He began work with NanoTrasen at 17 as an intern aboard the NSS Carina but left in 2455 to do further study into medicine. He returned to NanoTrasen in December of 2458 to continue work aboard the NSS Exodus as a surgeon, and despite his good and modest work he's been hoping to take a higher position for a decent while. However, he has decent potential despite this, and on the semi-likely chance he does do shite upon the eventuality he gets the app accepted, it takes a good 4 clicks to take it away, so shan't be too bad. Extra notes: I know that I have extensive notes, and that Mark Syion isn't the best of character. However, in the past year I've improved myself greatly, and I hope other people think the same. There's nothing to be proud over the IRA mate. There's no one in Ireland that I have ever seen that supports the IRA openly, even in private I've seen fuck all. Just my experience anyway.

I assume this is all has a IRA back-round, which is fine I don't mind it at all. Just my question is, would the IRA still be in Irish peoples minds four centuries after that terrible date? I'm thinking you're missing the point here Delta. I did just say I thought I was ordered to kill him Munks pointed that out. The Crew did not care at all about the Hostage, every time I brought it up, I was either ignored or told to fuck off. While I was talking to Command about a hostage exchange, they called the ERT. And at the point of Execution the ERT just found the Jackdaw. So all-in-all a very hectic. And yes, I did brag. Shooting spikes while going mach 100,000,000 then killing them with a Chainsaw is quite hard.

With this you expect me to know everything? I just had a EVA battle with the ERT and came backing inside to you hearing stating your location on the Ship, then I hear something that Alb said "Kill that one." which I took for the Hostage because well, you know, who else was there to kill that was not the ERT? The emagged droid told you to talk some more, how in the world would I know that? And the hostage thing was never ever going to play out. The Command staff had no intention of ever trading with us, and when the ERT found our Ship, it was game over for you man.

Alright, calm my self down... Alright.. .So this is my first Complaint on me after two years on this server, and I'm very exited about it, so lets take this step by step. First, I'd like to address this lie, it's a pretty shitty lie, and to be honest, I'm not sure why it is here... I don't know you... I did not know what BestRP is untill I asked someone what or who it was. I'm a old Goon player, while the time I used to play back in 2011 would line up with the time surrounding BestRP, I've never, ever been on another RP server that's not Aurora. So, now that's sorted with, along to the meat of this Complaint. Ah, so this was you then... Alright. Yes, you were captured by us and underwent Surgery, you were given a radio to talk to Security about how you were. Sadly, you started saying where you were on the Ship and alot more Information about the Ship. So me and Alb decided it was time to end your life, and I gave you a fair warning saying not to talk into the Radio anymore. You can check the logs for that one. And I'm also going to point out Bokaza's complaint on that round. Yes I won in the duel, and yes I did take your head. Sadly there was a reason for it. We made up a bounty on your head, sadly, in the end you died and I was unable to transport your Body on the Spacebike. So after carefully deciding if I should take your head, in the end I did. The head was still on the Ship in the Bridge, I had a spear made and everything, then ERT happend. Alright guys, I hope I answered all your Questions. Sorry you had to make this Complaint, I'm always trying to stay out of trouble, even if it does not always work.

Dear god Delta, I think I'd rather talk to a fucking wall. I don't think you read the fucking Complaint at all. So they go and straight-murderbone me, even when I'm the only one who could change them back? I see what you did there. There's that fucking condescending tone again, Jesus. You know Delta, there's one thing I've seen alot of, and that's you think that you're already Staff. Just seeing you how you type in other Complaints, a nice passive-aggressive attitude. BYOND Key: Coolbc2000 Staff BYOND Key: 1138 Game ID: bNr-bKBn (Not too sure, think this is it.) Reason for complaint: Alright... So... I hate making complaints and I don't do it often. But this was just either a Gross negligence to FearRP on Delta's side, or some kind of metahate fuck if I know. So, lets set the mood. I'm a nice friendly Wizard, just got all research levels to level five, went around and said hello to a few people, end up being in the Armoury trying to ask the Warden something. He ends up saying I stole something and Security try and stop me, sadly I had a popped lung and needed to get to Medbay straight away, and hey the Security Officers let me run to Medbay and I thought that was the end of that. I'm laying down in the scanner with my satchel on the ground (In the satchel was the Nuke Disk which will explain the next part). Then a random Security Officer appeared and grabbed my satchel, naturaly I said to put it the fuck down, after about ten seconds of nothing, i shot him with my staff of Change, fearing the worst. Then all hell breaks loose. Another Detective runs up and starts shooting me, the now changed /monkey/ was pulling out his own weapon and trying to shoot me. Then something amazing happens. I start changing everyone, AND THEY DID NOT GIVE ONE SHIT. Changed into a Xeno? Kill the Wizard. Changed into a mindless monkey? Kill. CHANGED INTO THE VARUCA PET? Take the staff while the Wizard is down. Then a Chemist comes along and sprays something in my face and I just die. But hey, that's not really what the complaint was about. Now I understand that Delta went to get something to eat, which is why he did not see my A-help about the previous events. But what follows, is what he and I saw together. The Xenohunter just stands there and talks into the Radio. The changed Security Officer grabbed my Staff and changed into a Parrot ( That I understand, trying to use the staff to change it back.) but then another Detective took the staff, asked if he could press the button knowing full well it turned the other Officer into Parrot. He did it anyway and was turned into a Parrot. So right now on the Security Staff consists of a changed Tajaran Detective who seems down and not at all afraid that he is a cat. Two changed parrots and a Human Warden. And what did Delta do about all this? Whined about something in AOOC, giving some players a little slap on the wrist for encouraging the one Detective to turn into a Parrot. Now, I do understand that there was a Staff Policy change allowing changed monsters to retain his Memories. But even then this is just a gross negligence. Because I could also ask the Question. Could Monkeys use guns? Why does this Detective want to kill me for changing his friend into a Monkey. Does the Person know he is a Monkey because he just pulled his Gun on me. All in all, terrible FearRP and bad handling by Delta. Evidence/logs/etc: (Don't have access to logs, would be nice if a Admin put some in) Additional remarks: No.

