  1. Too many people to do in such short amount of time, will edit post after to show, but here is my list. Winston Carton Lawrence Phillips William Von Tirol Tim Underwood C.R.I.T.I.C
  2. Dear Mister Goldstein, to be blunt, Fuck off. During this shift alone, I was informed by a doctor that my pregnant wife and Brother in Law were either dead/ dying in a hospital, my entire world fucking destroyed in two sentences and I was now stuck on a station and could not be with my loved ones. On top of that fact, with the mental break down that followed, half of the crew gathered around me and insulted/ taunted me/ told others to enjoy the show as I struggled with the fact that I lost everything I cared about in this world. I was facing a situation of losing the woman I loved, my unborn child, and I had lost the man I called a brother. I was given little time to recover from my mental state as the /idiot/ xenobiologist once again released monsters all across the station...the second time he had done this, but this time it resulted in the death of eight. We had two medical staff members, and me who was doing his God damn best to help them treat those badly wounded but who were still alive while every other officer slowly fell SSD. After some time, it was just me, the detective, and the IAA. It was clear, that when the xenobiologist died he would not be cloned as he killed half of the station, including some dear and personal friends of mine, but you and the detective just could not let it go. As I was helping zip up a friend in fact, in a body bag I should add, I heard gun shots. Rushing to the scene, I saw you and the idiot detective opening fire on the two creations, the two peaceful, helpful creations that were just like us and showed no intention of harming the crew, as they screamed out in pain as you two morons shot them over and over again. You ran as I arrived, I remember this clearly. After a brief struggle, I brought down the detective, but he was able to take my glasses off. He was able to flash me and cuffed me, but was cuffed by Beepsky seconds after completing this. I then had to have a mother fucking race with the mother fucking detective to see who could get our cuffs off first to make sure he didn't harm any other members of the crew. I was able to win this race, and quickly took him down as he was reaching for his weapon. I took his weapon and began to drag him to the brig when I saw you pick up my glasses. I asked you to return them, in which you said No. I told you it was not a question, and you demanded I give you a reason why, having just fought off Two mother fucking green men made of rock, The detective with a gun and yourself, and my mental stability slowly fucking slipping away, I say I was generous with only knocking you to the ground and not throwing you in perma for all the shit you caused. I took the detective, put him in a cell where you came out and started demanding a apology from me. At that moment, I decided you were a idiot, I decided you were not worth my time, and that likely, you were going to do something stupid so I would just have to wait. After dealing with the idiot detective insulting me, and trying to break out of jail, which he did during our confrontation when you attacked me, I left the brig to which you followed. I told you to back off, you did not. I did threaten you. Half the crew was dead and you and the idiot who was given a gun wanted to revive the monster who had brought all this death onto my station. I turned my back on you, which was a mistake, as you went to attack me. Thankfully, I have been attacked by much worse and only hit you once. But you know. I admit it. I hit you in total three times, But I swung as hard as I could. How dare you come onto my motherfucking station, shoot at the people I swore to protect, attack me, and demand a mother fucking apology when I should be besides my Dying wife. You died yes. Do I feel bad? No. You were just as bad as the xenobiologist. Was it a mistake you died? Yes. I found you outside of cryo and assumed a doctor had removed you, and simply put you back in to be extra safe before removing you again and placing you in the scanner. During this time was well, the detective broke out and started hunting the motherfucking IAA officer who was not involved, with the intention of killing him. I then had to hunt this man down, arrest him again, before a evac shuttle was called. I then had to drag multiple bodies with the two remaining medical staff, the bodies of my dear friends who died in horrible, horrible ways in which I could have saved them but I was rather busy dealing with the bullshit people like you put me through instead of doing actual good. The remainder of that night? I rushed to a hospital, visited my dying wife and am still unsure if she will survive, while having to deal with the aftermath of my brother in laws death. I am a monster? No sir. If I was a monster, more then you would have died that shift. You would not have been brought to medical, that detective would not have ever made it to the brig and I sure as hell would not have turned in the detectives fully loaded pistol to the IAA to make sure I didn't do anything stupid as I clearly have anger problems. The fact you were cloned at all is shocking, and I will push for a DNC order the next time you end up doing something like this. You shot at people who were trying to stop a terrorist from being cloned, or at the very least, helped a man who was trying to revive a terrorist. If it makes you feel any better, I now have to do desk work and take a psychological examination before every shift to make sure I am fit for duty. Not to mention, during all of this, Three more bodies with half of their blood drained were found, but I could not respond when they were screaming for help because, I was the only mother fucking officer and I was too busy dealing with the detective shooting people/ getting out of cuffs/ dealing with you/ being attacked by you. By the time I brought you to med bay, the last person who was missing half their blood was already in cyro and I still have No idea what happened because I was too busy dealing with you idiots. To sum this up. You are the reason more then eight people are dead, along with the detective and the xenobiologist. Thank you for your time. Winston Carton.
