  1. Reporting Personnel: Echo (Serial number: A-002) Rank of Reporting Personnel: Security Officer Game ID: ((I neglected to save this. It occured two rounds before the round bQc-bBZf. So this occured, then a round passed, and then the round stated)) Personnel Involved: (Name, Rank: Offender/Witness/Other (Ckey)) - Hao-Lo Gou, Assistant: Victim - Heidi McCullen, Psychiatrist: Witness - Skylar Ward, Pharmacist: Witness - Quinn Briner, Medical Doctor: Witness - Mika, Medical Resident: Witness - Ward Sagan, Surgeon: Witness - Ka'Viax'Ika'te Zo'ra, Medical Resident: Witness Time of Incident: (If unable to provide, leave blank) Real time: Approximately 12:00 AM, 8/29/2017 PST Location of Incident: Medical Ward, Primary Tool Storage Nature of Incident: []Workplace Hazard []Accident/Injury []Destruction of Property [x]Neglect of Duty []Harassment []Assault []Misconduct []Other _____ (Place an x in the box that applies. If other, replace line and specify.) Overview of the Incident: (General description of the incident, to include as much detail as is deemed necessary) I was informed over security communications that a cloned patient had seen their own corpse. I went to investigate and came across doctor Ward Sagan in the Primary Tool storage, who was accompanied by his pAI SAAI. I asked him about the cloned patient and what actually happened. He informed me that the individual, Hao-Lo Gou, had commited suicide by hanging themselves - therefore, they were labeled for DNC. The body bag of Gou was not labeled correctly (The body bag was labeled 'Rope Boy') and as Sagan stated no one informed him of the DNC order, he went ahead and cloned them. When asked if the cloned patient saw their own body, he explained that they only saw the bag, and not the body itself. Since the crew was undergoing transfers, I did not have any time to follow up on the reported incident. Did you report it to a Head of Department or IAA? If so, who?: No. Actions taken: As this came to my attention at the end of the shift and transfers were underway, I did not have time to inform proper personnel. Additional notes:
  2. I just want to clarify something: Paramedics have access to the cloning bay. Can they clone, if there are no other doctors around to do cloning?
  3. Nuke it from afar.
  4. 1. Infiltration (AI + Ninja) Bluescreens everywhere. The Wizard gets to team up with Cult, so Ninja should have some equivalent, yes? Traitors aren't exactly team efforts, but Malfs can be. 2. Feeding (Vampire + Changeling) The space station is now a hunting ground. 3. Traitorous Lings (Traitorling + Traitor + Ling) We never have Traitorling, ever. It's so very rare. I would be very eager to see the chaos that spawns from a combo such as above. 4. Paranormal (Wizard + Vampire) An equal to Traitors and Ninjas. Vampires are pretty solo, unless they can get a moving. Or maybe Wizard comes hunting vampire, or vice versa. It's pretty easy to guess mix modes by the power of deduction. And imagine the fun chaos to spawn from such rounds as these - I mean, I want to ghost and watch a feeding frenzy.
  5. I asked twice just to be certain. Oh well.
  6. Huh. Who was it that told me coffee and tea poisons Unathi? If caffeine doesn't poison them, then there isn't much reason to have chocolate (or theobromine) poison them. Since their alien stomachs can break it down, well. then it works. The only argument for it to be considered for addition, is for it to be on the lines of 'you live in alien space' where these alien humans have a delicious delicacy called chocolate/caffeine. Think of how great these two substances are in our culture, and what wonderful stimulants they do to our body chemistry. Heck, the mass transportation of caffeine and chocolate correlates to the the Renaissance. No other species have brain-enhancing stimulants growing on their planet - fuel for the ATLAS fire maybe? Although now this would work for all alien species, not just Unathi - unless we go back to body chemistry. Making it for Tajara though, would just drag them back into the meme waters of being cats. I...really just want an excuse as an antag to forcefeed chocolate cake to an Unathi.
