Admins are not omniscient. If you see something wrong like this, then ahelp it.

Please don't put up pointless complaints. We don't need a "paper trail" because we already have player notes on server. This isn't really doing anything other than "Look at this player, everyone. He's bad." rather than "Admins, this is bad, please manage it." When you consider the fact that you said that staff have already handled the situation.

Incident report closed on account of the shuttle being forced due to bugs; making it more of an OOC issue. Also, for future reference, if you know they intend to force the shuttle, and they notified you beforehand, then it's a pretty good idea to get out of Escape. Your character is not obligated to leave the station on a crew transfer shuttle.

Just going to chime in: It seems that the death served absolutely no purpose whatsoever. The memory loss from CMD expands to half an hour prior to death. Killing someone to "silence them" well after that half an hour and then calling medical to the body served no purpose for their Jboy aside from completely taking him out of the round for however long it took him to get cloned. Jboy's character still would've remembered the acts from an hour ago; which would still make him "a threat". I can understand if he wants to be a good sport by telling medical, but killing Jboy served absolutely 0 purpose other than take him out for an undefined number of time, and leave Techno possibly still thinking "I still need to get rid of this person because they still remember." Jboy would not have remembered: Being called to where they died Technokat being the killer Jboy would have remembered: Technokat doing a whole bunch of crimes Killing without purpose is still bad. Was any interesting RP given to Jboy? Nope. Walked into a room, died, and then got the usual clone RP maybe. Was any interesting RP given to Technokat? Nope. Walked into a room, killed Jboy for X reason, but X reason was immediately made invalid because he told Medical where to find the body.

Any feedback you could get from other people on the server? Please keep in mind that you can advertise your app once per round. I would like some feedback on your app before I pass judgement with Aqy.

Off-topic posts have been forum binned. The information brought up by AVOS has nothing to do with Frankster's reputation on the Aurora; which is the only information that Aqy and myself care about for head of staff apps.

Well, the thing is that we sorta only have one (normally active) coder now since Skull is now heavily busy with qualifying for army thing. Scopes has much bigger fish to fry than custom items. So, unless you can make the code yourself and can bring up your own sprites, then I can't really accept apps. Feel me?

You completely and totally removed a very important part of your log. As it stands, you made it seem like I'm pissed at the fact that you asked Livid if they knew it was a joke and for apologizing. The fuck? You deliberately decided to leave out that people were making jokes at my expense in LOOC because of you with gems such as calling me a nazi. Were they jokes? Yes. Were they at my expense since I was the administrator in question? Yes. Would most people feel insulted when asked "want to join our conversation?" when the conversation is jokes at their expense? Yes. I would like you to explain that, but I personally don't really care at this point because you'll just go on another massive spiel to try and justify it like the wordsmith you are, and I don't have the energy or the cares to argue in circles with you over a small matter of "Jokes that can misinform are bad, alright?" Yes Tough. I'm not going to apologize at all for this matter. There are people on this server who have legitimately made TONS of characters because they have died; done so of their own accord of course. Now, lets say I'm a new player coming in to this heavy RP server. That being said, no, I will not and I will never apologize to you for this regardless of what I'm told to do by other people or staff because I was acting in a way to care for another player on the server. Last I checked, that's my job here. I'm not going to apologize for doing my job in a justified manner. I'm sticking to my guns.

After some consideration, I have noticed that I am clearly not breaking through to you on the issue about breaking the rules. Not just that, you're clearly not seeing how (frankly) stupid your actions were. Refer to Meow's post above that hits the nail on the head really well. Misuse of the detective's revolver will get detective's job banned from it. Appeal denied. Feel free to appeal again if you wish, but not until you understand that it stopped being an IC issue the moment you started shooting at a person because they forced you out of their workstation.

Derp, thread didn't show up for me under my unread posts until Doom sent it to me. See, one issue. If you get a no, but you still do it anyway, then expect a ban because mercy doesn't apply when you deliberately go against orders. Second off, I mean, if you want to. Not necessary unless you're going to do something like blow somebody's head off because they forced you out of their work area.

IC in OOC: Only fine after the shuttle departs. That is what the staff has been enforcing since I was a trial moderator, and it still holds true. EOR: Applies to starboard primary hallway, escape, CT/escape shuttle, and Odin once the shuttle has docked. Anywhere outside of those designated areas, hostile actions can be taken by antagonists without repercussion, but if staff ask you to stop, then you should stop because we might be in the middle of messaging someone on the Odin for EOR, and then getting 3 logs per burst fire from a Nuke Op in the bridge will be heavily getting in the way.