  3. Login: Stein Password: ************ So you fucked up huh? Well...As some of you may know I retired a while back and did a little scouting after that to see if I could find the right people for a business venture. But I am still around...and have taken up the business of cleaning up after others messes. So here is the deal. If you fuck up on a mission, I just need you to do one simple, itty bitty task so I know I can trust you. Shout: "The clock strikes thirteen on the rainy London day" Dont ask why, its from a book and it tells me that you need my help without you having to contact me. The rules are, you do what I say when I say it, you try anything different and Ill put you down quicker then you can say "Sorry Sir". If you do this, Ill make sure you get out of the jam without any problems, alright? As for the business folks out there, and those who use to work for DI. If you are interested in a job with less chance of dying.....Unless you like it that way, and really good pay for rather simple task. Message me, you know how to contact me and Ill give you a list of things that I need done or a list of jobs I need filled. Until then, its been fun. xoxo Stein.
  4. I like the creepy factor with this diona, my evil is appeased. +1
  5. Dooohohohoo! Oh, you are so witty here! I really wish that you will be removed from this server once and for all, because frankly I do not wish to swim through this septic tank of bullshit you spill out of your mouth, friend. Please, just put down your dictionary, or better yet; slam it against your god damn forehead. Maybe it will reset your brain and help you get rid of this OBVIOUS trollish behaviour. Now I know that Skull132 has a lot of patience and he is a VERY understanding person, and merciful too, but I have no idea how can he simply allow you to stay here. If it depended on me, I would outright throw you out with no ability to appeal your ban. Think about it Lord Fowl. I have a toxic side too, I can get trollish, but I can safely say that I was not as awful as you are right now. Take a little break and sit alone in your room, and then make a sum of your achievements. Try to find any positive ones that increase your popularity within the community. That is right, you will find none. Wow. I mean...I am not Fowl's biggest fan when it comes to this topic, that I will admit. Sure, he is talking, but if you have read any of his old forum post he does it this way, and sure he might be trying to be a jerk in some of those post as he is arguing for stupid shit like "A vibrating blue squirrel" or something, and sure I have my fair share of "Debates" with him. But I know that, he isn't personally attacking anyone here. You on the other hand, have so much toxic coming from you that its like Chernobyl and have caused me to do a complete 180 and take Fowl's side because of your attitude. You either need to cool it and act like a adult or find another way to word this, because...just wow.
  6. Ayyyy! I remember that! I was my really passive doctor character and I forget how but I felt really bad for you before you did it the first time...after that, I was too scared to tell you no because you drained half my blood in a few seconds. ._. Your lady scared my doctor bad, and is the reason he started bringing protection with him to his sessions.
  7. Just a fun fact for you. You got me confused, you see, I didn't approach you with another officer and a borg, I was the officer. By your pictures, it showed that I had body switched with you, so I was now in your body. The person in my body (( Xanderdox)) went SSD after you arrested him thinking it was me. I do suck at wizard, and am only body switching as we are still currently in that round and I have done it to many people so far. It has caused a lot of chaos, but as Antag that's kind of my job. Currently, I'm in the body of Aaron Hawkins and arrested for everything I had done, the only real mistake I made was the switch with Nibbles as I didnt do any RP with it (( Sorry Nibbles)). But yeah, I didn't go SSD, Xander did in my body. I think you got confused by the mechanics.
