Add fire axes to the list of things you can order from cargo

You do not see fire axes that much, but I like them. They are something that can be handy but not particularly necessary for any duties. Perfect for cargo.

I'm a tad worried these would be abused by militias. They're an extremely potent melee weapon, whose legitimate use is so very niche that you should never really need more than the handful already on the station.

I am unconcerned. Fireaxes do not look all that good for militias compared to say, pikes and guns. To me anyways.

My point being that there's plenty of things that can be abused by militias in the computer already.

Essentially this, in the scope of things, fireaxes are one of the least problematic items compared to a heavy combat exosuit, firearms, hardsuits and etc.
