Plus; then there is the issue of a vamp using the embrace, then immediately stunning and eating their spawn.

Halla makes a mental note of the supplies, nods to the Bosmer, and then walks past him to stand behind Tamira, leaning down to speak quietly to her, "Should I go get Aela? She will want to know that the' aren't bandits."
-
Halla looks around the cave, trying to gauge the quantity of foodstuffs and other supplies that the refugees have nearby, before moving her gaze to the refugee just north of her.

I have access to the Curse of Stahd (A.K.A Ravenloft), and a principle factor of it is that Vampires do not die easily, if their physical body is killed, they return to their coffin for X amount of time, and must be killed there before they rise again.

Halla follows the group in, stopping at the edge of the small camp in the cave, leaning against a dry patch of wall.

JACKBOOT MADE ME THE ACTING LOREMASTER, ASK ME ANYTHING
Gollee replied to a topic in Off Topic Discussion
When can we orchestrate a war between Moghes and Adhomai? I already bought popcorn for it. -
He had already reported it by that point. This line doesn't say "Your character", nor does it say that anywhere in the paragraph I pulled it from. It says you It was brought up in the general chat, so I discussed it. It was with a member of my team, so I discussed it. I am a staff member, whatever you seem to believe, so I discussed it. Drop the derailing, I am posting here whatever you think.

Jboy acted with several staff members, including myself, in agreement; not only that, LordRaven is part of my team. I am involved; that is not up for debate, so stop derailing. And you have still yet to provide logs that you asked for them to PM you. And once again, stop insulting people.

We deal with behavior that doesn't quite require admin intervention, as well as consistently poor characters. We also deal with some events and most faxes. We are a canon entity with IRs, otherwise we would end up with players declaring our judgements non-canon, or trying to gain meta-knowledge from antag interactions. Everything has a drawback or a limitation, this is the DO one.
-
Okay, what is your point? I asked them to speak to me and they refused. That is my point here. I asked them to DM me to clarify why and they did not. My point is that you were given recourse to remedy the situation, instead you decided to complain about it in general chat, which might as well be OOC. You threw insults instead of actually working to resolve the situation, which is a common theme. You said in the logs that you said earlier that you asked them to PM you, but you didn't post that log, so I will assume that is incorrect until you do. Are you involved, Gollee? Please stop derailing this discussion. Yes, I am one of the staff members that discussed this. It's a continuation of a behavior that you said quite some time ago that you would stop. As is the log you posted.
-
I'm the same rank as you in the server discord, and I can send PMs. You never said in those logs that you couldn't figure out how to PM him. All you did is complain and throw insults in a public channel.
-
What was your problem with taking it into PMs? It's the rational and considerate thing to do. Those logs just show you being hard-headed.
-
Byond name, character names, AI names, preferred method of contact. The top four lines.
-
What Sue said. It's too easy for people to write things off as "But I had to because of the antagonist" and because we do interviews instead of log-delve or observe; we can't gainsay them on that.
-
Just from the Anything Else You Want to Add: section, I am liking this. You seem to have a good head on your shoulders, but you might want to fill in the rest of the format.
-
Then file player complaints. Anything DOs touch through IRs is canon. If we touch antag incidents, we give those morons rope to gain meta-knowledge, and I don't want to open that kettle of fish; it'll just start a whole new host of issues. We can canonise low level incidents, and just alter details to exclude antags, but we can't act in significant antag zones; unless you want people like the above unnamed security officer to have precedent and grounds to act like she knows about cults, etc.
-
Unless you want every critically injured person to end up like Kenny McCormick, I'd advise against it doing damage beyond maybe holo.

Is plastic still a thing in Baystation?

"BECAUSE I, CATO SICARIUS, AM THE KNIGHT-CHAMPION OF MACRAGGE, AND AS SUCH, NO FOUL XENO COULD EVER HOPE TO OUTMATCH MY LEGENDARY SWORDSMAN SKILL!~" No one likes Sicarius, not even Calgar.

I primarily play Necrons, specifically, the Nekthyst dynasty. Due to the lore leaving lots of interpretations with this particular dynasty (to be more precise, we know they work with other races, and that they got blacklisted from all the Necron robo-parties for being treacherous in the distant past.), my faction of them is lead by Phaeron Hirasti, who has the peculiar malfunction of having an imminent sense of impending mortality; both for himself, and for the Necrons as a whole. As such, he believes that they only way for the Necrons to survive in any form is within the memories and legends of the lesser races, who will continue long after his mechanical race ceases to function. As a rather heroic character, he'd much prefer to be remembered in songs and legends, rather than the the darkest of nightmares; leading him to lay his protection over a good number of imperial worlds, some with and some without their knowledge. His interventions attracted the attention of the Ordo Xenos inquisitor Telaya Sorn, who investigated the occurrences, and forged an informal alliance with the warrior; albeit at the cost of being declared Excommunicate Traitoris by more traditional inquisitors. (This army rests at about 14,000 points) Further exploration of his local space revealed that a chapter of marines had made a secret fortress-monastery in a nearby star system; my second army, the Chaos Marine Blades Eternal. This is one of the chapters thought lost in the Abyssal Crusade, their status is listed as unknown in imperial archives. Despite their mutations, they are still firmly followers of the Imperial Creed; and while they are feared and attacked by the Imperium's populace, that has done nothing to dampen their zeal to defend their people from the threat of Chaos; at the side of the Necrons or not. (Around 3,000 points.) I also have a growing High Elf army. (I'mma do this in Warscrolls to piss you guys off. 11 Warscrolls.) You may or may not have already seen this, if not, here you go:

[WiP] Operation Snatch

I like this, but I'd advise for a different name, we already have an Icarus. -
Title: Inter-orbital defence system. Submitter: Benven Interplanetary Type of submitter: Company Submitter information and dealings: Company HQ on Akhet. Company deals only within sovereign Sol and Tau Ceti space. Production of high usage military electronics. Primary contractor and designer for the Wrath defensive system in Akhetian orbit. Patented several highly advanced teranium-based electronics. Name(s) of design(s) being submitted (list): Directional Atmospheric Modification Oscillating Corpuscle Lethal Electronic System. D.A.M.O.C.L.E.S Description(s) and history of research: Benven Interplanetary has been working on further advanced and additions to the line of Wrath defensive systems. Much like it’s predecessor, Damocles is based on high energy particle projection; using these particles to inflict significant damage at extreme range. Unlike the Wrath or Strike systems, however, recent advances of capacitor technology, pioneered by Benven Interplanetary, are utilised within the Damocles system to emit extremely focused electromagnetic pulses, along with particle beams of comparable strength to the Strike system. The extended range of these land-based devices make them extremely effective in an anti-aircraft and shuttle capacity; able to reliably impact on targets at ranges up to two hundred and twenty percent longer than conventional anti aircraft ballistics; due to the excessive speed of the pulse. Such an advancement in this area of technology would provide an undeniable advantage to colonies or cities that are under aerial assault; such as through an Unathi raiding party. However, this form of technology is notorious for it’s high energy consumption. We have rectified this weakness with the addition of two T701 power cells; which analysis and testing indicate are able to support ten minutes of continuous fire after being cut off from sufficient power supply. These emplacements are measured as 10.02m per side, in a square design; with the turret itself resting four metres above the ground; with room for one operator, should the automatic targeting system malfunction.
