Overview of the Incident: The station was undergoing severe power problems, a major power loss wouldn't allow people to go through Arrivals or to use the elevators without the help of a crowbar or a synth. I, as Engineer, started working on it, already noticing that the Chief Engineer wasn't able to fix it on his own, and that he was becoming more and more nervous, for example, yelling at the AI (Arlo) to stop trying to fix it with the RCON.

I went into the Engineering Lobby since I knew what was the issue (in fact, it was a problem with the SMES that the Chief Engineer should have known and fixed easily). I started working on it, and the surface level started to recover power as I did so, but the Chief Engineer started pushing me around while yelling me to ''stop touching RCON'', although he had not been able to fix it on his own.

Then he ordered me to fix the airlock of Xenobiology. I told him that we had a cyborg (who is much better when coming to fix a door with the risk of slimes being a problem). I told him that I would go once I had finished fixing power, since, clearly, he wasn't able to do it. He kept pushing me around and flashed me, then he called security. I did nothing to him, I didn't attack or push him, I turned on my meson scanner so he couldn't blind me, and I kept trying to work. When he saw that, he grabbed me by the neck instead of waiting for security and dragged me out while holding my neck.

Finally, he suspended me and ordered security to charge me with i111 (Failure to execute an order).

Did you report it to a Head of Department or IAA? If so, who?: The offender is the Head of my Department, there was no IAA at the moment, and the only other head was the Head of Security.

Actions taken: I was suspended and charged with i111.

Additional Notes: I attach the suspension form and the Security Incident report. Note that, in the Suspension form, one of the reasons is: Tampering with the powergrid, although this is one of the Station Engineer's job, and, in fact, I was able to fix the power problem before I was suspended. I also request to review the Engineering Hallway security camera recording, since the assault was clearly recorded.
