Reason for Appeal: Been a few months now, I just feel like comming back and to get all the applied bans removed for a fresh start. Heck, does this even work to get me my Vaurca back? I dunno.

I am honestly not sure if I am allowed to state my PoV or something but I will state what I observed the little times I talked to you and interacted with you.

What is this, your theird perm ban appeal?

I am honestly kind of disappointed. You where given multiple chances and I constantly saw you raid the wear house and carry said gear around the entire round while being sec banned.

You also got a player complaint against you and you stated things like, "You have sand in your vagina, calm down." With zero attempt for constructive argument.

Theirdly I remember in voice you lied to me on how you got your head Whitelist stripped with saying things along the lines of "It was stripped due to inactivity." I soon learned you got it stripped for spamming messages with the request consol of telling the HoP that he is a shit.

You lost your Varaca Whitelist over the powergaming with cargo.

During the time I have seen you, you where given multiple chances and you have not improved at all. How would this appeal be any different? Will you be unbanned for a month then get banned for the same reasons?

Never said my headwhitelist got stripped because of inactivity. You're mixing something up, bud. The stuff with my latest ban was because I wielded a knife I shouldn't have, with more-or-less IC reasoning, wich wasn't enough reasoning, though. Also that fucking Sol event. Wich caused a lot of trouble for me, really.

The Vaurca ban was NOT because of powergaming cargo. It was because I asked for a lethal weapon, while not sec or antag.

The third chance was very generous. You broke a rule that you've had to be spoken to about REPEATEDLY to stop.

Why do you deserve a fourth chance? Because your typical track record is that you get unbanned, you behave for a week and then you start acting like a chucklefuck again. Why should we bother in taking that risk again?

This time does not matter because you have not changed at all in those months/years. If you changed to be less of a shitter, it would just be history... But it is still relevant to bring up issues back then when they are the same things you've been doing.

Hello! Apologies for not getting on this appeal sooner, I had a few issues IRL that had to come first. Let's begin then shall we?

Now as others have already said this isn't the first time you've been here. This is your THIRD appeal man, that doesn't look to good does it? We've given you chance after chance. Infact, more chances than most. We'll start from the beginning, with your first permaban:

 

Okay so that was accepted, on the condition that your secban would be made permanent which you agreed to and all was said and done. So allow me to jump forward to your second permaban:

 

Now this is sorta the main reason I'm on the more 'No' side of things here. This ban was applied and then you appealed it right? But then here's the thing.. 7 days later you're doing pretty much the exact same thing, for reference here is the ban:

 

So what does that look like to us administration staff? It looks exactly like someone who has not learned their lesson. During our conversation over Ahelps about this particular incident I contacted a few of the people you said were the reason you were carrying the item(s) and most if not all of them stated that their characters didn't hold too much against yours, hence why it was still deemed invalid like the last time. The point is this is the third time you're here. As said by others how can we guarantee you won't just go back and do it again? You received punishment after punishment, starting with your temp secban, then that being made into a permanent secban due to your actions, your vaurcae whitelist being removed as well as two perma-bans (not including the third/this appeal) as well as quite a lot of notes and warnings under your belt. Does this add up to someone who's learnt their lesson? Why didn't all this make you think that you needed to change the way you are on the server? The fact is it doesn't look like you are going to change, at least not from the look of your previous notes, warnings and bans. I'm leaning on a 'No' for this appeal at the moment, feel free to reply to this as it may help. I'll also be asking other staff for input to decide the final outcome of this appeal.

I think I've learned my lesson so far. And, as cancerous as the Aurora Community may be (love every piece of that, though!), it's my community. It's where I fit in. A place I used to identify myself with. And I'm asking to be allowed back there. I do think I improved. A lot.

How to get your ban appeal denied: in one sentence followed by two small paragraphs that contradict the first sentence.

If you pick what arguments you want to address rather than answering honestly to the inquiries of other related parties then don't be surprised when those same people don't want to give you another chance.

Yes, a ban appeal, where you appeal to the community as well as staff for a chance to have your ban removed. The community is more than welcome to post what ever they deem appropriate within the confines of the rules. We as staff, even though this appeal is for HoS to deal with, provide our own opinions and input regarding this appeal, so it's best to actually respond to people instead of blatantly ignoring everyone that is not HoS.

Okay so, before this gets anymore heated than it needs to be I'm going to put the verdict out there.

It was decided by staff and myself that this appeal will be denied for the reasons stated in my previous comment on this thread as well as what the other staff have stated. It has also been decided that you may not appeal for 6 months. The main reason for this is your attitude, mainly on the server but here as well. After the 6 months is up you may appeal again and chances are you'll have more of a chance at the appeal being accepted and the ban lifted.