  8. Operative name: Stein The sadistic, taunting, fear loving, control freak of a Nuke op who enjoys nothing more then watching the station panic. Starting off a common operative for hire to anyone who could pay his price, he has become more focused on control of his victims then completing his missions, with paranoia increasing all the while. With his partner Sabre he has slowly made a name for himself. He is known for surviving near impossible situations such as: Being set on fire, shot with a sniper rifle in the chest, shot multiple times with ballistic weapons, stabbed, and more. After the heist and helping Tau Ceti remain in control of the sector, he was promoted to Op handler, though occasionally goes back out on missions to get the craving of complete control he so desperately needs. As of now, he is a employee of Dalton Industries, for however long that business survives, though does freelance work with Sabre when he can.
  9. I'm surprised this hasn't happened before.
  10. Reporting Personnel: Winston Carton Rank of Reporting Personnel: Security Officer Personnel Involved: Winston Carton, Bryce Faust, Ana Roh'hi'tin, Travis Davis, Green Tarajan Time of Incident: Location of Incident: Escape wing Nature of Incident: []Workplace Hazard []Accident/Injury []Destruction of Property []Neglect of Duty [x]Harassment [x]Assault [x]Misconduct []Other _____ (Place an x in the box that applies. If other, replace line and specify.) Overview of the Incident: I had reported to escape after a rather exhausting shift of dealing with the local nuisances once again, to come across Faust and Davis fighting. Now, we had no reports at any time before this incident of these two harassing each other, but I did hear Faust try polite conversation with Davis and his Tarajan girlfriend? Mate? This was quickly met with "Oh, ( Insert green tarajans name here) This is Bryce Faust, fucking retard". They then got into a heated debate, where Faust dared Davis to punch him. I warned Davis but he did not seem to hear me as he removed a wrench and struck Faust, a officer and assistant to the HOP at the time. I quickly took Davis down as he was attacking my friend and fellow officer, and quickly cuffed him. The HOS witnessed me do this and did not say this was a excessive use of force and instead asked me to bring him to the holding area. I brought him, where he spat in my face and started to insult me. We started a heated debate, and when his mate approached, he claimed I struck him. There is no witnesses to me striking him, and if you do actually look at the medical reports you will see that he was fine. I then took him to his cell with the HOS and let Odin handle him. Did you report it to a Head of Staff or IAA? If so, who?: The current HOS, Ana Roh'hi'tin witnessed the event and told me to take him away. Additional notes: (If there are none simply leave it blank) Travis Davis is a nuisance and is one of the few people who not only test my will, but many others officers wills as well. From his very first day to his current shift, he has been a problem. From sexually harassing Tarajans for his...strange Fetish for them which he expresses on comms almost every shift in very sexual predatory ways which most of the crew, including those he harasses, show displeasure for. He abuses his positions as staff, having used Telescience to transport cleaning grenades to public places to make people slip, to break into place and other small time rule breaking. He is rude, he is a sexual predator and he is exhausting to a group of men and women who are paid to protect this station, and instead find him dry humping some Tarajan without their consent. Now, he is trying to have two officers, One who has gone to therapy every chance he has gotten to work on his anger issues so events like this to not happen (( Which I have paperwork for to prove this)), fired because he does not like us? I ask for his immediate dismissal and maybe even a fine for all the damages he has done.
