1. I don't know how you didnt notice that, considering I told you. Also, you drained me twice. I had a broken hand, yes. I also did not have nearly enough blood to keep myself alive. You asked me, I presume, ICly what I wanted. And because I could not answer, ICly, because, again, you drained a large amount of my blood twice, you just let me slowly die from a small wound, and from the oxygen deprivation from a lack of blood.
2. Yes, I was Olek. You walked up to me, and because I dont meta, you told me repeatedly to look in your eyes. So, I did. And then you dominated me, told me I was not allowed to say a single word, and to follow you, where to took me to this farm, and locked me up. This doesnt allow for any sort of RP. I made it very clear, over and over, that I was not allowed to talk. Because I was unconscious, you just left me there. What made you think I wanted to die, slowly, bleeding out, in a chair, with no medical available because you wrecked the medical bot that was in the room. Is it not natural to assume, yes, I would like to be free, and I would like to be alive, and actually awake. It wasnt fun interacting with you, and it was enjoyable, albiet one sided as it was, to interact with Aimee what little I did. You kept going on about ruling the station, making us vamps and then releasing us, which, when I said I did not want to be a part of, ended my round with me being unconscious, bleeding out because I tried to escape by biting my hand off, and you drank a large amount of my blood twice. Prate quoted a cult round you were a part of, where you went on a massive murder spree, decapitating multiple people, even ones that were dying, simply because you could. I was then informed after trying to get you killed, never directly doing so but instead egging others on, that cult members, even if they are murderboning and going on a rampage, are not allowed to go against other cult members, in any way. So, I stopped. There is also the round I remember being a part of where you, as a merc, were unhappy with the train we were taking. We were leaving, because we got what we came for and no one was really enjoying it, and you and someone else set up a nuke and asked for 3 sacrifices, going on about human trafficking. Overall, I dont think this should be a character complain. I think TheOrleans should be antag banned, because this is three seperate occasions where he has made incredibly unfun situations. You kept going on about how Aimee forced us to be there, when you COMMANDED her to restrain us and sit us in place. My interactions with you as three very different characters, The Dragon, a merc, Dead-Lift, as a cultist, and now Olekitrov as a victim for a farm? We didnt have to be there. You understand the game well enough to unbuckle someone from their chair, and drag them away. It was very easy to remedy the situation as best as you could, but you simply made it worse. Your attitude in LOOC was very certainly not helping.
3. Reporting Personnel: Dead-Lift Job Title of Reporting Personnel: Cargo Technician Game ID: bXn-afGw Personnel Involved: (Name, Job Title: Offender/Witness/Other) - Dead-Lift, Cargo Technician: Victim - Zakim Al’Mansur, Head of Security: Offender - Nick Volvalaad, Security Officer: Offender - Obi Mwang, Quartermaster: Witness - Julia Rodriguez, Head of Personnel: Witness - Muhawir Nawfal, Hydroponicist: Witness/Offender - Darrel Hughes, Warden: Offender Time of Incident: (If unable to provide, leave blank) Real time: Reported 10:08 11/16/2018) Location of Incident:Arrest took place in Surface Meeting Room, assault took place in Nature of Incident: []Workplace Hazard []Accident/Injury [x]Destruction of Property [x]Neglect of Duty []Harassment []Assault [x]Misconduct []Other _____ (Place an x in the box that applies. If other, replace line and specify.) Overview of the Incident: (General description of the incident, to include as much detail as is deemed necessary) A cargo bounty called for Corgi meat, and after much deliberation, Julia Rodriguez called this unit to her office, and told them to kill the corgi, quietly and painlessly, with no suffering. While walking past Hydroponics, unit saw Mister Nawfal and got the idea of getting a leather knife. Muhawir Nawfal, after being asked and learning it was to dismember a dog, instead told this unit to hand off the corgi, and that they would kill it. Unit waited for them to do so, and took the meat to Cargo, sending it to Central. Unit was called to a meeting with the Quartermaster, presumably for Cargo matters. Security interrupted, and arrested this unit under the charges of suspicious conduct, animal cruelty, and threats of injury. While being processed, Nick Volvalaad smashed this units head against the window, for all this unit can assume is religious glory. Suspicious Conduct: None. Accused of being faulty and violent, when this unit did nothing faulty nor violent the entire shift. Animal Cruelty: Killing Ian, in a painful way. Ian was dismembered painlessly by another crewmember, and it was under the order of Head of Personnel Miss Rodriguez. Threats of Injury: Because Mister Nawfal, under his own decision with no pressuring, killed Ian, and then attempted suicide because of it, this unit was blamed. Someone claimed this unit forced them to do so, when this unit did not. As Security was busy with other matters, they were unable to give any evidence, and even after they did, it was nothing relevant. Did you report it to a Head of Department or IAA? If so, who?: Julia Rodriguez, Head of Personnel. Actions taken: Nothing, as far as this unit can tell. Additional Notes: None.
