I apologize, I had no clue it was Nuke, I thought I read Secret. I understand the past self-antagging warnings, but don't think those are close to this situation. I had just arrived in the round and was the first thing I was arrested for. I later cooperated in the brig. Wha tdo you mean I can play in less than 3 days? Are you reducing the time, because 4320 minutes is still 72 hours, or 3 days.

I dont really think that it was necessary to ban me. I can agree to the headset part but I just didn't think of it at the time, it was like a reflex to take off the headset so I wouldn't have to deal with more officers coming, which I had to anyway. I just wish to be unbanned, I don't play on any other server except for Aurora.

You've been here for a while, you should known better. That is not "self-defense" as you claimed.. Reason for Appeal: I don't think I was self antagging, I was drawing on the ground with red crayon, and the officer came up to me and said "You are under arrest..", I attempted to reason with her and she said "no.", I decided to resist arrest and happened to knock her down. I placed her own cuffs on her, took of her headset, and then her reinforcements showed up. I had no plans to beat, or even harm the officer, and planned to just leave her there until someone found her. Her reinforcements came, and I was brigged for fifteen minutes. I was banned before the ten minute mark. I think it was unjust to ban me for three days, when all I did was push, cuff and remove headset of a officer attempting to arrest me. Of course it's low quality, I got stopped TEN minutes into the round. I attempted to keep RPing a Islamic Chaplain, by renovating the chapel, using sheets for prayer rugs, getting extra Qurans, and announcing a Muslim prayer group over comms. Nobody on this server wants to engage with the chaplain, and want to remain in their inner-department cliques. Of completely ruins the point of playing player interaction based jobs. So please, don't call my RP "low quality".

I never said I was rebuilding the Muslim world and actually said "We support traditional Islam ways of life." and "We are destined to create a safe haven for Islamic Members." You know, like a refuge? A place where you won't get judged? You shouldn't have immediately made me stop TEN minutes into the round, before I even had a chance to develop the group other than announcing we are accepting new members, and members will receive free food and apartments. I never insulted the religion by calling my group ISIS, and I'm saying this for the fourth time, I named the group ISIS for SATIRE. Have you read any of the previous posts? Or looked at the pictures I posted?

Chaplain gives so much love, but gets none in return..

Hi, I propose a new change to the Chapel. I like symettry, and the Chapel is badly designed. I have always wished for the table in the Chapel to be 3 tiles wide, and the middle of the table lines up with the center of the room. I hate trying to decorate the table, and having a blank spot. I want it to be 3 wide, so I can arrange my decorations like this: [Candle] [bible] [Candle]. I also propose that the table be changed to a stone altar, with engravings and nice stonework.

Well first, I did stop after you told me. And secondly, I never refused to stop, I simply said I haven't even done anything, and that I was not joking around with the Allah - Akbar. You just told me I can't talk about or portray ISIS which is a terrorist group, and I need to stop saying Allah - Akbar, even though I'm playing an Islamic Chaplain.

I think he has fun characters, and roleplays them correctly. I also like the idea of exaggeration to emulate emotions. +1 From me!

Alright, I'll agree to that. The warning, as I said, will be adjusted to reflect reality: Namely, the issue of naming your religious Muslim group ISIS. Alright, thank you. That looks better than I made remarks of being a terrorist.

I said that I was not joking about Islam and Allah - Akbar. Here: (http://i.imgur.com/7jkQ7ZT.jpg) he says that I need to stop making jokes about Islam and "Praise Allah - Akbar" which I never said. I admit to joking about the name ISIS but I never, and did NOT joke around with Islam. I didn't want to offend anyone by saying shit like "We will blow you up for Islam" or "Death to the Infidels."

I'm not attempting to use the "loophole" that you mentioned. I made the group called ISIS because it's funny, it makes sense, and it's something we all know. People make racist jokes and holocaust jokes in OOC and I never see them get dealt with, OOC just gets muted. I hardly argued with him, and just attempted to tell him I wasn't trying to offend anyone, and didn't think it was offensive. I immediately filed this complaint against him when I was back from cooking and eating.

I can understand some concern, but he should not have told me to stop ten minutes in, before I could even develop anything with the group. It ruined my whole round intentions.

I chose it for Satire. I thought it was funny, and several others thought it was too, in OOC. This was the only reference to ISIS, and was a purely satirical one. I have made no other remarks of beheading, murder, war or any of that. If you are offended by four letters, then you should not be a moderator. I have not offended anyone ICly, and have even typed a full Islamic prayer, including holding the Quran in the correct hand, and using bed-sheets as prayer rugs. I have done nothing offensive or stereotypical, and am being told I did. I dislike his strong attitude, saying "There is no arguing." and "This is final." I would hope that people look at this with an open mind, and not biased towards me or in favor of the Aurora staff.