  11. I am now home from school, so here is some more ideas for what you can do during fire this certain sex/ alien round and Bluespace rounds: Bluespace: (( Some of these are really...out there, but could still be fun)) "AND SOON, AURORA WILL BURN!"- Maybe this disease isn't what we are imagining it, maybe one round it isn't this contagious deadly disease but instead has driven these people insane? Now not only will a psych have tons of RP, but we could have people who play characters who have a real mental break down ((Which is good in itself)) but maybe we could have this just hilarious and crazy round where we all embrace our inner crimson crow. Some of the people could take up super hero persona's and other could take up Super Villain persona's and the only cure for these people is for the crew to play along? I mean, that's not "Mutiny" but you can't tell me that wouldn't be a interesting round? Maybe it doesn't have to be Super Hero's and Super villains, maybe they think they are in the Thunder dome, maybe they are in Atlantis, or a magical city, or they see Seal people taking over the station, literally anything. It's like the changelings hallucinations, but it can be fun for everyone. and Honestly. You can't tell me that some person you work with every day coming over comms talking about taking over Aurora with his evil plan like he is the Joker wouldn't be slightly hilarious? On a more serious note: "...W-w-was that your skin?"- This disease becomes...more apparent..Skin starts falling off...Pus from the wounds, screams of agony as people /litterally/ fall apart in front of you. Now you might say "Oh josh, but that will help the loyal people!" While this is true, we can say CC sent a cure...but there is a catch. One has to /touch/ them....and there is only so much cure, there might not be enough for everyone, how do you decide who gets the cure? Who touches these sick people and by doing it...do you get the cure too? Or do you die so others may live? Do you let the sick die so the healthy may live? There is a lot people could do with this one, but it comes down to who gets the cure, if the cure is used and what to do from there. (( Just for story sake, say that gloves and hardsuits and all that jazz doesn't work or something...otherwise it be too easy, no? No fun when no moral problems)) "How could you?"- Through a investigation that the crew can do, they learn that the disease is actually a chemical weapon made by the syndicate, and the only way to get the cure is to track this person down (( Who admins can pick or something)) and have them hand over the cure (( This can be RP'd out, since this seems like a lot of coding for one round)). The key here is a investigation, with clues from CC to tell them that something is up with this disease, and maybe a list of suspects, things like that. Sure, its not Loyal vs Mutiny anymore but it be interesting to see some investigating done? Xeno related incidents- Hunger games- Winner keeps their job, pretty easy. Put them all on the mining station, make the crew watch, if that doesn't spark a revolution then ya crew is racist as fuck. "Didn't I read this somewhere...."- Put posters up, add a law to the AI to make it spout Propaganda about how great Nano is, find the most loyal members of Sec and promote them to "The captain's guard" or some shit. Then...slowly start taking the Xeno, make it quick and erase all their records. Make it seem like they never existed..Someone ask where they went, respond "Who?". Put them on the mining station, no comms. Take everything that could be dangerous except pick axes and have a guard watching over them, making sure they mine until their hands break. People start asking too many questions? Miner. Eventually people will see through the propaganda and fear ((Hopefully)) and revolt. Ill update this when its not 2 am in the morning and Im not exhausted.
  12. Oh boy. You know what I really enjoy Bokaza? 2 things. One, when someone assumes I can't look past my own character, and two when someone does the above. So get ready for this shit. 1) Fun fact: I have multiple characters besides Carton, with so few female aliens aliens on the station and being a human male which is usually safe from racism, most of my characters feel they are secure on their jobs. Sorry I'm not crying over the kitty and the lizard getting fired, Racism exist and so does ignorance. I have my own people to take care of and if 4 people on my station (( The usual amount who get fired during these types of rounds)) are getting canned because they have a tail, I'm no where near concerned. I think most people in a realistic situation, if a giant company that owned Nano existed and they had the resources Nano did, the idea of mutiny against them is almost unimaginable, which shockingly is how I play a few of my characters. Your asking them to go against the biggest company in the galaxy and piss them off, that seems like a bad idea for people who he doesn't talk to outside of work. Is it sad? Yes. Is it worth the hell my characters imagine they are going to go through if they get fired/ worse? No. No its not. 2) Funny you say that, because while I actually do keep records of everything Carton does, he is no worse then most of security. The only difference is I have him visit a psych and record all the crimes he has committed. I wish more of Sec do this because I have seen so many of them beat prisoners way more then I do when they get angry, but at the start of every shift those damn records are blank. But point is, trying to make Carton look like the worse amoung the crowd because I keep records updated is not gonna work when three other officers like Officer Snyder is in the back curbstomping the Tarajan that asked her why she got arrested. 