Add the card game Uno, tbh.

does it really need an explanation

here's what it'd need from coders:

There are 108 cards in a Uno deck. There are four suits, Red, Green, Yellow and Blue, each consisting of one 0 card, two 1 cards, two 2s, 3s, 4s, 5s, 6s, 7s, 8s and 9s; two Draw Two cards; two Skip cards; and two Reverse cards. In addition there are four Wild cards and four Wild Draw Four cards.

a rulebook, it can just be a thing that comes up when you examine the box or maybe a sheet of paper or something.

(this im not sure if we have or not) ability to lay cards face up in a stack, and the ability to inspect the stack to see what's on top.

so basically a bunch of new card sprites and items to go with said card sprites.

I want to play some card games or a board game like chess but it's a big effort just to play cards with the verbs we have. Engineers will be bored playing Uno until someone puts down a DRAW 4 card.

"uno" just means "one" in spanish, which is the aim of the game. We could be really cheesy and just call it Yi, which is mandarin for "one".
