Title. It makes literally zero sense how a giant arm blade doesn't burst the cuffs.

Ling buffs are needed. This is a super simple one, and it's definitely a start. You'll often find yourself cuffed after your first or second absorption as a changeling, and you have absolutely zero means of escaping if you don't immediately take the ability that turns you into a monkey. Meanwhile, every single other antagonist has plenty of ways of escaping being restrained. Why not changelings?

Could it be like the unathi cuffbreak thing where it requires remaining stamina and it takes 5 seconds to undertake? That way it's not instantaneous and you don't get eviscerated immediately.
