My favorite strategy as a medic is to ditch my loser squad when they wipe and run to the FoB as triage commando :^) Needless to say, I'm not popular.

Having been part of the two-man ERT called in a couple days ago, wiping out the cult was easy enough with submachine guns and basic laser rifles. Why overdo it? I support this. It makes no sense to have all that excess, let alone from a lore point of view.

One paragraph minimum per question Why do you wish to play this specific race: The Vaurca are amazing bug people, excellently suited for civilian roles like a chef, QM, or barkeep while maintaining attitudes at both ends of the positivity spectrum. Besides the mechanics of the race itself, there are other incentives to play the race as well, such as the simple fact you are a buzzing, clicking, sulfur-blooded working machine, or the untold opportunities for arr pee. There's really only a question of "Why wouldn't you want to play a Vaurca?". Identify what makes role-playing this species different than role-playing a Human: A Vaurca's view of the universe outside their paradise, which range from inquisitive happiness to hatred or annoyance, is one. The hilarious and complicated sort of accent is another great feature. Gameplay mechanics, like the *bite or the sulfuric blood, could make the roleplay different as well. Racist attitudes toward alien species, as well as the caste system, influence interaction with other players. And of course, there's simply the innate difference of being completely different than a human. Upon release, the personality of great Ka'Akaix'Klix entered one of his kin, and heset out to serve Zo'ra, as a trader and supplier of the hive's forces, civilian and otherwise. He manned the cargo bays of the hive's stations, ecstatic to serve his hive in the ways he could. Awarded several awards all made by himself for grandiose service to the hive, he eagerly sought to attain honor and glory for his name throughout Vaurca space. And then, what his devoted little heart saw as the greatest chance of his life occurred. The arrival of the outside universe. With the arrival of humanity, Ka'akaix'Klix eagerly set out to serve his hive as a trader, working among the stores of Biesel to sell his many "great" products, little of which actually sold very well on account of them being various delicacies all formed from the mostly inedible fungus of the Vaurca homeworld. Disappointed with the outcome after only a month, he shut down the shop and worked in trade, seeing much of Tau Ceti in the process over four months. At the end of his service, he had served a total of ten years outside his reality, barely one outside the comfortable space of the Zo'ra. Yet still he sought his glory. And so he turned to Nanotrasen, and applied to work on-board as a quartermaster. Having had experience in his field, and receiving good marks from traders and Vaurca outposts contacted by the corporation, he was inducted, trained, and thusly assigned to the NSS Aurora. What do you like about this character? I toyed with the idea of making a Bound janitor, or a chef, but I found the idea of a quartermaster Vaurca exciting. That, and I'm a huge bug race fan and would love to play one in this exciting new update. So, basically, I like this character because they are an overly loyal bugperson who works in the cargo industry. How would you rate your role-playing ability? 8/10 Notes: I promise not to make this Vaurca a meme, unlike my other characters, instantly, but rather over a period of time. Also, I took away 2 points for the utter lack of seriousness with which I roleplay most of the time. :^) bug hype