4. Id be all for lowering the two shot drain em and slain em of Ions, at least for IPCs and maybe borgs, with Geeve's answer of on par with a laser rifle, which, for unarmored targets, still deals plenty of damage. Maybe even ghetto armor that Synthetics can get to give a chance of an Ion failing to do any damage for the shot? Removing the ion entirely sounds excessive, though.
5. Indeed, Tau Ceti is their first time off world, and as such, all the policies that differ will come as a surprise, with all the character development that comes in the new light of Biesel, and workimg for NT. But, with more freedom, comes more opposition to Synthetics. Aristalus is particularly going to be a polarizing spot, what with a Synthetic freedom advocate, thats also siding heavily with NT, something that conflicts with his owners ideals.
6. As a result of swapping hands so many times, they now have a difficulty in becoming truly attached to other people, ironically, especially Dregs. Their whole life, everyone they've had has been swapped from them, and although they aren't truly sad about losing certain people that treated it poorly, it was still left with a bitter, lingering feeling. This is its first time in a place where IPCs can be citizens, but the idea of a free IPC is so foreign that they aren't sure what they would do with it. Interacting with crew all depends on how they see synthetics, but it isnt the type to speak out about synthetic rights or stand up for their inequality. Beneath a rough, rugged paint job is an IPC that is totally complacent in its position, and one to take hits rather than fight back.
7. Agreeing with Doxx, Essh is an amazing officer who I love to interact with as Karak, and as others, including our two interactions while I was The Dragon. The jobhopping seems a bit much, but its not the biggest problem and just sticking with Officer, Miner, or Chef would solve it. I had a problem of Jobhopping before pretty much making a set character for most jobs. Also spent some time talking to Amy Wright, shes good too. If anything, the app seems a bit short, but you do show an understanding in what is there. +1 from me, from your interactions as Essh, even if there are other people who are better than yourself, your RP is easily a 7-8/10.
8. They didn't plan on using it for anything more than basic assistance, and sometimes, in cases of robots, less is more. A Bishop frame and a Baseline can accomplish the same basic job, while a Bishop is vastly more expensive. They weren't being bought so much to be shown off, but just to accommodate for a, while decently wealthy, no billionaire who was just lazy.
9. I did ask Kyres about that, and they said that they didn't see why the factory on Oran couldn't make Baseline frames, even if that isn't their specialty.
10. Dead-Lift isnt strictly delicate- being a baseline model, its meant to be a durable, jack of all trades. Although it was normally delegated to butler-esque duty in its time with a suit, it was also simply made to do basic housework and moving heavier items. It can lift a good amount, all without complaining of muscle pains as its an inorganic, yet still nothing compared to what an industrial would be able to. Even so, in a gangs eyes, it was better than nothing. It was often worked beyond what is safe for a baseline IPC model to undergo, as they treated it as if it were an industrial frame rather than a baseline, and it was indeed often threatened with being scrapped and sold on the black market if it didnt do its job, and complained too much about the stress on its systems.
11. Most of the gangs were neutral on it- some were nicer to it, some were worse, but in the end, the majority of them treated it like a tool. A very personalized tool, but a tool all the same. On one or two occasions, it was used as a shield in a fight by another Ganger, without a care for its safety, and due to how expensive repairs are, Dead-Lift still has a few "scars". The Dreg that currently owns them, while caring for them in a way, dont care for them as a person, but rather as a close personal possession. They're used to not being treated like a person. IPCs cant get a citizenship in Eridani. As for jobs, most of the time it was menial labor, carrying heavy weight, grabbing things Dregs were too lazy to grab, and this ties into what their job would be, Cargo Tech.
