add cigarettes marketed to IPCs

The corporations should take advantage of IPC's desire for self preservation, by marketing a brand of cigarettes designed to be stuffed into an intake fan, that supposedly improve the longevity of internal components. In reality it does nothing, and the corporations are flatout lying, but many IPCs don't care, and just smoke them out of superstitious belief, combined with that need from their primary desire of self-preservation.

Agreed. IPCs smoking is just one of those wacky quirks they get from being a malfunctioning computer.

I have no issue with any of the frames smoking however I don't know if it's common enough that'd something like this would exist in the lore or need to exist in the lore. If we had e-cigarrettes it'd make a bit more sense.