I agree with him. Frankly, you are a huge asshole to me and can't take a joke. For example, today in OOC you said I feel gross and I replied you look gross.. kek. You then proceeded to ask me how it is not getting enough oxygen and living the rest of my life that way, and called me a cockhead. And the other day you called me a blabbering dumbass for not agreeing with your views. I don't think you are mature enough for the role and will have biased approaches towards me and other players you don't like. I have no idea why you dislike me, but that's none of my concern because I don't care.

I don't think it is bad as you are all making it to be. I and many others thought it was funny, and others didn't. He didn't kill you or steal anything so what's the big deal? Its just a picture of a 2D Sprite. Didn't the person who took the picture get brigged?

One paragraph minimum per question Why do you wish to play this specific race: Because there is not an abundance of Dionaea players, most players are Humans, Unathi, and Tajarans. I hope to add more variety to the station and increase my role-playing skills. I really like the Dionaea because they are the only 'Alien' species. The Tajaran and Unathi are both Feline and Reptilian, both of which have been studied and well known for a long time. Meanwhile, the Dionaea are entirely made up of plant-like micro-organisms, and are completely new to humanity. I also wish to play them because they have a connection with Nature, something I have too. I think they are really cool looking and make interesting characters. Identify what makes role-playing this species different than role-playing a Human: Everything about the Dionaea are different from Humans. Their makeup is not of cells and blood, but rather plant-like microorganisms. I find it fascinating that the Dionaea start from something as small as a seed, and can grow and come together to form a body the size of a space station. They have a higher pain tolerance, feel no emotion, and are immune to radiation. This makes them good warriors, or Engine Technicians. The way they think is slower, but are highly curious, I feel this can make for interesting RP and a slower, more relaxed play style, something that I want. The driver was killed, and the back doors of the Cargo slammed open, containers of seeds, nutrients, live animals and more poured out. The container of Dionaea seeds cracked and multiple seeds sunk into the soaked soil. The next day cleared up, and the forest was calm and sunny. The truck was wrecked, and all the animals had already run into the forest. The container of seeds, now empty, sat in a sunny clearing, with a container of nutrients broken next to it. The Dionaea seeds had sunk into the soil and we already growing, the nutrients feeding the soil and seeds. Days later, large pods had grown, nearly 15, ready to hatch. Suddenly, they all opened and out crawled the Nymphs. They all took in their surroundings, a lush forest with tall, strong trees, some fallen and struck by lighting from the incredible storm days before. They looked to the North and saw the large mountain, towering above them, and saw a silver building, glistening in the sunlight, with crystal blue windows and antennae protruding from the roof. A narrow path led to the laboratory. After four years of living in the Forest, the Dionaea group had all grown to Adults, skilled hunters and gatherers. They knew how to stay in light, and made fires. The group of Dionaea agreed to join together and form one body, a tall figure, nearly 7 feet tall, his body made of micro-organisms and branches. They had been watching the lab for a long time now, and decided it was time to go there, so they embarked on the path to the laboratory.. They were met at the door by a group of Scientists and Botanists, who were awestruck, and welcomed the Dionaea man. The Dionaea was curious, and wanted to learn more from these humans.. [Flash Forward 20 Years] The Dionaea took on the name of The Storm of Life, for the storm set him free, and allowed him to grow freely in the forest. The group of Scientist and Botanists took in the Dionaea, teaching him about Humanity, their quest to learn more the universe, and the other Alien species, Skrell, Tajaran, and Unathi. They taught the Dionaea how to speak their language, how to grow plants, and biology concepts and procedures. The Dionaea had taken all of this in slowly, but grasped a advanced knowledge of the subjects. His Human friends were now old, the youngest 54, and the oldest reaching his 90th birthday. He knew they were reaching the end of their life, but he was a young 24 year old Dionaea, and had a life ahead of him full of learning and success. His Human friends transported him to a populated area, the buildings incredibly tall, touching the clouds, made of glass and metal. They came upon a large building, made of marble, with huge glass doors and banners hanging from columns supporting the structure. The banners were a navy blue, with the NanoTrasen 'N' embroidered on them. He saw another banner hanging horizontally, which said "NanoTrasen is seeking skilled individuals to work upon the N.S.S Aurora, do you have what it takes?" He entered the building, and applied for a position as a Botanist/Biologist on the N.S.S Aurora... What do you like about this character? He was grown in Nature, and has a large connection with it, he was inspired to grow more plants and research them. He was also appreciative of his Human friends, if it was not for them, he may have never got the chance to find purpose in his life, or return to space, his species original home. I really like his backstory, and feel it is well written and you can visualize his life. I also like the curiosity and motivation the character has to keep learning. How would you rate your role-playing ability? A solid 7/10. I could be much better though, just takes time. Notes: This is my second time typing this. I had written one earlier, but I pressed Preview, and it deleted everything. So I have this one saved in Notepad, just in case.

I agree with the OP. I also feel that certain players are ruining the experience, they powergame, don't RP correctly, and are just assholes all the time. I won't be saying names because the circlejerk will come out and insult me.
