Sunday would be the safest option but if it's early on then it'll be fine.

I can, if necessary, push the event to sunday. I was thinking between 5:00-7:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on Saturday, but whatever day would be best for the volunteers would be fine.

Alright! I have a band banquet on Saturday and I might be leaving at around 6:30, I'm not sure of the exact time. It would be safest to do it on Sunday but if everyone could manage an earlier time it'd be wonderful.

I hope I'm not the only person with this, I always feel bad being the one bugger who had scheduling issues.
