Next time, examine someone (can be done by rightclicking, and choosing "examine", or by shift-clicking them). If there says anything of "he/she has suddenly fallen asleep", that means they are SSD, and have disconnected from the server. Do note that sometimes, people go afk for periods of time. Sometimes 5 minutes, sometimes the whole round. In that case, you would not see any message by examining them, but they are still considered SSD. Rule of thumb: If they aren't interacting with you at all, if they aren't moving, talking, responding to LOOC, or anything, they are probably SSD and should be left alone.

Also, award a "Biggest Junkie" award. Whoever drank the most total units of alcohol and did the most drugs gets their name in bold with the amount of each substance they ingested by their name.

# of observers too afraid to join nuke Bonus points if you include how many of them voted extended.

Heh. I feel like a lot of people's signature characters/early characters are based largely on themselves and act in accordance to their moods/lives. Daniel Rayn was my sec officer. Never really motivated to do anything. Didn't talk much, but when he did, he'd explode. Sorta-addictive personality, grumpy all day...Then I thought "fuck that I can literally be whoever I want in this game" and gave him a beard.

I'm gonna be the first to come here and say...while this idea is amusing and creative, it cannot be allowed because it gives your character a mechanical advantage over everyone else, regardless of job. Also, custom items are things you can hold in your hand. You can't hold a wheelchair.

Reporting Personnel: Hazeri Saakhat Rank of Reporting Personnel: Scientist Personnel Involved: (Anyone involved in the incident and their rank at the time of the incident) Cecillia Lambert (scientist) Andrew Cordell (Research Director) Katie Powell (Chief Medical Officer) Alice Peterson (nursing intern) Simon Fisher (Medical doctor) Time of Incident: Starting from roughly 14:20 and concluding at around 14:30 Location of Incident: Medical Bay Nature of Incident: []Workplace Hazard []Accident/Injury []Destruction of Property [x]Neglect of Duty []Harassment []Assault [x]Misconduct []Other _____ (Place an x in the box that applies. If other, replace line and specify.) Overview of the Incident: (General description of the incident, to include as much detail as is deemed necessary) Cecillia Lambert, an esteemed researcher on this station, contracted plasma into her body system by nature of mistake. She was then taken (teleported, rather, as she was unconscious) medbay to be treated. She is immediately diagnosed with plasma poisoning and a ruptured lung. The three medical persons, CMO Powell, Doctor Fisher, and Intern Peterson, all agreed Peridaxon was the answer, and shoved her in cryo. They did not even remove the contaminated clothing. It becomes evident that the CMO is taking too long to produce the medicine. I openly told the three that she needed immediate surgery to repair the lungs. She was then dunked out of cryo by Fisher and put on a roller to be taken to the operating room. The Director and I stopped him so we could remove her clothes, since he forgot. Once in, Fisher starts putting on anesthetics. Lambert can no longer breathe at this point, rendering anesthesia pointless. I pointed out that he needed soporific and ran to get medical staff to get him some. After a relatively long time to get a syringe of sleep toxin, Peterson leaves one at the operating room. The operation begins. Halfway through the operation, he realizes he doesn't have the necessary saw to complete it. I inform him that robotics has one, and that the Director can bring it. However, he tries to open the freezer room in the operating theatre, claiming there was a saw in there. He calls Powell down there, and then suddenly there's all three medical staff inside the operating room. Powell is unable to open the airlock for some reason, then they finally consider my idea. While the Director is out, Lambert goes into critical condition. Fisher responds by dragging her without a roller, to cryo, oblivious to the fact that she lost a good pint of blood on the trip, and still has an open incision inside the cryo. The director arrives with the saw. Peterson dunks Lambert out of cryo and helps take her back to the OR, where the operation is completed. Peterson administers a syringe of what she announced was "Inaprovaline". I would note that during this fiasco, the RD found himself inside the OR. He reads off the monitor that Lambert has toxin damage; The cause of this is not clear. Perhaps it was the "inaprovaline" which was actually something else, or that Fisher did not wash his hands (I cannot say that I saw him begin without washing them, but I cannot recall him actually doing it). Regardless, she is tossed back into cryo. Peterson announces that she is dead. Now, at this point, I became slightly emotionally compromised. I informed all three of them their failures as a proper health team had caused a death and that I would report this to an IAA, along with this report to Central. They did not even react, as if they ignored me. Security showed up and stormed medbay. I left when it became a security investigation, to which, I did not find the results of. All I know of from the point where her death was announced, was that Peterson had reported she had only a third of her blood supply in her. A third. Did you report it to a Head of Staff or IAA? If so, who?: (Name and rank) Terrance Frank, IAA Additional notes: I would like to see the CMO demoted for a few shifts, since she proved unable to handle a high-stress situation professionally. I heard her mutter about how her shift was dragging her down and how she needed a vacation while a patient was being (mis)treated.

