I looked at Carver's Format... And others. Fuck it. I like Carver's Format & Aurora Records Format. I would like to suggest a Universal Record Format ICly while establishing an Official Record Format OOCly. I prefer to set an Universal (Official) Security, Medical, and Employment record format for ALL RECORDS similar to this. Well, actually ALMOST fits like this. Why? As I look between records, some are messed up or narrative story of how said character endured this and that and got his degree for his hard work without his parents.
