Staff involved: Alberyk informed me to file a complaint if staff didn't show up before round end. 

Reason for complaint: Talos stone decided at the end of a round, during evacuation of the station to use an exosuit to drill crew that had insulted him. Effectively killing one crew member, and seriously harming another all because of being called a piss robot, on account of the shade of gold on his exosuit. It was unwarranted and pretty much grief. 

Did you attempt to adminhelp the issue at the time? If so, what was the known action taken by administration/moderation? Yes, however no staff were on at the time.

Was a direct witness to the events.

Can confirm that in my view everything said above is true. Talos Stone walked into the dock during evac from a busy wizard round and drilled someone almost to death for insulting him before threatening to do the same to myself playing a NanoTrasen Liaison at the time. He had to be killed by the responding ERT (Kataphract Knights). It was in my opinion completely unwarranted

I saw the situation from start to finish, he got into a spat with Ermu Veere, the one who was nearly killed at the end, due to them wanting to kill Ian White, who had been turned into a skeleton unwillingly but had done nothing wrong all shift and had been cleared by everyone to not be a threat, including command. Ermu insulted him for wanting to kill Ian, and he had tried to break into RnD multiple times to kill her, which I stopped as my character by closing and welding a door in his face. At the end of the round, with nothing in his way, he decided to walk up and drill Ermu multiple times, claiming it was fine because he "aimed for the chest" or something like that, as they were bleeding out on the floor, and came extremely close to death, but was saved from it thanks to the CMO. They were also spending most of the round stomping around in an exosuit with a drill trying to fight the wiz despite ERT being on scene and the wiz having killed multiple crew, including all of security.

I told player about this complaint, they did not log since then. They have been permabanned. They can explain their reasoning in an unban appeal.
