I mean for example Incog's IPC has a personality, shit one if I might add and that seems to be fine? I don't think IPCs should act completely emotionless all the time, that just ruins the interest in even roleplaying as one. I feel that they can believe that they are who they act like and they can feel like they are alive in a sense. Even though, in reality they are not alive and are simply a positronic brain in a shell. You can't go and say that they can't act under "stress" they can definitely simulate when they are angry, sad, happy, etc. It might not be REAL but they can definitely ACT like it. So many other IPC whitelist holders do so, I don't see why I can't? Also, I did believe that flashes and stunbatons could work, as they did when I used to play before the merge. I wasn't aware that they don't work now. But regardless, this complaint isn't entirely based off the fact that he didn't use stuns. It's how he acted and refused to follow regulations. I understand even myself obviously doesn't follow regulations, but someone with a loyalty implant is expected to, in fact that's why they have the implant.

IPCs can be baton'd and flashed, I was not wearing sunglasses at all. You could've called for backup from security if you felt I was that much a threat. I asked you to sit down in a mere effort to avoid it turning into a gun fight, yet you refused and opened fire. I don't see how you can file a complaint for something regarding the way my IPC character acts IC? More like an incident report. Also, I don't see how I'm being a bad IPC? They're freeform to have any personality they choose, they're not bound by laws so how can an IPC be rogue? That right there proves you really don't have an understanding of IPC lore. Also, instantly going for lethals to take me down when I posed no threat. Basically what had happened was, unknowingly I told the captain to "shut the fuck up" after he told me to respect the HoP, (I asked the HoP if he was lying to crew during an announcement, I guess that's disrespectful?) Anyway, we argued back and forth when the captain said this: obviously failing to understand Nanotrasen's regulations (keep in mind he is loyalty implanted). Also, I wonder how I was broken? Anyways, we argued back and forth over sec comms when, I find it odd how this is even true? I understand IPCs are discriminated against but even then, he's loyalty implanted and IPCs aren't void of being protected by regulations. His overall failure to understand what it means to be a captain and have to follow corporate regulations honestly proves he isn't ready to play this role and surprised me that he made it past applications. Let alone that, he found me in my office and requested that I handcuff myself. After asking him to sit down and talk, he said he was scared of me. Clearly asking him to simply sit and talk wasn't going to work (he asked for me to come to his office before to talk?) he took out his laser pistol (which has 2 functions, stun and lethal) and told me he has 2 valid reasons to open fire on me. I asked him one more time to just sit and talk it out and that's when he opened fire with the lethal function and hit me 1-2 times missing the rest. In return, I pulled out my shotgun and fired at him a good 4 times with 12 gauge. He was hit 2-3 times with the spread of pellets before other officers began firing with laser rifles. I was then arrested, which I understand, under mutiny, failure to follow superior orders, and resisting arrest. While I understand all these charges, I feel like Superiorform doesn't fully understand how head of staff should act and how someone with a loyalty implant has to follow corporate regulations and procedures. He's genuinely hostile and in my opinion not fit to have the whitelist. Did you attempt to adminhelp the issue at the time? If so, what was the known action taken by administration/moderation? Honestly, I have to agree with you. I have no filter (which I've realized and I'm now working on not being a complete asshole). Most of it is me not taking anything serious and just blurting out insulting shit because I didn't care about anyone's opinion on me. I too fear I'm going to say something that I won't be able to take back, so from this point forward I accept your criticism and will try my best to change, but I'd rather not write a multi-paragraph essay on how I'm going to change and I'm not going to note all of your points because actions are louder than words. It was once, one of the Jawdats was playing the minimoog in the holodeck while the other one was going up and down the halls in a wheelchair on either side of the holodeck. They then went inside the holodeck, sat there, and the AI bolted the doors. The Jawdat in the wheelchair then blasted into a window (still inside the holodeck) and broke a panel of glass, and that's when I walked away back to the medbay. Just want to point out that going AFK for extended period of times is generally frowned upon, and if done consistently may result in administrative action. If you plan on going AFK for longer than twenty minutes, it's advised you return your equipment and head to cryo. We've often had to kick people off the server in order to permit they be cryo'd for being AFK for an extended period of time. There are a limited number of roles available, which is especially problematic with our boom in population. I've never really been longer than 20 minutes, maybe once. But, usually if I know I'm going to be gone that long I'll cryo.

