He's pretty detailed and very investigative from my point of view as a moderate CCIA. He has the potential to being an excellent server moderator. Just change your job titles to Assistant and you're good. Unlike people's opinions on assistants, there's no shame in being assistants. It's mechanically the same as Visitors. You can just ask for a job as Assistant. Visitors are just 'visiting' the station, not coming to take the job as most people thought. Off duty personnel can still come and take a break. They can be given a job during emergencies. It's really self-explanatory.

It's Teamspeak 3 + Skype. It's kinda good to keep in contact with the servers. Generally most SS13 servers uses it.
