Over the past few months, we have had some veteran players start playing bald Assistants with unrealistic/memetic behavior. Hackie is one of the latest ones to join this stupid trend. So here is your complaint. I have nothing against you and we both know you have better characters than this. Pablo Leach: Has this flavour-text: Has the following skills: (Provided by Alberyk) Goes "Haha" every sentence, which at this point is a server meme and one of the times I ahelped this, started going "Hehe" instead to try to get around it. Disrespectful to the staff who addressed this, in my opinion. Approximate Date/Time: Over the course of about a week. Please. No more "joke" characters.
Guest Posted January 2, 2016 Posted January 2, 2016 I too have had to deal with this characters behaviour, and while it was endearing at first, it's grown annoying. These characters are fun too see for a day or two every few months, but to have them become a steady character is just.... No.
canon35 Posted January 2, 2016 Posted January 2, 2016 I'll say what I always say about joke characters. They're funny once a few weeks, but after awhile the novelty is gone and it's just "Oh, another joke".

If Hackie did switch to "hehe" after being talked to by staff, then Hackie will receive a warning for explicitly going against staff orders by toe lining.

It's generally a thing about the character, highlighting his ability to see the good, and funny part in the mundane and boring. As for quality of roleplay, I'd also consider using it constantly to be overkill to use it in every single sentience.
