What do you think the OOC purpose of a Head of Staff is, ingame?

The purpose of a Head of Staff is to manage and help the department they are a part of and the crew as a whole, delegating their responsibilities to other members of their department and keeping everyone involved interested in the game, as well as guiding newer players and helping them learn the mechanics and get a good impression of the server. Heads of Staff also manage interactions with antagonists, taking a part in setting the flow of the round.

 

What do you think the OOC responsibilities of Whitelisted players are to other players, and how would you strive to uphold them?
Heads of staff have massive sway over the rounds they are in, as such they are expected to have adequate knowledge of the game mechanics, as well as being respectful, pleasant to interact with and uphold the rules of the server.

 

Explain how the recent events in the Spur changed your character and how they came to be employed on the SCCV Horizon.

Quisuu served with the Mendell City Police during the Second Solarian Incursion, helping to keep the peace on the ground during the invasion. After the invasion’s end Quisuu decided to start a new chapter in their life by retiring from the MCPD and signing up as an Idris subcontractor, and after working in Mendell for some time they were accepted onto the SCCV Horizon.

 

What roles do you plan on playing after the application is accepted?

Head of Security, maybe a consular or CMO in the future.

 

Have you familiarized yourself with the wiki pages for the command roles?

Yes.

Played with Snowy before, played on and off with some of their newer characters. They've got a good handle on their positions and play. I believe they'll do well in command.

I've known Snowy for a while, I don't think I can recall a negative experience I've had with them as a player. While I can't speak for their newer characters, I can say confidently that OOCly I think Snowy has the capacity to be very reserved and dish good judgement when playing a character with the ability to do so. I think they will excel at Command and I see no reason not to trial them. +1

Quisuu is one of the best wardens I've had the pleasure of having as a Warden. Always communicating, asking clarifying questions, and not afraid to take control or defer certain tasks I hand to them as HoS. Snowy is great with antags as well, always giving a bit of a lead to enable gimmicks that would be stifled otherwise. +1.

Snowy is a pretty good RP'er from what I gather as an outside force. Don't really get to department with them often. Their answers seem more well thought out then mine were, I say they should have a shot +1 Only if they kill their IRU chracter thou, death to Idris ❤️

Very comunicative with the rest of command and also security plus they didn't want to frag the ling the moment they kept coming back.

Playing HoS in my opinion is the hardest thing on the server and this round (their second judging by what they said previously) that's sure a hard +1 and as they get more and more experience in command overall i'm sure things will only get better

Best Warden I've had the pleasure of meeting both as a traitor and as a crewmember, very fun to interact with as either side and competent to boot. 

I haven't been playing a very long time, but already Quisuu is a very recognizable and interesting character that I have yet to have a bad interaction with. +1