12. BYOND Key: FreshRefreshments Character Names: Full list is in the signature, but Suzuul Guwan, Haz’ala Karak, and Erin MacGregor are the most prominent as of this apps posting. Species you are applying to play: IPC, Baseline specifically What color do you plan on making your first alien character (Dionaea & IPCs exempt): Purple anyway. Have you read our lore section's page on this species?: Yes. Please provide well articulated answers to the following questions in a paragraph format. One paragraph minimum per question Why do you wish to play this specific race: I enjoy most of the xeno races the server has, and the lore surrounding them. Why IPCs now, specifically, is because I get ideas I want to implement. I like to brainstorm characters, even if they are part of a whitelist I do not currently have. Identify what makes role-playing this species different than role-playing a Human: Robots have a distinction between them and not only Humans, but every other species; they are inorganic. They simply cannot feel pain (although this does not mean they cannot disregard their own safety- repairs are expensive and they make little money). They are based on logic- no matter the personality that might come through, at their core, they are a binary, yes/no reaction. Character Name: Dead-Lift Please provide a short backstory for this character, approximately 2 paragraphs Dead-Lift, or at the time, known as B.M.U.F.M.A. (Baseline Model Unit For Menial Activity), was created at Bishop Production Factory Adhama, aka “Glory” in the year 2558. After their construction, they were bought by a rather wealthy Suit in Eridani, and for a short stint of time, simply acted as an equivalent to a secretary or butler. This changed after a year, and a grand theft organized by a large Dreg gang was staged on the Suit’s home, stealing numerous things, and among others, B.M.U.F.M.A. themselves. They were stolen, retagged, and given a different paint job, along with ownership papers being forged. After this, they spent most of their time being a basic worker, doing easy tasks that the rest of the gang was simply too lazy to do themselves.Their name at the time fell under the moniker “12-Gauge”. This kicked off a hectic period of time, where he was stolen by competing gangs on a handful of occasions, each time being given a different name and branding. Falling under the names “Patches”, “Shredder”, and on one occasion, “Beer Bro”, before finally falling into the hands of a particularly mechanically inclined Dreg that, along with fleeing to Tau Ceti due to in-fighting, and taking the IPC with them, under the name “Dead-Lift”. Currently, Dead-Lift still works under the same Dreg, unlikely to ever pay off their debt as the Roboticist they are under takes the vast majority of their already meager pay, though complacent in their position. As the Roboticist will soon be working on The Aurora, they have requested personally that Dead-Lift work first to get a feel for the job. What do you like about this character? They are a very much owned IPC, and because of those who owned them they have a certain feel. Although they often substitute some words with Dreg slang, at their core, when interacting with other synthetics or need a certain service, such as repairs, they would become far more robotic, as if going into a default mode. They also have a long history of swapping hands, mostly illegally, and need to keep that under wraps. How would you rate your role-playing ability? 8/10. Im not perfect, but I think at least most people enjoy RPing with me. Notes: The Dreg Roboticist in question is not currently made, they would be played and made by someone else, if they ever were to show up, but the offer is open.
13. +1. Although a short backstory, it gets across the character, how he acts, more recent news, and an understanding of Unathi. The biggest problem, i'd say, is your 6/10 on RP. You're a fantastic RPer, Dronz, i'd say 8/10. Your characters are not only interesting, but their ideas are often unique, and you're always PMing me with other ideas, serious or not. I trust you to make good use of your whitelist.
14. Ill admit my more played characters will probably come off as aggressive, and a lot of them are. I enjoy playing louder, more enthusiastic characters, so the concern makes sense. Though, even if I dont regularly play them, my Dionae Engineer, Shaman, and Lab Assistant, I try to play as quieter, calmer types. I think I can play calmer characters, I simply don't, due to the manner of jobs I set for them. Of course, if I was a lone HoS with no other Sec, id probably take a more direct approach in regards to patrols and such. It all depends how many other Sec are around, and I don't want to take jobs from other Sec.
