I just noticed that this was made by a pAI. Unfortunately, pAIs cannot file IRs, as they are entirely bound by arbitary laws decided by their controller, making them untrustable. They are also extremely hard to interview, unlike a normal character.

Right, in the interest of efficiency and transparency, this is a list of all current investigations, and who is managing them. In addition, as Internal Affairs Agents are now whitelisted, we are going to start using the document JSP763, with some minor variation. This entails that Internal Affairs Agents may now carry out a form of interview of characters listed in IRs; specifically, following the following excerpts: IAAs will only be expected to interview the COMPLAINANT and the RESPONDENT; not relative witnesses. These interviews focus on clarifying details, and seeing if the Respondent will deny, or accept the allegations; rather than cross-examination, etc. These interviews can then be PMed to either myself, or the DO in charge of that investigation. This is intended to speed up and streamline investigations, as if the Respondent accepts the allegations, there is no need to interview potential witnesses. List of current investigations by officer: Ones marked in green have already been interviewed.

What it says on the tin; what do you want DO/CCIA to do? Mini-events? Quotas? etcetera. Do you have any opinions/complaints on the severity (or lack of) of punishments? Do you have opinions/complaints about fax conduct? Anything you think is relevant, go ahead.

DOs have the ability to hand out punishments along the lines of anger management courses, psych evals, retraining, etcetera. However, currently, this takes the forum of a forum PM telling the player that the character has undergone this event. It would be much preferred if we could get a core of players who are willing to assist in carrying out these events on-server. If you are willing to help, either post here, or PM me, with the character name(s) and the areas they can help with.

Right, on the topic of DOs and redacted records. If you have a character with redacted records, please PM the actual record to me, so it can be placed in the DO sub-forum. This way, if an incident report or a fax crops up that relates to that record, we can act in an informed manner; which is more fair to the redacted record holder; rather than having to assume that the record is null.
