I'm writing this because it's not allowed to add responses without being either a mod, admin, a witness or the OP. So I'm writing this now.

The destruction of Beepsky (After very clear provocation, mind you) I feel is perfectly sensible and not out-of-character.

It's misinterpretation of rules "Characters must be believable, and well-rounded." and "Criminal characters are allowed, if they are done in a believable fashion whilst non-antagonists."

Vandalism, provoked by pain. This is a thing that should only have OOC consequences if it is a repeated issue.

As of such, it should be dealt with ICly, and relayed to CCIAA accordingly instead of personally handing out a note to the player.

This sets a bad precedent, as people will fear OOC consequences for doing IC things, which should never happen as it greatly encourages meta-gameplay.

Why are you making a complaint when garn already ruled on this? And why is this on shetrying? And how are you even involved in this? Also, depends on each case, precedent barely matters, because we examine each case on its own, and consider if it is breaking the rules or not. 

Besides, you are really trying to bypass the don't post if not involved rule by creating a complaint, which is really odd and I feel that is also out of place, to be fair.

This has already been dealt with as far as I'm aware. My reasonings remain the same if my decision comes into question again. That's all I really have to say.

Yep. Neither is the staff complaint closed, nor are you involved. If you think this is a general policy to put a note on people for LRP behavior and that it should not be the case post it in the policy suggestion forum. I am locking thing. Refer to the original complaint for the result.