15. As Sec, I dont feel I get the chance to coordinate with other departments, yet id love to take the chance to, and being in a command position would allow me to be able to help with that. I enjoy working with other departments, rather than being forced to stick with my own exclusively. As for what Command has been lacking; Me, obviously A problem some Command has is communication. I understand that its not always super easy to stop and talk into the radio, as you might be in a dangerous situation, but its important for people to speak with their departments. A lot of Command has been doing that, yet I have noticed a few just ignoring and not speaking with their departments. I will say Security doesnt seem to be a big problem, and people are being better about it, though I still want to help set a better outward look for Command. Something some Command has problems with is shutting down gimmicks. The point of an antag is to add interest to the round, and I want to be conducive to that. Its no fun for anyone if Command just says "No." Finally, yes. I really feel that Sec has a big reputation with metabuddy groups getting away with regulation breaking. Its something that was brought up by Josh when I spoke to him in DMs about this, and its something I will be sure to deal with whenever it comes up ICly. A loyalty implant has the best interests of the company in place; and its practically breaking established lore to allow officers to get away with breaking regulations, something the implant is meant to enforce. People make mistakes, myself included, but that doesnt mean they wont go unpunished, for the consequences such can have, both ICly and OOCly.
16. BYOND key: FreshRefreshments Character names: Most notable, Erin MacGregor, Suzuul Guwan, Mjraarjiarr Roshtanov, and Ziakra Brickscale. I havent updated my list in a little while, but most of my characters are in my signature. I have a lot. How long have you been playing on Aurora?: Im very bad with perception of time, but probably over half a year by now, or getting near to such, most likely. Again, very poor with relative time. Why do you wish to be on the whitelist?: Command Roles have a certain degree of responsibility. I enjoy being given responsibility, its why I enjoyed playing QM when I regularly did. It felt more important. I want to be given a responsibility, and use the responsibilities of a head of staff to satisfactory results. Why did you come to Aurora?: I originally came by with Erin MacGregor, as a Psych/Bartender, in search of HRP, as I had come from RP servers on various other mediums. After getting scolded a bit for jobhopping, I stuck with bartender, and actually learned firsthand how different the RP was here, rather than on Oracle, where I came from. I was having actual interaction, and although not all of it was good, I can safely say in hindsight that I appreciate the HRP far more than MRP, and have made good memories with my time here. Have you read the Aurora wiki on the head roles and qualifications you plan on playing?: Yes, I have. Have you received any administrative actions? And how serious were they? I have indeed received a few warnings on rules (particularly, on a deleted character, Bonnabelle Spakes), although they resulted only in warnings through ahelp. Recently, I have not recieved any administrative action aside from a few ahelps asking about my characters, just to confirm I was acting ICly or tell me to keep something in mind. Please provide well articulated answers to the following questions in a paragraph each. Give a definition of what you think roleplay is, and should be about: Roleplay is about creating a story, and running with it. It allows you to use your creativity, to create a separate personality, and interact with a completely different world, and the people in this world, or even change how a character reacts to things over time, such as gaining a fear of Vaurca after a massive warform attack. Its about being one of many writers, in a large, ever growing story. Even if not every action has a massive impact, characters still have an impact on one another. What do you think the OOC purpose of a Head of Staff is, ingame?: Someone who can be trusted to understand a department, its workings, and coordinate the people in such a department in response to actions that happen as the round goes on. Something to tether people. What do you think the OOC responsibilities of Whitelisted players are to other players, and how would you strive to uphold them?: Whitelisted players are there to be a trusted source of