Please respect the psychiatrist. They know what they are doing.

Something has come to light, recently, during a round, the head of security drew a knife to me, I tried to inject them with a sedative syringe, and they attacked me stealing my ID and running off, what happened in the next 3 seconds was that my office was invaded by cultists and then I died a horrible death. Actions will be taken to suspend this person from duty, hopefully, but I would like people to understand that when the Psych is trying to do their job, you should not attack them. It could get someone killed. To the person that stole my ID, PLEASE DONT DO IT AGAIN.

Thank you.

A competent psychiatrist.

This sounds like something that should have been looked into via an adminhelp, or via a player complaint depending on the round type and other circumstances.

You know, you appear to have an attitude about you that you're the just and righteous cause on the entire server, going so far as to insert yourself into every little thing other psych players do, seeming offended that they managed to take your slot from you.

Saying you're going to be working to remove somebody from duty over what was likely a result of antag actions shows very little faith in your ability to separate actions that're canon, from actions that aren't, let alone knowing the proper response for things such as ahelping when it happens instead of blurting it out over OOC while the round itself is still going.

Before you do anything, I'd recommend you give a glance over our rules again, namely the items about metagrudging and IC in OOC, if nothing else.

Send an adminhelp next time.

I doubt anything will occur, as we know little to nothing. The round is over and as time goes, what people saw and recall becomes less reliable. This includes intent and reasoning, something that not easily grasped from text logs.

If this happened, this is a big no. It's a rule violation I'd expect a person that has played this long to be familiar with. Do not do it again.

Sounds like you had a nasty bit. If you were interacting with a Head of Security who had a knife, during a Cult round where the Medical Bay was being invaded by armed death-worshipers, and you tried to stab him with a syringe, expect brief and brutal response. People don't like that happening to them, and an HoS is a person first, Head second. For all he knew, you were probably in league with the bad guys.

Action will most likely not be taken, as the context of the situation is unknown to the Staff, you didn't adminhelp the situation, and Head of Staff whitelistees are trusted to not be shitlers. You weren't killed by a Head of Security, but you certainly were incapacitated when you tried to sedate him, in a nasty situation where blood worshipers were wiping people out.

Sounds like you probably shouldn't take your duties too far on one of the most on-edge, authoritarian figures on the station during an emergency situation. Gotta' know when to flex your medical authority and when not to, because for all your technical wiki-issued authority, Security will barely glance at you when swords are getting buried in stomachs, unless it suits them.

Also, I really don't like how you mixed a bit of IC and OOC into one with this question. Rubs me the wrong way.
