Reason for complaint: I made a ban appeal, stating my plan for better behavior, agreeing with my punishment, and stating that lying is never the way to go. I want to make it clear that i understand that making a ban appeal does not mean anything. I fully understand this fact, however the way they responded made me feel as if they gave no effort in reading my ban appeal. I also feel as if they were being flippant in their response.

I get how it looks, i have several perma bans, and i'm on my next one. However i clearly stated the fact that i reflected on my behavior, noticed a pattern, or a trend, and i stated my plan to not allow the trend to continue. As lying was a key factor in my ban (Along side with my actions) i did not want to promise that i would never get in trouble again. I can't predict the future nor can i guarantee my actions in the future. I did however state that i had a plan to 'combat' the natural trend that I've noticed. In my opinion that is the best appeal i could make, and i feel like it got shot down on the simple premise that the banning admin had the power to deny it. There was no attempt to have me go into detail, my plans to keep myself out of trouble, there was not even an attempt to humor my idea, and that is why i felt like the admin made no attempt to read, or even consider my appeal.

Additional remarks: I feel as if noticing the reason i keep getting banned is a good enough step in the right direction to warrant another chance in itself. However i also spent the time to find the cause, and the eventual effect of my actions, and i even made a plan to prevent future incidents from happening. I will gladly share my ''checklist'' that i have made, in the event that i do get un-banned.

You were given enough chances, you are not being unbanned again. I told drago to don't unban you. 

Sorry, but a second chance is fine, a third might be possible, but a fourth is not happening.

So even if i provided proof that i changed, i was set up to not be un-banned?

You were permabanned around three times or so, and each time that you were unbanned, you promissed that you did learn with your mistakes and that you would change. Sorry, but you are not being unbanned again, because in a sense we do not really trust you at all anymore.

And how would i get that trust back?

So instead of simply saying i wont be able to come back, on top of my ban notes, i was mislead into thinking i had one last chance?

No idea what people told you before, but what I am telling you now is what is going to happen. I feel like it is kinda common sense that giving people way too many chances is bad. Would be really bad if drago forced you to prove something and then said no, but she just said no right away, which I don't see much issue with.

Alb is giving his opinion. I want to believe people can change. It is as simple as that.

There might not be any thing shady about it, however it certainly seems like it.

When did alb tell you not to unban me? Why does he have such a opinion? I certainly think he has never dealt with me, so why can he simply say I wont be unbanned, ever? I think there shouldn't be one person who decides that.

I am the headmin, I am literally one of the heads of the administrator team, of course I can decide this stuff. You have been permabanned three times, you have wasted all of our chances. That is why I am against unbanning you. If anything, drago did not understand or there was misscommunication error here. As a person that's permanently banned you before, the opinion that you are not deserving of yet another chance is not only shared by Alberyk.

This is your fourth indefinite ban. At some point, giving people the benefit of doubt and taking them for their word becomes something that's more trouble than it's worth it. You learned your lesson three times and still took it upon yourself to cause issues intentionally. You really don't deserve another chance.

I am sorry man but i feel like you're assuming we acted in bad faith here. I do not believe that is the case. You have simply just been given too many chances and we do not want to risk it again for our server. I know that sucks. I do not think drago made up a story. What it seems happened is drago originally wanted to unban you but alb overruled her. Which is of course his prerogative and given your history i am afraid i have to concur.

Maybe i'll try to appeal in 3-5 years, maybe by then i can have some severs back me up. if i even remember to do it. I have nothing else to say.