information. Many CEs you could ask anything about the Engine and they would know it by heart, for example. Someone you know you can go to, if you have a question. Mentors, there to make sure anyone working knows how to perform their jobs, as well as have jurisdiction over their own department. Could you give us the gist of what is currently happening in Tau ceti and how it affected your character and their career? Currently, theres all the news with the Lii’dra; a warform attack, a New Gibson centralized invasion and Blac K’ois outbreaks, and the reaction of the Vaurca in District 9, as well as the prejudice they face, most notably from Tajaran gangs. It spreads a degree of worry and distrust. My character wants to help with that. He wants to give himself selflessly to helping the Vaurca, but is facing an increasingly large argument against them. There is also the fact that ATLAS is coming to Mendell, something many people are very against, with over 10,000 signatures for them to be labelled as a hate group. While he is not particularly friendly with ATLAS, he far from condones drastic action done without danger of ones self. Defend yourself if you must, but do not be the one to instigate the fight. Finally, there is the election for VP; an IPC, Aristalus, vs a Tajaran, Fahjil. As a Si’akh, my character is far more predisposed to favoring Fahjil and his ethics, though this conflicts with his ingrained duty of supporting NanoTrasen, which falls more under Aristalus. It will be a tough choice for him, when the choice inevitably comes. What roles do you plan on playing after the application is accepted? Head of Security, and once I get a better idea for the character to use, Head of Personnel. Characters you intend to use for command or have created for command. Include the job they will be taking.: Haz'ala Karak , Head of Security. How would you rate your own roleplaying?: 8/10. I feel that I do try and give people the best interactions that I can, though sometimes I do make mistakes, particularly in escalation. Unless someone is specifically attacking, or making serious threats, I do feel I am sometimes too slow to escalate a situation. Do you understand your whitelist is not permanent, and may be stripped following continuous administrative action? Of course. Have you familiarize yourself with the wiki pages for the command roles? Yes. Extra notes: Also, any feedback, good or bad, is appreciated! I did post a Command app once, although I took it down as Erin MacGregor did not meet the requirements needed, and said I would reapply when I had a character in mind. Well, now I do!
17. +1. Doxx is a good RP-er, and Moth particularly proves that she can play a synthetic, mechanical character. I like the backstory, but from what I can tell, other people tend to dislike the "set free by rich creator", or something similar, due to its common use (I think?). As long as there is valid reasoning behind it, I don't see the problem, and Mari had a reason. Overall, you've got my full support on this.
18. +1. All the time I've played with Doxx, I feel like I can vouch that she's wonderful to RP with, and I enjoy her characters immensely. I trust her to pull off a HoP as well as she pulls off her other characters. She makes mistakes, but everyone does. What's important is your ability to learn from fuck ups, and how to improve, which she does, I would say.
19. Huh. I'm an idiot, there. Ill change it so the nymphs were kept in 2417, merged in 2420. Otherwise, everything else alright? Timeline the only thing I got off?
20. BYOND Key: FreshRefreshments Character Names: Erin MacGregor, Mjraarjiarr Roshtanov, Mer’tala Kaemah, and Suzuul Guwan are the main 4. A full list in the Signature. Species you are applying to play: Dionaea What color do you plan on making your first alien character (Dionaea & IPCs exempt):Exempt. Have you read our lore section's page on this species?: I have. Please provide well articulated answers to the following questions in a paragraph format. One paragraph minimum per question Why do you wish to play this specific race: For a lack of a better word, they are very- alien. Its interesting to see such a different creature and the way it reacts to the things around it. Dionaea are mysterious, and the few that I have interacted with were always interesting. They are on par with Vaurca, for their insectoid hivemind, for being some of the most really alien creatures. Identify what makes role-playing this species different than role-playing a Human: Mechanically, they are VERY different. They heal brute