Rushodan Posted February 5, 2018 Posted February 5, 2018 I was about to suggest exactly what Abo suggested because it would be interesting to say the least. Depending on how close the Aurora is to Sol space I would like an option for Sol Marine intervention that again, priorities SA citizens before everyone else. If the Aurora is nowhere near SA space then ignore me.

Faris Posted February 5, 2018 Posted February 5, 2018 Sol wouldn't make much sense. I doubt they'd really intervene under such short notice. I highly doubt they'll be an option outside of admins interfering for the sake of the narrative.
Snakebittenn Posted February 5, 2018 Posted February 5, 2018 this should be totally tied in with making it not an instant ERT swipe, but 'central could you send some help m8s'
Hackie Posted February 6, 2018 Posted February 6, 2018 Security is not at such a dramatic disadvantage as to be entirely vulnerable to whenever an antagonist decides to blow a strong gust of wind in their direction that they collapse. Laser guns, Energy guns, Cargo, Artificial Intelligence, Crisis Cyborgs, support from Medical and Engineering add up to them generally having an advantage over the antagonists if they coordinate. I think the reduction to a flat 50% would universally open up opportunities for both Security and Antagonists. Security would have to be more involved, because they don't have a, 'fuck 'em all' button, and antagonists would have more breathing room to be proactive.
