Allow Lii'dra Team Antagonists to netspeak in their private Hive-net communications.

The purpose of this is to sell the fact that all Lii'dra are the same person. All players would know what all other players know. At times this is stymied by IC chat. This illusion could actually be better served if their chat worked in the same way deadchat does during a cult round. It is a semi-in character, but its also out of character.

It would allow Lii'dra players to shorthand information to each other better, without having to worry about IC, and actually helps them stay in character of being perceived as the same person.

I agree with this. The allowance of sharing ic info oocly is the only feasible method of easily sharing information within a hivemind antagonist species.

I like the idea, but I'm curious on how you want it to work? Like implementation and usage?

It would work similar to how deadchat is perceived in cult rounds. It is both OOC and IC chat. Basically exactly how it works when a cultist decides to ghost and roleplay with some ghosts at times, but other times you have ghosts oocly speaking about stuff.

Yes, but doesn't that permit people to see the map?

Why not just give them one of our existing languages? We have one dark comms one, don't have the entire name, which could be renamed and used not just for this, but other avenues.

Bygone doesn't literally mean that the Lii'dra will be able to mechanically function like ghosts. He means that the channel would be a mixture of OOC and IC.

I would probably say it's more like an in-character AOOC.

Yeah, that's fine. We already have a language which is barely used that could function as such for Lii'dra or any other themes. Might just need a rename. I don't have the full name on hand.