3) Oh you, lets look at the two scenarios and Ill glady show you how they are different. In one, you were ripping open some alien which was wrong, but it also didn't have my life or anyone besides that Aliens life at risk. But lets also look at that round where the disease was spreading...Robert is his personal friend....asked me to join Loyalist...said yes...watched him Kill you...watched them arrest the Detective trying to set the sick free.....Whats this? Carton freed the detective...tried helping the sick.....Took the captains Disc and hid it....Gasp? My OOC opinion is different then one of my characters Opinions? How can this be? While Carton would like to live and not get sick since he has people he like to go home too, he did help the sick people despite the many factors that would make him side with the loyalist because he didn't like the execution......so its like...I almost played my character the same as the time with the ling....Its just crazy that I have a different opinion OOC wise. Maybe its because I see some deadly virus and have the natural fear of becoming infected and being the next one executed, the next one who could die some horrible death and never get to go home and say goodbye to the one my character cares about. This being more then Carton, I do have more then one character. Finally. I felt a little personally attacked here because those were my OOC opinions (( I also can be kind of a asshole like Carton)) and do have more characters, I was speaking in the views of normal people, not my character. When a giant company who has unlimited resources can make your life hell for trying to stand up for a few cats and lizards exist, its scary to mutiny. When a deadly disease is spreading amoung the crew, I think one should kill it at its source. It does not mean my characters believe that. So I would kindly thank you if you did not say I cannot look past my own characters, or consider that everything revolves around them, since that is just untrue. That being said: You are correct. There have been a few great moments in Mutiny that could happen every mutiny round if not for the fact that so many are ready to do what I stated my OOC opinion is. While it is human nature to care more for oneself over others, its gotten to the point where it is "It doesn't affect me so its not my concern". You want to get people really fighting against Big Old Nano? Heres a few ideas. Females being fired: 1) All aliens? Offer them a choice. Work as a Miner or Termination. They will choose miner, so what you do is put collars (( If we had shock collars that would be great)) on them, treat them like prisoners or worse. Parade them through the station, let the entire crew see what happens when Nano thinks you are a problem, and send them on the mining shuttle. From then on, anyone who even talks about them like they are people gets three minutes in the brig, they keep doing it, more brig time. Eventually after the fifth time, just put a collar on them and send them mining. People will get real mad, real fast. 2) Bluespace: Fun idea, the moment you hear you are going to be executed. Sneeze on everyone around you. Security and medical will surely be around you, and now you just recruited everyone from "Lets kill these fucks" to "Holy shit we need to find a cure" or "This is bullshit". You also just started a war because any Sec/ Head that wasn't sneezed on now wants you locked up or dead, but you have your own army with the same weapons as Sec on your side, maybe if you got a head or two you got a pistol now too. Suddenly its not "Locked in a room for two hours" Rp, its war. If anyone says they aren't infected when you sneezed on them, they are bull shitting you. 3) Aliens: Hunger games: No one but staff ever sees the Fax, so you can have a little fun. Tell them that Nano ordered all the female aliens to be teriminated...But not in the way one would think. Tell them that Nano wants them all dead, but you can save one of them...they just have to fight it out. Now all the racist will be on your side as your making the aliens fight to the death, but everyone else will be in a fucking frenzy because...Your having aliens fight to the death for your entertainment. 4) Bluespace: Old World Blues: So your locked in a room huh? You know what turns most people against the guy trying to kill you? A good sob story. Most of us seem to sympathize with: Mothers. Children. Sick Parents. Newly weds. Ex 1/2) "Please...at least let me say goodbye to my son...Hes only four and if I'm going to die, let me see his face one more time at least..." Ex 2/3) "...Oh god...Oh god...If I'm going to die, can someone at least take care of my parents...They won't be able to make it without me" Ex 4) "Fuck...Fuck...Tell *INSERT WIFE/ HUSBAND NAME HERE* I'm so sorry...tell them I love them" Notice I never said "Help!", because if one seems to resolve to their fate, it adds a bit more pull on the old heartstrings. Overall, here is what needs to change. Captains trying to be buddy buddy with the crew so they don't get shanked later in the shift needs to stop, its bullshit. Following the fax to the mark is also boring, a sheet of paper basically just made part of the crew slaves or target practice, fuck with them, do something crazy without killing everyone. Have fun with it.
