Change "Spawn as assistant if role is unavailable" to "spawn as visitor if role is unavailable"

Now that we have faction visitors, it makes more sense to change that entirely, as suddenly dropping down to an assistant is essentially against what's expected regarding job hopping and paygrades and stuff.

I'd rather just remove it. Spawning as a visitor version of a character seems rarely what you want -- Same with assistant as it is now.

Maybe unrelated but I think an easy fix could be making it so "Return to lobby if preference unavailable" is made the default. So we can avoid the weird situation of someone spawning in an entirely different department by mistake.

The difference is, assistants can work basically every job, but visitors cannot work in any job. But I agree, I disabled this on all my characters, if I have a QM or surgeon character for example (set up for that job in skills and fluff) it makes no sense to just get demoted to assistant if someone else yoinks the slot. I'd just remove this.

I thought it depends on if you've set the title as visitor/assistant on character creation? So if you set it to Visitor you would spawn in as Visitor? Maybe I'm wrong?

The jobs were separated. They're no longer alt title based.

Ahh ok, then fair. I agree then that'd be nice to have this as an option. I supposed you could set the role as "low" if need be for now so you fill in that slot.

I like this idea. I have a hard time imagining anyone but maybe cargo techs (aka disposable bottom-of-the-rung to begin with) being temporarily demoted to assistant status because their specific position was filled on the station.
