I would like to point out, that even though a loyalty implant does not override your natural habits, such as sexually harassing the crew or getting drunk, it is the duty of the captain to avoid these to an extent. It may have been an extended round, but that does not mean you could not take it seriously, you are the captain, after all. From an observer standpoint, one would see the captain as a player using his position for the benefits and not for the responsibilities, such as inviting people to your office for what one would presume to be sex, or for "threatening" someone for trying to get a simple signature (Paperwork is the hallmark of a good head. And in some cases, it will be necessary). I understand, you are entitled to make mistakes. No one has ever said that your character had to be a perfect head. But your head must follow SoP, must display competence to the crew, and certainly, if you have to get numerous complaints filed against you to CC about your captainship, I believe you might be doing something wrong. We had to send an ERT led by an NT inspector because the station completely fell apart structure-wise. A good captain would have prevented this from happening to the best of his abilities, not been the root of them.

I believe this is just another case of recently accepted whitelist head is tossed in a situation they aren't prepared for and make the best option they can think of but things fall out of place and it makes them look bad. Why do I hate them so much? Well I'm not entirely sure. Maybe it's the way they warble. Maybe it's because every single Skrell character I've encountered has failed to impress me. I mean, yeah, I get it. You like to warble around in the pool naked. Yeah. You like science. Woopdy-fucking-do. Now, our lore team goes and creates this wonderful new race, which seems to be the antithesis of Skrell. So, my reaction? HELLS YES. Also, these guys are a dog/bat and human hybrid...cool? On top of that, they're both Vikings and Templar. So, double cool? This race is literally so fucking awesome, I can hardly contain my spear in this Skrell's vital organs. Identify what makes role-playing this species different than role-playing a Human: The key thing about playing a Kocasslani is emotion. Emotions play a major part in their lives, so you'd have to take a human, and make them overly dramatic to start with a basis on the Kocasslani. The other, most major part of their culture is their religion of course, which dictates their entire life. A good Kocasslani is a religious one, practicing their beliefs within regulation (I doubt NT would assist me in hosting any blood sacrifices on their station.) Even if a Kocasslani is not with the Crusaders, they're still going to have some significant interaction with the Skrell aboard this station. If they are, then heh...it's gonna be nice working with you, Mister Hupp. Either you hate the gelatinous frog creatures with a passion as cold as the ice winds of Sonhandra, or you're going to be able to extend your hand out and firmly shake it, willing to put aside the differences between your kinds, like how your brothers and sisters have not. Why does this species in particular hold your interest? Because it's something exclusive to Aurora, something that I don't really see much of despite the wonderful lore we have for it. I feel like I would be able to play this race and perhaps inspire some more to apply with a totally awesome character that I'll make for it? Maybe two or three? But the main reason I want to have this race available is because, as I stated above, I despise the Skrellian race and wish to see them skinned and gutted for all to gather around and observe. I want to finally display my rage against them outside of that a normal human could express. I want to have my religion dictate that I must kill them (But not actually kill them 4noraisins because that's against the rules), and shift the station's view of who my character is. To a human, I could be a bad ass hunter, cracking down on crime and earn the respect of the security team, but then all of a sudden, there's a Skrell in the uniform and nobody knows what to think of me following our encounter. I like this concept. However, I don't feel like it necessarily needs to be a Syndicate agent that would otherwise cause chaos on the station themselves with the supplies they give themselves rather than give a guy a gun and say "Hey, go shoot the HoS or else I'm gonna tell him about you fornicating with that atmos tech". I think it can just be regular crew/traitor.

There is literally nothing wrong with Jason. He should actually be a model to people, of how you can make a character that's an ordinary guy, that does something extra WITHOUT self antagging, and without being a snowflake.

I'd say to at least cut the hair. Floor length braids are EXTREMELY unpractical in every way. You know how easily you'd be able to trip over it and snap your neck? Combined with working in the research department of Aurora, probably the most dangerous part of the station where you'd need to be able to run away from a plasma fire or a sudden breach or hungry slimes. On top of that, she's going to be the RD; Someone who would be more exposed to the dangers of science. You can keep it neon blue. But for God's sake, cut the hair.

Eh...don't really mind them. They're fine as they are, but I wouldn't put up a fit if they got changed.

I'm surprised you didn't have a whitelist already at this rate. We could always use another good racist character, or another complete asshole. This time, this asshole is gonna be in command of us. I actually like this concept. Also, there should be modules that can be used with a cooldown, like Stampede, once every 30 seconds or so you can use it and get a sudden burst of speed in a direction. Force field, makes you immobile for the duration and unable to do anything else, but gives you temporary shielding from all lasers/ion based things. Autopilot, takes you to a few designated spots on the station. Maybe if not too OP, can be called to your destination somehow? Eh, these are just ideas. And they should be built into the mech, so if you wanted to add or remove or replace a module you'd need to go into maintenance mode and open it up and do magic things to it.

Honestly, there's like nothing wrong with Senri that I can easily tell. Everything looks normal, well developed character, very well done. But. That.