  13. Here are a few counter points to the above questions. 1) "Oh dear, 30 or so percent of the crew is getting fired? Oh wait its all xeno? Oh thank god I'm fine." Racism, while a horrible thing, does let me know that when only aliens are getting fired, that my job is secure and while I am sad to see some of my alien friends go, I'm not going to risk my job that I may depend on to survive for someone else unless the aliens are getting beaten down in the middle of the hall. 2) "People being executed in virology, maybe I'm next". ...You don't seem to be thinking about this from the other side. A memo from what we first assume to be Nano just came telling us there is a /deadly disease/ that only these few people have and that we have to execute them /before it spreads to the rest of the crew/. The question is not "Will I be next" No, its "Why don't we kill these fucks now and burn the bodies". Kidding, thats not really the question but it makes the point clear, at no point did I worry that I was going to be executed next because I was told you all had some kind of earslug/skin eating/ liver liquifying disease that could spread. To be honest, its amazing you weren't killed right away with some people on the station, and the only real reason I turned traitor is because Sec started killing people who weren't sick, otherwise I would have stayed loyal. 3) "Sec shouldn't be afraid to go against the Captain" That is not a very fair statement to make, as I seen two HOS's go against the captain, have played both traitor and loyalist as Carton and seen countless officers go to war both verbally and physically over the issues that are presented during mutiny. But at the end of the day when someone dies they go "Oh, Sec never goes against the captain". Its the person's character, whatever choice they make is the choice their character would make and no one has no real right to complain about how someone plays there character unless its a troll character or they are breaking a rule in my opinion. Just my two cents.
  14. Oh my god this, this so much, this this this. I don't think anyone understands how much this is a thing. Its exhausting to go after Karima so much, so someone in the team usually says "Lets try this person" and its immediately dismissed because of the money you make. I mean, I think there has only been one time where the team I was on was like "Lets not go after Karima and thank god for that team (( This is when I'm on teams that focus on bounties)). Its not easy to argue IC wise why we shouldn't go after them either, "Oh no, I think we should go after the person with less money because....", while OOC we really want to just...involve ...someone...else, IC wise we have no real reason to turn down the 100,000 or 200,000 person. A idea could be just make a list of bounties without the rewards put next to their names, so then when someone is captured they learn how much the person is worth when they get paid. I mean, I assume most antags are getting paid to fuck up the station already, any amount onto that paycheck is good right? I dont know, I rather have antags not so focused on bounties but it seems it seems our antags are more focused on getting cash in their pockets then creating RP, myself included.

  17. Oi, I feel like I should throw my two cents in here. I wouldn't say the word "Shit" because we did destroy all the stations research and for a while we were in control from what I remember. I didn't leave because I was bored, left because I was passing out at my keyboard and literally could not keep going without shooting one of you in the head (( Which, to be fair, was my plan but had to adjust after a while)). But lets address some key points! 1) Karima: Ah, the 100,000 bounty, everyone guns for her. After about my second mission I realized that, everyone keeps gunning for her and that is never a good thing. But its very hard to justify "Lets not get the 100,000 bounty and instead go for the 15,000" in character, so we have to find either 1) A reason to not make bounties the number one priority and instead find a truly creative reason to attack the station instead of "Lets grab this person and run" 2) Bombing: Bombs...are a tricky topic. If bombs are too big, you are gonna have a bad time. If you have too many bombs, you are gonna have a very bad time. Bombs should be tactical, small to reduce casualties yet cut the station off from important things. I caused two explosions last night, one in front of Sec maintence after checking if the area was all clear, and one in the maintenance tunnels near Arrivals to create a access point for me to re-enter through and partially separate the station. When your bombs kill more then three people, its no longer "This round is fun" its "How do I make sure I live as long as possible" as people focus on surviving. 3) Hostages and You: Two things I will mention here. The situation with Karima and the Situation with Essel. We will start with Karima, as I knew everything on that entire list minus the camera, as when I accidentally busted out of the locker, I was almost certain Karima was going to warn everyone as she had a huge chance to run since I don't do the target system and usually try to RP it. Usually. This is more of a in character issue, but I suggest when a situation like this arises next time, to composate for most of that list, you put the hostage in the middle of the two ops, in case they try to run. The moment we saw Security, one of us should have grabbed her, stood behind her and let the other fight long enough to cause a small break. Security was a non issue as they were not armored and it only took us a few moments to be back up to mostly healthy. Essel: Never. Ever. Kidnap someone whey they are AFK. Be I a nuke op or a crew member...or a replacement for another nuke op, if you do this, I will mow thy ass down with my SMG faster then you can say "Oops". I do appreciate you let them go when I told you too, but for whoever took Essel, the cuffs should never have been on her wrist in general, we should have kept moving and pretended we simply did not see her for whatever reason. 