As to the Trophy part, because I knew someone was going to bring it up, I was using that on a kind of reward, guy killed me, I killed him = I get him as a reward, or in this case "Trophy." As I said before, did not want this to end in a fire-fight at all, infact, Mark was going to give up at any moment, untill the detective headshotted me.

Would this not have the same effect that I pulled out my machinegun? Punching the guy in the mouth!? I did even plan this to end in a firefight and you expect me to punch the guy in the mouth, I would be shot before you could say gotcha. By pulling out the machine gun, it creates conflict where both partys can engage to either let the MMI go, or calm the man with the Machine gun down. As being cloned can create alot of severe mental issues, and I still use this example. What if you met your killer? How would you react? I used this as an example, A silly example yes, but a example no less. The rush of adrenaline can do some hard-core things, it can even let you feel no pain even if your limb was just torn off. Now, imagine how much adrenaline Mark had seeing his killer being protected by a good friend of his, denying his request of revenge? I could not imagine the feeling myself, but I acted out how it would have played. Atleast this is what I was thinking going through this situation in my head. Did I want a fire-fight? Hell fucking no, it was Escape and I was bound to hit someone innocent, but what do you do if you get shot in the head? You don't just stand there and accept your fate just to save your ass from getting banned, you defend yourself as that is how the character should react. And I do apologize that i accused you of anything, I was quite heated when writing this because Security is the department I play the most and where my main character is based.

Reason for Appeal: Right, to start off this, I want to say that this was a very fucked up situation based on what I think my Character should do, I tried using the example of "What if you met your killer" to Pratepresidenten but it does not seem to have worked. Anyway, just a word before I start this. Now, first off Pratepresidenten just straight up lied by saying that I was the one who started shooting, where infact, I was just headshotted, here is the proof: He tried using the excuse of "Me moving" even tho it would say this That is the emote of moving under aim. Which is why I shot back of course, being shot in the head tends to do that. Even here, the man who shot me admits to starting all this Now, the main part. His main excuse for this is that, why did I even my gun at the Captain? To that I ask this. What would you do if the man that killed you was standing right there, the brain atleast. MMI or not, that man is still the same man that killed you. This is the thought process I went through. As to aiming at the Captain, I was going to lower my gun at any time, the Captain was calming me down you see, when I get cloned I roll a dice to see what king of negative effects would become of my character. Today I rolled a Six and Ten, which means he is Overly-Aggresive and forgets his family. And the Doctor that was tending to me just left without saying anything. Back to where the Captain was calming Mark down. He was going to lower his gun at any moment, but I was too late it seemed. As to the punishment, I think it is very harsh seeing as how I only mostly play Security on this server. I applaud the Admin who takes my case to at the very least make it temporary if my appeal was not that good enough for it to be removed.

Reason of Ban: Exploded himself in departures with no escalation, has plenty of warnings, take this time to reflect on what happened.. Reason for Appeal: I'm here only because of the ban, and how it was really just unjustly served. It seems Warnings just have "No Effect" on me for my "EoR" griefing and "Self-Antagging." Mainly this This is my first and only warning of Self-Antagging at all, this is where I was new as fuck and still playing on the ooooold Station, this is just not valid at all after a 14 month period. And there is just nothing in there with EoR grief, I have gotten the the 3-day ban before for chucklefucking around, but that's not a Warning, nothing to remind me that I did it... There was also a message stating that Warnings have no more effect on me, which hopefully a Admin can look for in the logs, Coalf said it was easy to find the last logs because it was the last message in the round. And what in the hell does, "Warnings have no effect on you" mean? Does this just mean I am going to be banned if I fuck up? Also, this is not Complaint on Coalf, guy is a great chap. This is just for ban.

Alright, I don't really post on Whitelist apps, but I feel like I need to talk about Hunter, mostly OCC'ly. Want to also talk about his whitelist strip. Let me just throw in my two cents here and hope I don't go on a rant. Hunter...Hunter where to start. OCC'ly you are probably a good guy, the fuck I know, I won't ever meet you or would I care to meet you. But dear god if I am ever playing with you I just have this urge to punch you in the face. You seem so self-fucking-centered and you take a jab as a fucking stab-wound. Everything is serious for you, Tool explained this well, in Supremacy and Call of War, it's just terrible to play with you, you somehow just take all the fun out of the round and go "Lol fucking rush tanks and no RP booooooooois" . May I ask a question here then. Do cadets/apprentices and whatever the fuck... DO they....Go to school? They don't just head to the Station for the day, learn a thing and go back home. They study what did they that day, or they go to a Engineering School, Research Lab, anything so they can work on what they did that day. For example, Germany has the perfect system for apprentices. You spend three days in the Company you are working for at the time, and two days in School where you will learn what you did in those three days, how to improve on what you /perhaps/ did wrong, and what not. So...How is it then? Because I doub't they just....Go home and sit on the couch and play video game- Oh wait....