damage from being irradiated, will die without any heat, need at least some light, can absorb mobs, and, if hurt enough, can turn into a big pile of nymphs. They are perfectly evolved to survive the vacuum of space. They also move incredibly slowly. RP-Wise, they often act like synthetics, as the forming puts an emotional barrier over them. They move and talk as if 6 creatures need to come to an agreement on what to do, and speak often using “We” or “Us”, as, they are a gestalt of 6 Nymphs. Character Name: Harmony of Metal and Fire Please provide a short backstory for this character, approximately 2 paragraphs In the year 2417, an Engineer by the name of Nikolas Jenkins, out of a deep seated loneliness and a need for companionship, undertook a Diona nymph to grow and care for. Nikolai cared for them, ensuring they grew quickly. After a few months, he convinced himself to own another. One nymph turned into two. Three turned into five. Eventually he regularly had 6 nymphs running around his home, yet he did his part to keep them from merging, as he was afraid of losing his beloved pets. However, keeping track of all 6 nymphs was difficult, coupled with at times a need to work on things at home. In the year 2420, the nymphs finally managed to come together late at night, while Nikolai was busy with work, the 6 nymphs finally managed to meet up and came together to form a Gestalt. The sound of nymphs wrapping and blending stirred him from half-slumber half-autopilot working, and when he finally rubbed the blurryness from his eyes, laid witness to a new Gestalt. Although at first very skeptical of the Gestalt, as Nikolai had ingrained issues trusting people, the new Gestalt (whom took on the name, Harmony of Metal and Fire, in reference to the loud sounds and bright flames of the workshop when they were created), stuck by their original caretaker, still showing their curiosity they displayed when they were individual nymphs. Nikolai sated their curiosity with the thing he knew best; Engineering. He showed and taught HoMaF many of the basics, and some more in depth knowledge. As Nikolai aged, he implored HoMaF to take up an Engineering job, formally. To take real education, rather than an informal apprenticeship. Just recently, HoMaF has finally finished up their formal education needed to be a full Engineer. To them, there is scarcely a better place to find engineering work rather than a space station made for research. They still live back on Mendell, with Nikolai, who is now retired and entering his 80’s. What do you like about this character? They are analytical, but at the same time, can understand emotions just fine. They’re curious, they want to be helpful, and they want to make themselves appreciated. It can also lead to some innocent naivety, what with seeing every species as equal, inherently, regardless of even how they see them. How would you rate your role-playing ability? Id say, 7-8 out of 10. I do try, and sometimes I get in a more emotive mood than normal, depending on the character, but I try to interact as well as I can and as much as I can. Im far from perfect, and I’m not proud of every interaction i’ve ever had, but from what others I have interacted with tell me, I’m above average. Notes: Any constructive feedback would be appreciated! I dont exactly know for sure if I have Dionaea biology down to a tee, but I assume I do and hope for the best.
21. Ornias , I thought it over, and, yeah. If I apply to be a Head of Staff, I should probably go with a new character. I can defend some of my actions, some of them, I will put the blame on development and moving on. The cheese thing, yeah. That was dumb of me, and i'll admit it. Not all of my interactions are spot on. As for separating myself from IC and OOC, I can be annoyed by some of the same things as my characters. Just because I am playing someone else other than myself, does not mean I can no longer find certain things annoying. And, I moved them out to the front of the bar, allowing them to still play their ads while I couldn't hear them. I intended for the time spent away recently to be implicative of her taking classes to GET her Bachelors degree, but even then, its probably still way too early to consider that an IC option. I don't know how often someone manually decides to pull their own app, so I dont know exactly what to do from here? If I get an idea for a separate Head of Personnel, I can always make a new app, for them, instead. But at the moment, I don't have one, and I don't intend on forcing myself to think of one, so.