4) Maybe its just me: I don't know how to describe this, but...What we did was nothing special. We robbed, we blew stuff up, etc etc...its the same thing every nuke op does and its the reason hate nuke. While being in that much power is fun, we have to remember there are players on the other side. Going after the same bounty is....boring for most players outside that group. Robbing the station and leaving....done already. There is nothing wrong with these plans and if you really want to do these, then all the power too you. I just believe, when you walk into a nuke round, do something that people will remember, that people will be like "Wow, that's new". Sure, I can't talk a whole lot for Stein since, to the crew and dead, he just sits there and taunts people over the radio, with the occasional hostage situation. But we should always try to be as creative as possible with our plans, the giant life or death DnD game, the gameshow for Ziva's life, the Many vs the Few choice when you have actual power to make a deal like that, I could list a ton of interesting ideas already done and ideas that could be done. Thing is, you can walk into a nuke round and it can turn out the way it did for us, with upset people and being forgotten about in a few days, or you can make a nuke round where people start to remember your ops, starting hoping your ops are the one picked because they know something crazy could happen. I think I'm trying to say, go for the crazy plan knowing that your entire crew could die trying to set the mission up rather then the blow up the station plan. If your entire crew does die, then maybe go with the "Safer" plan on what to do from there, but just try to do something that is new when you are a nuke op, do something where people will remember your name and hope to see you again, even if they hate you. I think thats all I have to say.

  19. These are all great questions. If you stop asking them now, Ill make it ten dollars a week.
  20. He has joined a few rounds, and being the office that has trained/arrested him most of those rounds where he went security, he has been quite the problem. At first I had high hopes, as after he was demoted from warden to cadet he seemed to be taking everything in and I was hopeful that he would. Instead, next round he re-joined as warden, and started destroying the brig. After that, he joined as Detective and when he tried to start a fight with a cadet using his gun, he was arrested. Actually, its easier if I make a list. What I have seen Tom do: Destroy the Brig as Warden x2 Assault multiple officers for no reason x3 Lock himself in the insanity ward, put a straight jacket, a muzzle and a blindfold on himself Lie about the above and how it happened Threaten to shoot all of sec Just wanted to add this to the complaint as it may be more then a talking too is needed.
  21. Basic Information Byond Account:Josh1133 Character Name(s):Winston Carton, Clark Robinson, William Von Tirol AI Name(s):C.R.I.T.I.C (( yet to be used, working on the character)) Preferred means of contact:Skype Age:18 Timezone:EST When are you on Aurora?:All the time, but as school and jobs will be starting soon, I would say from at least 6-10 pm EST, though this may change ExperienceFormer mod for multiple Rp servers on Minecraft, former Owner of server as well How long have you played SS13?: Few months How long have you played on Aurora: At least...six month, maybe more. How much do you know about SS13 (Baystation build) game mechanics?: Not very well actually, but I am slowly learning Do you have any experience moderating for an SS13 server?: I do not Have you ever been banned, and if so, how long and why?: I have not. Personality Why do you play SS13?: My friends showed me the game and I found it interesting for Roleplay. Why do you play on Aurora?: Simple answer really, I find it is the best place for RP. What do moderators do?:Kill the bal- Help teach players that are new to the game the mechanics, help settle disputes and help players who are generally having trouble. They also have to handle punishments to players who break the rules along with admins, and handle griefers and other such scenarios. At the end of the day, they are people who take time out of there day just to help the average player or help the admins when things get crazy. What does it mean to be a moderator for our server?: It is a honor to be a moderator and it is a lot of work. It is an honor because the community puts trust into you to help make a better experience for everyone involved, and that is not something to be taken lightly. It is work because you both have to help new players learn how to play the game and even sometimes learn how to roleplay, while also being the law in a sense with the admins and making sure no rules are broken. Why do you want to be a moderator?:I enjoy helping people I guess, and really want to help settle some of the problems that may arise on the server. I also have a three year plan to slowly take over the server and rule the - I mean. I would really love to help people! What qualities do you possess that would make you a good moderator?: How well do you handle stress, anger, or insults?:I will be honest. I am human, I do get angry, I do occasionally take insults personally when I'm staff, and being a college student, I suffer from a lot of stress. But I have experience in those conditions, I have learned how to handle them and learned how to not let them affect me. I cannot be this emotionally detached person, but I can brush those insults off, I can take a moment to cool down if I need to. Anything Else You Want to Add: (Do not put words here) (Put words here) Only one thing. If you choose me, I will add your names to a list. For the rest of your lives, 5 dollars will be mailed to you, though we won’t know who the sender is. This is not a bribe, simply a promise of money if you choose the right person. This is not a bribe.
