For far too long has Aurora suffered from staff attrition. Due to the obvious success had by the USSR while operating under a similar mentality, I have indeed decided that desertion from staff is punishable by death and a permanent banning. The punishment for individuals who are believed to be considering desertion from staff is addition to the staff's "Watch List", whereby we will intercept all of your internet communications.
