I’ve had to many exhausting conversations and debates with him and every one of them he starts trolling and detailing the conversation and typing in the most condescending way possible when he starts losing. Especially considering I was actively trying to improve different situations and by derailing he completely stopped any progress that was being made.

Having two occupations is something that is listed in the rules/wiki as something that people can do and in fact a lot of characters do it. holding a grudge against that something that is clearly stated in the rules clearly makes that a bad player grudge.

honestly I agree with most of whats said here, and I'll throw in my two cents. whenever I'm in a conversation trying to come to a real conclusion lord fowl just starts trolling and completely derails the conversation. this happens every time he gets involved and is one of the reasons I don't make any form posts anymore. he also heavily meta games against me. everyone of his characters hates mine (even though my character has never even met his) and will mistreat my character and make comments about my character that his should have know knowledge of.

To whom it concerns Subject: Recent report filed by Houssam Jawdat So I am responding to this in order to defend myself because the report Mr Jawdat has filed is inaccurate. I do not believe Mr Jawdat would purposefully misrepresent the truth but it does appear his memory is not sharp enough to remember what happened. I want to make it clear, I at no time made a comment about Houssams genitals. I did make a few comments about his backside and he had requested I stop. To which, out of respect, I immediately stopped. There were a lot of people talking and I was conversing with someone else (ava I believe) and she made harassing comments about Houssam and his genitals (why she is not even mentioned in the report by houssam I don’t know, considering she was the one he pepper sprayed). Now I did respond with agreeing laughter but that is hardly a problem. You can’t stop someone from laughing at something they thought was funny, what does need to be halted is the harassment in the first place. The incident in the bar mirrors this as well, I was discussing privately with Ava about who we found attractive. Houssam was not even the topic of conversation but he butted in and told us to cease speaking. Considering the bar is an open place to have conversation we did not. At this point Ava did direct the topic to be about Houssam and his body type. Again I did laugh at the joke. However I at no time made such comments myself. I do not understand why I am the target of this report when Ava is the one that continued to make the lude comments (evident by the fact she was the one pepper sprayed, without warning mind you, by Mr jawdat). I have had my run in with Mr. jawdat in the past and when he requests I stop making comments I always do. As for his accusations, I have never hid the fact that I like tajara, but that does not make me a sexual predator. I have never harmed or assaulted any tajara and when any tajara requests I stop speaking to them, I do. The most I have ever done is expressed my general interest in the species which is no different than anyone else expressing their interest (usually conversation saved for break and bar time). Furthermore looking at Mr jawdat is not an issue. I am sorry if he has been made to feel uncomfortable by a look, but I do not look or stare at him in any way that is different than the way I look and interact with any of the crew. Since he is filing this against me I would like to put it on record that Mr. jawdat has harassed me as well. He has flashed and pepper sprayed me (and my coworker) without warning or cause. He terminated me from employment while we were in the middle of a meteor shower (I was atmo tech at the time) because I simply laughed at a joke Ava had said. This not only hindered my job but endangered the integrity of the station.

I'm gona throw my two cents in on only one comment. How he changed from being super nice to the real travis to being mean to the fake one seemed reasonable considering a dead body had just been found. It was hard to tell what happened and the situation went from annoying banter to serious shit cuz someone died.

Additional notes: this kind of behavior especially coming from an officer (someone that should be setting the example) is unbecoming, it creates distrust and has escalated issues to the point of aggression when other resolutions could have happen had jade not provoked a suspect into attacking her with the racist remarks.

phew chewed up, though I do appreciate the directness and clear explanation of the situation. when someone actually sits down and calmly explains using convincing arguments why I am wrong, I am well convinced. I may keep extremely minor crimes because I do like the idea of him being in a state of "one more violation your out the door". I also like the impression that he gives off that he means well but he does cut corners and because of that he will likely never be RD. other than that, I am incline to agree with you, scrap the security reports I shall try again

so I suggest when you use the harm intent with a crowbar that you can't use the crowbar to lift tiles. It breaks so much immersion when your trying to defend yourself or fight someone with a crowbar and with one mis-click a tile pops off. how do you go from trying to kill somone to "ops I lifted up the floor boards instead" XD

heh sorry with everyone else giveing me the "he'll be fired" thing I didn't know it was a joke XD. what you just said is exactly my thought which is why he has two docs in pay and was suspended for a good time. He is on his last leg, one more crime and he will be fired (which was what I was intending). even being suspect in a crime (of which there's good evidence he was not involved with) is causing grief for him because he now has to undergo implants when ever an HOS wants.

You stole shit with the Telepad. Circumstance doesn't matter. You stole equipment from security, who are actually trained to use the equipment, using expensive company testing equipment. End of story. well thats bull and unreasonable. If i'm next to a cop and the cop gets shot, and I pick up the cops gun and shoot the guy that shot the cop. I'm not gona be arrested for murdering someone and theft of police equipment. any charges will be dropped because I saved the cops life. so yes circumstances matter, alot. which is what happened in the last case of grand theft, the first one travis was not involved it's more of a note because of his prior history and the fact that if he makes one more mistake he'll be out the door.

heh sorry neb I will correct that part. What I don’t get is why everyone is saying Travis would be receiving the death penalty or out the door and in jail. This security report has him committing two minor crimes that can boil down to failed to follow proper procedure. He did not ask for permission to be in tech storage nor for permission to build a computer. Of all crimes that there is to commit on this station, being in advance tech storage without permission has got to be one of the lowest security risk crimes you can commit (all he had to do was ask the engineer, the roboticist, the captain, the hop, the RD or the CE). Really so many people have access to this you can hardly call it trespassing. Now most companies I know do not send you out the door and fire you for a first time offence to a minor crime like this. Most companies do not want to spend half a million training an individual just to look for a dumb reason to fire him. Now I can easily see that Travis is on his last leg because it is clear he does not follow directions very well, but to outright fire him for such minor crimes is a huge waste of company resources(even if you try to argue scientists are a dime a dozen the training for them would still be expensive). The other two major crimes are more of a note on his record rather than an admission of guilt. Security reports aren’t just for crimes that the character commits (at least from what I understood). Any time a character bears witness to a crime that would go under their security report even if they were simply a witness and not the criminal (which is the intention I had for the other two major crimes).

This screams guilty. So much guilty that it's not even funny. Do you really think that swiping your ID on an airlock to open it (especially in a SECURE area which is, by the way, all of the Science department) would not create a log? If anything, that's the first thing NT would check in the investigation to see what time you entered and left. They figure out who was in it at the time it occurred, and hey-o! Look who's out of a job! Immediate charge of grand theft, and NT could even brand you a terrorist because you were stealing items from a room that had a nuclear weapon. Travis Davis wouldn't survive a single day in a max security prison. Before you say "there was other people in the room", NT would hold them guilty as well for being accomplices. I know you already have this on your character's security records and I say you should scrub it immediately because Travis would not hold a job after that. Don't even try to bring up "he's helped people with it before!" or "he's really good at his job!" because you were stealing from a vault. Now, as a finishing note, do not keep things that would get you fired as canon. then I need to make this more clear because I was intending that someone stole shit from the vault. Travis was in telescience but the cameras (which I assumed is always being recorded) has him doing nothing wrong just working. The items that where removed was removed by teleporter but it does not appear to be from the teleporter in the telescience lab that Travis was using. Thus it would be purely suspect and coincidence. however because of his prior crimes he would be considered a suspect (even though it appears he be completely innocent) so they agree to allow him to keep working.