  22. I remember this now. I actually was able to escape being locked in Sec along with the warden and another officer who, on our way to escape and onto the shuttle, died from some sort of plasma fire? All I remember is that me and Rai ended up escaping because of her giant robot suit and her attached sleeper where she stored me, but thats off topic. Now that I remember this round, I know what happened. We did not expect the AI to be a traitor, but the AI was keeping us informed. Once we captured Charlie we had all the evidence we needed to arrest you for multiple charges that went well over sixty minutes, which is perma brig in that case. We also had Stamos and I believe someone else was arrested during this time but the last person gave themselves up and only got about 25 minutes for not sparking a man hunt and literally coming to our door and saying "Yes I did it". You, from what I remembered, kept questioning why you were being arrested and telling us that we were wrong, so while you submitted for questioning, you did not qualify for time off from what I remember.
  23. Can I just point this rather obvious fact that seems to be overlooked? You were going to rob /the vault/ The thing where a nuclear device, along with enough gold and silver to make sure you can retire at 20 is stored. So the argument of "Vault contents can be replaced" or "HOS was over exceeding your powers" is not gonna work here. By even getting into the vault, you are now a huge threat to many lives even if it wasn't your intention. As for closing down Telescience and Genetics, unless there is a RD (( Since CMO was arrested)) who can be asked to close down those departments, HOS should have taken over as Captain and closed them down. Why? Because the AI just told her that the guy who runs the magical teleporting service and has a history of causing minor problems by teleporting himself all over the station just got arrested for trying to rob the vault. Shut that shit down, no one is teleporting anywhere for the rest of the shift because of that. You were planning on going in there, and stealing everything. You should have gotten perma, everyone involved should have gotten perma and should have gotten loyalty implants along with a few beatings. While you may not have known what is in there when a group of individuals, including one who has access to the captains spare ID and can just grab the disc for the nuke, attempts to break in. That raises a real big red flag. While you may have left the nuke alone, and just went to steal all the gold and silver, you are still a major threat since NUCLEAR BOMB. Even if you didn't activate it, stealing it is a huge risk, its like walking into a military base and trying to steal a bomb from them. Your lucky you all ya didn't get executed, but I'm a bit harsh for a sec officer. Overall, I think /breaking into the vault with a nuclear device/, even if you were not aware it was there is a bit more extreme then grand theft. Grand theft to me would be stealing the Captains ID, stealing important things like that. You were breaking into a vault to steal all the gold and silver probably, but now you have the fact that you could have either activated the nuke no problem or tried to steal the nuke. Both are pretty bad, and in my opinion a lot worse then a grand theft charge. Overall, you tried breaking into the vault with a device that could kill us all, when one of you had access to the disc that could kill us. It might not have even been on your mind, but now you are a real threat to the station. Perma was the obvious choice.
  24. All in all, there is no shitcurity, because we stop the beatings before you die since we are nice, and lets be honest here. A lot of the crew deserve to die. So you are welcome for the protection and the lack of death.