In my opinion, CMD needs to be botched. The whole concept is silly, unrealistic, unprofessional, and just plain doesn't make logical sense. You got your head beaten in by a guy with a crowbar. You wake up in medbay. They tell you that he knocked you out but medical arrived just in time and saved you. You have brain damage from the crowbar and that's why you don't remember any of that. You believe him, and shrug it off. Next shift, plasma leaks out and burns you. You wake up in medbay. They tell you that an atmos tech killed the fire just in time and popped you into a stasis bag and dragged you to medical. Your brain suffered burns somehow and you can't remember any of that. Skeptical, but you believe them. Next shift, a man announces that he is a member of the Syndicate and ties you up in a closet. He shoots you twice in the head and it flies off. You wake up in medbay. They give you some obvious bullshit story about how your brain survived 2 bullets and how security somehow got you away from your killer and how medbay removed them in time. Despite the fact that you are well aware of a facility on your station that is literally designed to bring back the dead, and the countless "Friends don't tell friends they're clones" posters around the halls, you still refuse to even consider, that maybe these guys are lying to you. It's just ridiculous Gut the memory loss. You can RP it if you want, but it should no longer be mandatory. Instead, put in game mechanics that act as penalties for being cloned. Inconveniences that work as an incentive to be more careful of your death, and avoid stupid shit like ramboing the nuke ops to save the hostages. Perhaps they could be tied to how you died, maybe not. Examples of mechanics could be, becoming more sensitive to certain types of damage, having organs be weaker or less effective, slower movement speed, inability to hold large objects with one arm because the cloning process messed it up, blurred vision, shorter hearing range, minor untreatable brain damage that's not too game-changing but impossible to ignore, constant vomitting, slurred speech, loss of knowledge of languages, maybe even random genetic damage. Would make things more interesting. Not only do you have to treat the clone, you have to keep an eye out on them so they don't get hurt. To keep things canon, one would say that these penalties can only be treated with equipment at a proper hospital. How does that sound?

As for the being closed off part, one could argue that it's on a station, which is an enclosed metallic bubble in space. Everywhere feels private and closed off. But I like the design you have here. Especially the placement of the chairs. Can we also replace all the stools with actual wooden chairs or something?

Okay you guys completely skipped Hazeri Saakhat. Try again.

I guess we don't really need flashbangs all the time anyways. And when we do, it's definitely for something above code green anyways.

Also, if possible, one for papers denied/approved.

A little bit of both, maybe? Like, 3/4 of the stats are serious, and the rest are something silly.

Further clarification: we are not talking about the detective's revolver. The detective's revolver is fit for purpose, as it stands. We're talking about the antagonist revolver. Ah, my bad. Blue, learn to read you piece of shit Then I guess maybe nerf it from 60 down to 50 or 40? I mean, it should still be a powerful weapon. Maybe reduce the size of it's clip, too?

I can't help but notice that our Unathi lore page is kinda lacking compared to the Bay counterpart. The other "Big Three" aliens are about equally compensated with information, but Unathi still misses some key things that should really be there for character creation. There's no mention of any religions. I think Bay had like 4 main beliefs. Are we gonna port those over or does the lore team intend to make their own? Something ALL the other races have, minus Unathi (on both Bay and ours) is a conversion for Moghian years to human years. I think Bay mentioned the life expectancy of a Unathi in Moghes is 70 years. 70 Terran years? 70 Moghian years? How many human years is a Moghian year anyways? That's basically what I have right now in regards to the subject. If anyone could answer these, I would be most grateful.

The purpose of the handgun is for self defense. For your noir-crime fighter to be able to continue his chain smoking addiction. Haven't played detective since the forensics redux. Is it still the 1911? If so, it doesn't need to be so strong. If there's a threat that *needs* to be killed, 2-3 shots should really incapacitate them, not decapitate them. Maybe make it 5-6 shots to the head to kill?