22. Ornias , will reply later when I am out of school.
23. BYOND key:FreshRefreshments Character names:Erin MacGregor, Mer’tala Kaemah, Suzuul Guwan, and Mjraarjiarr Roshtanov are the main 4 right now. Full list is in the Signature. How long have you been playing on Aurora?:A few months, I am very bad with timing. Why do you wish to be on the whitelist?:I want to be able to take a leadership role. Taking an important position makes me feel responsible, and trusted, and that in turn makes me feel good. Why did you come to Aurora?: I always tried to RP on Oracle, which is what I played before I came around on Aurora, but it was always MRP when I was on. At first, I hated Aurora, as I took a Psychologist job without knowing really what I was doing. But, then I took Bartender, and found the amount of interaction I got was fantastic. Its refreshing, dare I say. Have you read the Aurora wiki on the head roles and qualifications you plan on playing?: I have. Please provide well articulated answers to the following questions in a paragraph each. Give a definition of what you think roleplay is, and should be about:I believe that roleplay is about creating a story that people have a hand in creating. People get the choices to see the story unfold, and in some cases impact it themselves to an extent. Its about being one of many writers. What do you think the OOC purpose of a Head of Staff is, ingame?:In game, they take the lead of their own departments, and often in the case of when the station comes crashing down, they are the ones who organize things to keep people safe. Its basically, a tether. Something that can keep everyone else in line with their position, and keep them on track. What do you think the OOC responsibilities of Whitelisted players are to other players, and how would you strive to uphold them?:Whitelisted players are there to be a trusted source of information. Many CEs you could ask anything about the Engine and they would know it by heart. Someone you know you can go to, if you have a question. Mentors, there to make sure anyone working knows how to perform their jobs. Please pick one of your characters for this section, and provide well articulated responses to the following questions. Character name:Erin MacGregor Character age:31 Please provide a short biography of this character (approx 2 paragraphs): Born in the year 2429 on Sol-3 in Ireland, Erin MacGregor from an early age had a number of health issues that culminated in requiring a mechanical heart before she was in school. Even through her youth, she rarely paid attention during school, instead preferring to spend her time rough-housing with the neighborhood kids. As she grew into a young adult, she found employment within numerous low skill level jobs, including a short spell as both a janitor and a warehouse worker, before she found a sudden and profound interest in an unexpected topic; the human mind. Erin managed to snag a spot in the Lunar University of Medical Science (almost all of her grades being average aside from Psychology), and after getting through with her core classes, started to take up Psychology classes. It was here she managed to fall in over her head; through a combination of a very fast, close friend named Jake Dean who exacerbated her drinking problem, and a few accidents that accumulated in her best friend dying shortly before managing to be revived, and another crash while drunk driving that resulted in the loss of one of her arms, she dropped out, entering back into the service business. After dropping out, she took to Tau Ceti, using her few years of Psychology and her heritage as an easy way to get working in bars. In more recent news, she has taken to Human Resource classes for her temper, aspiring to be a Head of Personnel. What do you like about this character?:Partially, its nostalgia. Ive had her for a long time. She was my first character. Shes passionate, if a little overaggressive (which is why she was told to take Human Resource classes). She likes to stand up for what she believes is best, and is hard to deter from such. She tries to be open minded, as well. What do you dislike about this character?:She does have a nasty temper, which, while its been helped with her time in Human Resources, can still show shades in the right cases. What do you think makes this character fit to be a head of staff?:Shes got a few years of Psychology under her belt, along with her time spent in the service industry, dealing with people. Please provide well articulated answers to the following questions. How would you rate your own roleplaying?:7-8/10. I do try, as much as I can, to interact with people. Im far from perfect, but I do try. Sometimes, it gets the better of me, as I try not to initiate fights out of a worry the other person isnt finished RPing truly. Sometimes I act quickly Extra notes:Please, any constructive criticism on how I can improve the app would be really appreciated! I also really dont plan on playing anything other than Head of Personnel, since Service and Supply is where most of my characters are, and thats my field of expertise.
24. Hey, I was the Cadet that went alone, for "whatever reason". I went alone, unsuited, because they said, as I told you all numerous times, that if they even saw anyone in EVA outside the station they were going to kill the hostage. They told me what to do, and I followed what they were saying, because so far the Taj had at least been true to his word, and claimed he cant control what the others did. I had spent the whole round negotiating with him what he wants, over comms. I went to mining, as they told me to do. Then I see you, Dakota Lloyd, and some other officer, two of you in Hazard Rigs, walk up, snatch the locker away wordlessly, walk right into the cycler, and tell me im out of my league while cycling out. I asked what you were doing, and told you to stop, because, as they had already said, numerous times, and I told you, each time, they were going to kill her if they saw anyone in EVA gear. Again, wordlessly, you just walked up. You never said over Security Comms what you were doing, and didnt give the slightest clue when you came through in Mining. From what I saw, you were just going up to kill them. And if I were a raider, I would have jumped away if I saw 3 officers with guns, 2 of which in Hazard Rigs, standing right outside my ship.
25. +1. Its an interesting shifting perspective, and the fact that it lands on the black sheep of the three factions, The NKA, is something I like. I trust Doxx to pull off a Tajaran whitelist, and hope I get to see her Maintenance Tech around sometime soon!