In all honesty as well. I can't see how this even involves me or makes me valid for a complaint. 1. I don't recall it being generally against the rules to go AFK sometimes, I don't even do it that much unless I have to. 2. Acting a little bit silly? I've yet to see 1 person on server who is 100% seriously all the time. I have my little unharmful gimmicks that I do and believe me if they were rule breaking I'd have been bwoinked about it already. 3. Like I said, you've most likely never actually tried to or have even engaged in roleplay conversation with me. Because, other than Hikmat's cousin, he will have conversations with other crew members. You just can't expect him to come up to you and engage first, he's not that type of character. You also have to realize, he doesn't like anything non-Taj. While he'll still interact with them and bare with them, he won't go out of his way to say "What's up?" To someone other than another Tajara. You can't blame someone for not roleplaying if you don't genuinely try to roleplay with them yourself. Because believe me if you tried to, I would've definitely had a conversation/etc. Finally, unless I've actually broken the rules or have done something to even warrant a complaint please take me off of this since I'm irrelevant and have nothing to say for Jackboot as he implied, he has nothing to say for Hikmat/myself except that he's told me to take my sillyness to the holodeck (which I've done).

You clearly have never tried to roleplay with me at all. Usually I'm busy dealing with things IC and half the time I let antags off anyways. So honestly, I don't see how this even involves me. And, the only time Jackboot and I are up to the "antics" is usually by ourselves seperated from others unless people find us. We tend to not do it in front of people unless it can't be helped. Also, I go AFK for IRL reasons that I can't even help, y'know it's called having a life. I'll post more on this when I feel like it, but I was just poked about it. edit: I have to say, from my perspective and a few others. Most of the shit that Jackboot does is harmless anyway.

I fully support this. I've always been more supportive of headshots = death but unfortunately it'd be shitty and would lead to people being salty, but this would make a lot more sense. I've also been in hostage situations where security simply doesn't care and will pop in a flash/tear gas because "lol you can't instantly kill them and we can just waste money on cloning anyway". I feel that there'd be a variety of different reasons to add this but it'd be most effective in hostage situations and would genuinely make officers think twice before storming the room considering you'd be able to execute them with one shot given you had them in the right grip. Also, like you said, if you can pretty much kill someone almost instantly when you slit someones throat, then why not a bullet to the head? Realistically, a bullet to the head would kill someone faster than slitting their throat. So, I definitely support this feature and hope it gets added. Great idea. edit: Arrow, only lawmakers and syndie revolvers headgib (syndie revolvers will head gib even from a range if you're aiming for the mouth).

Right, so this used to not be needed at all and was frowned upon. Now, I know there's already a time-lock for how old your account is, but that doesn't help at all to be honest, I mean go play security and you'll see for yourself. I can't stress it enough how bad security is as of late and to me, security has the full capabilities to ruin someone's round if they wanted. Now, I understand greytide is everywhere on server, but it mainly affects security because for some reason that's where they LOVE to go (most likely because of the "cool" shit you get). But honestly, it's frustrating as HoS to have to repeat yourself 50 baggilion times and to have to demote half your team because they're all trash. It's honestly up to you guys how long they should play, but suggesting people to play passive roles before going onto security doesn't work, nor will it ever. We honestly need a time-lock on security like other servers have and I guarantee it'll improve security's performance. I doubt there's any reason to not have this other than "meh i dont have the time to do it" attitude. Now, I don't mind new people playing cadet to learn the ropes. But, they shouldn't be jumping to security officer on their first time joining the server, because most of the time they don't even read our regulations and procedures on how shit is done. Okay let me point this out first: No one but yourself got you permajobbanned from security. (Actually an admin banned you so blame him, kek) Second, this was not metagrudge at all. Just because you were a shitty warden and I played with you during two rounds and you managed to only interact with me during one of those rounds does not mean it's metagrudge and it just makes you look like you're coming up with a reason to complain. Third, I did read it, in fact that was the main reason why I crumpled it up and said it wasn't enough evidence. What you recorded was a bunch of questions to something we all already knew (we let him go for it). He messed up and cut open a wall he thought was blocking something off and really didn't think it would depressurize maintenance. He even went back and tried to fixing it before your little charade. You continued to ask if he was mentally stable after he continuously said "It was a mistake." He seemed new and just because he hacked a door open in maintenance doesn't really mean anything. He's an engineer, engineers tend to hack things to either fix doors or open them to gain entry to fix something. You really made it seem like YOU were out to get this guy. Onto the part after I cleared the memory (because I thought it was completely useless to have and you would've kept bothering people about it, I mean you even caps-locked in security comms for the head of security to see it and he ignored you) you took out your revolver and aimed it at me. I never even grabbed for my taser, I clicked on my belt forgetting that it would trigger you to shoot me. You shot me once, then you continued to open fire until the warden began shooting at you. That's when I finally took out my taser and opened fire. I was in crit at that point, all I planned was to subdue you but you never quit so I stomped you out a little bit and got a 15 minute brig sentence. So, I didn't even get away with it, in fact what you did gave me more shit. I honestly don't blame the warden for ignoring it, it was hardly any evidence and we let the engineer go on purpose otherwise a warrant would've already been made. No offense, but considering you want to throw jabs at me and say I'm too stupid for security. There's a reason why you're job banned, you can't even handle yourself. You obviously don't understand the rules nor regulations and you think it's okay to point around your revolver when you can't arrest someone; good riddance that you're job banned.
