What it says on the tin, allow characters to have armbands that would go over their uniform also be able to go over certain jackets such as labcoats, hoodies, leather jackets and bomber jackets, EMS jackets. The lot. Reason is for extra style points and also most jobs require that you wear something in that slot, so your Glory to Arstotzka armbands are never really seen unless you take them off. Which, wearing an armband where it can't be seen seems a bit redundant.

Locking and archiving.

I would like this, it definitely would help to set the Vaurca apart from other species. I always found it absurd that, despite being discovered a year ago, the Vaurca are somehow able to come onto the station and steal all of our jobs. It's practically complete assimilation without any sort of struggle.

Neat. EDIT: SINCE THIS WAS BOINKED FOR NOT CONTRIBUTING. These threads pop up all of the time, and nothing typically ever comes of it, typically because while you may feel it isn't Heavy-Roleplay, our player counts and the fact that there are still community members here from longer than you've been here shows that we're preserving something that people keep coming back for it. Your anecdotes do not prove much of a point, because there are plenty of people who have had great experiences here.

I support this, as one year is longer than it currently takes to be a police officer. Being a security guard (irl term) takes literally anywhere from 40 hours (CA) - 47 hours (NY) of training to be certified. And that's without prior law enforcement experience, which requires you to do 8 hour preliminary training. So yes this is GUD.

There's plenty of docking spots around arrivals that i don't see used, perhaps one of those. Well, no. There's one dock for the arrivals shuttle, one dock for the administration shuttle used by Duty Officers, one dock used for the ERT shuttle, and then one that is used for the administration ship that is used for the bigger ship.

This appeal seems like more of a joke than anything. Why should we actually unban you? Last chance to save this appeal.

After much deliberation with the rest of the admin staff and modmins, I've come to a conclusion. The ban will not be lifted because of the nature of your original ban regarding harassment of another member of the community (at the time). Just because you were able to log onto the server using a different account does not excuse what you did before and definitely doesn't warrant an unban on the count of good behavior. Especially when you accumulated more than one note regarding your conduct as a head of staff, a major issue back when you were here before, and attacking another player in OOC before. If you had changed, I don't think this would have been an issue. Appeal denied.

You were able to pick up mice on old code. I don't know why Baydevs removed that honestly but this would be nice to have back. I remember trying to pick up a mouse and being disappointed you couldn't anymore.

I understand this and am willing to take responsibility for not starting a vote, and will rectify this starting now. That was wrong on both myself and Table's part, due to miscommunications. Is there anything else you would like to see on the part of the admin staff, regarding this incident?

I'm starting from the very beginning here, when I was pinged on Discord by both XanderDox and Jboy regarding the need for an admin to spawn things in for a diplomat visit. Having no problem with this, I headed home and began doing the things that made it necessary to bring this event to pass. Now, I stress this because the person who contacted me, and the de facto event coordinator, was not Jackboot at all. I spawned things in, helped build the Tesla Engine and those who were building it. Also, for the sake of dropping this in here because Jackboot failed to address this when I brought it up to him via Discord, this was an antag round and there was an active wizard aboard the station at the time. This active wizard went into the bar and shot at the diplomats with his staff, which I might add, wouldn't that automatically make the event non-canon anyways? Anyways, this pops up over DOsay: And then: So, I'd like to point out here that if you were in game having a conversation, and Xander said to wait ten minutes beforehand, why didn't you respond to the PM in such a lengthy amount of time? Even a simple yes or no would have sufficed, if it was your event. I then confirmed with Table that we were going through with it. So, we tried spawning meteors that went literally nowhere and just stayed in space. And then the meteor gun was tried, which only fires meteors that destroy one tile. So I then decided to use an adminbomb to destroy one of the containment field generators, specifically like Xander asked in an ahelp. Now, I would like to reiterate that none of us received an ahelp regarding the incident from Jackboot or anybody else other than Xander. This reinforces the thought among the staff team that Xander was leading the event, because well, he was, quite frankly. EDIT: Also, I would like to point out the fact that a sizeable majority of the players on at the time did enjoy the event, and from the feedback we received, not even the ambassadors or escorts (minus Jackboot) were the least bit salty about it. Could it have gone better? Of course, I could have just deleted the emitter, but I wanted to actually give something concrete that happened other than an emitter mysteriously disappearing.

What about just plain ole' Medical Officer? It denotes seniority over regular MDs while showing that they are below the Chief Medical Officer.
