. I don't know about the validity of that, but, it might also actually be a thing.

Since this seems to have stagnated after only two days, I think I might just move on a bit early. This is a question for all those who answered the poll, when/while your character was/is in the Navy, what did you call them? What was their rank in the service, if any was given?

This is an idea I had while working on other projects. A talk show taking place with characters who work on the station, and put in the extranet section of the forum. Before I actually started to try this, I wanted to ask if anyone is even interested in reading or being part of it, because it'd be a lot of work to set-up.

The breacher will randomly spawn in crates? You mean in the asteroid? I didn't know that was a thing, but if they do, it'd be cool to slap them on along with it. Could write it off as criminal hiding their ill-gotten gains on asteroids for later retrieval.

This is only asking about military operating with the Republic. Ill fix the OP to say this.

Since I can't make a poll in general, even though the description of the forum says its for polls, Im making it here. Before you read on, I want to ask that ever answer the question seriously, and that you keep meme replies to a minimum. Thank you. I want to know how many Tajaran there are, active or not, are now, or previously were in the Republic's military alone, not any other factions in the Second Adhomai Civil War. Call it stat collecting. This poll will be going for a week from when it's posted, so I hope I can collect enough information. If you know someone who might have a Tajaran military member, please point them out to this for me.