  7. I still want to see this become a thing. No more messy gorey kitchens, please.
  8. Unless I'm mistaken, caffeine does poison Unathi. Theobromine is not as dangerous as caffeine, so it could cause less poison damage. It's lethal because it builds up in the body without breaking down. It's not limited to size only. And while we're at it, ian should die of poisoning if he scarfs down a bar of chocolate...
  9. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1DnC_pKXWDmsZNTTRu5FFgXY9FGwkQYDAzqgp-DCh5UA/edit# This very nice document was linked to me. I would like to know: Is this the document we go off of for ingame? And if it is, it should be posted on the wiki, so that we can have something to refer to.
  10. :3 Chocolate contains theobromine, and carnivorous animals (Like dogs and cats) can't ingest this compound as well as humans. Humans, having a very heavy plant-based diet, evolved to break down theobromine relatively quickly - hence why we can eat chocolate. This got me wondering - Unathi are meat-based eaters. A high dose of theobromine would be pretty dangerous. Theobromine is also similar to caffeine in molecular structure, and caffeine poisons Unathi. They should be poisoned by theobromine as well.
  11. Actually, having SOME method to close a Vaurca's wound would be wonderful. Medical is not my forte, and even if I try my best, it's the poor Vaurca that suffer the worst. My best way of treating them is stuffing them with Dylovene and Kois until I can hand them off to another doctor. This is not effective.
  12. 7000cr is really cheap for an IPC. That's about $2,300 USD. IPCs are far more expensive, netting around half a million USD per unit, give or take. So that's closer to 1.5 million credits.
  13. Understandable, but the gibber just chops everything up in 'most productive' fashion. I'm vouching for a quality > quantity method of cooking. There's still some drawback because you get much less than the gibber, but you get to play classy chef with grade A meats, and discard the rest. Perhaps implementing an amount of time during the butchering process to even it out? It's equally offsetting to go 'stab-stab-stab' on Mr Bluespace Bear and get, "Heeeey. bear pelt."
  14. To be honest, my characters tend to find her to be TOO cheery, and they believe it's forced and faked. (Although it is refreshing to find a security officer who's not edgy)
  15. This is even better. I vouch for this.
  16. I am totally not having warm bubbly feelings inside. Okay I totally am. It could just be a link to the pastebin for the text? Would that work?
  17. Cargo spans three floors, while engineering spans two. Although I'd argue that Engineering's perk is more of a 'Ooooh, omnious dark tunnels everywhere, and fix up sekrit rooms!" Cargo could totally go for mutli-levels and catwalks. Their miners are always falling down holes anyway.
  18. Let this be a thing. Aim for head. Use grab intent, twice. (Aggressive grab) Switch to help intent. Aim for head. John Doe has given a noogie to Bald McBald!
  19. Literally. You know when you slice open a carp/bear/whatever all that blood and gore goes everywhere? Even if you use a butcher's knife, or kitchen's knife, you just can't get the finesse. Like, ew. Let's add a level of sophistication for when you want to be a proper chef and not turn your workplace into some screenshot of a horror flick. Instead, how about: Help intent: you skillfully cut the meat and no blood or gore splattering everywhere! You just get one chunk of meat - so the gibber still gives you more, it's just not classy. any other intent: Same as how it is now, you splatter blood and gore, you uncultured swine. Oh, and you still only get one chunk of the good stuff. Can even add the requirement to table the mob before skinning and cutting it.
  20. You'd need a forceful double grab on the hand from someone else to get fingers jammed into the sockets of an APC.
  21. There is an old pAI feature from the past that I really liked (Or maybe I saw it in CM and I want it ported over? Idk, it's pretty old) A pAI, if being held in a person, can scan then the same way as a medical scanner would, and display the results to the pAI. Or, ir a pAI is in chassis form, it can crawl over to people and scan them as wekk, displaying their health in the window. This would be a nice feature to have!
  22. Well, to be fair, I came back, disappeared until mid-June, and came back again. I just didn't announce myself when I came back a second...third...er...fourth...? When I came back again.
  23. Glorious. Absolutely glorious.
