I have played alongside Arbs for more than a few years on other servers, and have had limited interactions with Bisenti here. Arbs is absolutely capable of roleplaying a diverse array of characters, but is also knowledgeable and competent with game mechanics/designs to be an effective head of staff. Arbs is an expert at maintaining a great command and control presence and in my humble opinion would be excellent at any head of staff job. +1

I think the mining pod should retain the airlock but remove the rightmost airlock doors, replace with walls. I also think the third chair in the middle should be back where that console is, and that there should be an extension downwards by 1 tile for the whole thing to facilitate having cargo.

I personally think the XO uniform should have silver epaulettes and highlights rather than gold/bronze. Bridge crew just looks weird honestly, I think they should have blue epaulettes/highlights and a silver uniform, or maybe a uniform more akin to commercial pilots with black pants and a white dress shirt with blue cuffs and epaulettes. As I see it the Captain, XO, and Bridge Crew look too similar and I think that they should have some changes. Also I think the standard medical uniforms should have more white on them, at the least. Otherwise these all look really good!

Correct, but I would say it's a good middle ground between mechanical hardlocking certain people from certain places into certain appearances/naming conventions and having free for all tg madness, for lack of a better term.

I think instead of restricting freedoms, as, I can assume there would be exceptions to every rule and especially in an instance where the creation of a character that could have any sort of backgrounds is concerned. I think instead of this, before you change to an accent/ethnicity/etc you have to check a box affirming you've read the little lore blurb that pops up whenever you select a new one.

I like this, but would offer an alt title to Operations Manager that is Operations Officer. Given the whitelisted requirement of the role, the scope and scale of their duties, it would be very similar to that of a deck officer and would also not break precedents set such as having the chief medical officer presently. Also I would suggest renaming Service Manager to Bosun, or Boatswain which would slightly increase their expected duties and increase the skill floor for the role as you would need to know various ships procedures, safety functions, etcetera to play the role competently, and would equip you with the basics for performing any other head role. This would open up the role as being an actual, tangible junior head role but would have nothing but superficial authority beyond the service department. They would train others as to where safety equipment is, how to use it, and could be used to make sure procedures and safety regulations are followed. On top of coordinate other things beyond simple service related events.

One thing I like to do is make sure you have an aid kit of any type in your bag, in addition to some tape. You can also fit a hatchet in an engineering belt for self defense if needed, in addition to the sweet tools you might use to break in to places. In that belt you can also fit a station bound radio, incase telecommunications ever loses power you will have the ability to communicate with your peers, or if you're going on an away mission. Overall I agree. Perhaps we could even include a mechanic during rapid decompressions, the ability to not blowout your lungs as easily? I especially love the adrenaline idea. +1
