Hi, thanks for applying. First I'd like to note that Konyang IPC are made by the government that monitors their numbers. They are not designed by individuals. That said, IPC ownership was perfectly legal while it was part of the Alliance, and Konyang became independent only a year or two ago, so you're fine on that part, they can be owned if you'd like. What exactly are the Port Training Inputs? How did Titan get treated while on his time with Ishida? Did he get memory wiped as a punishment? How do they feel about Tau Ceti and how do they get treated there?

By playing, you will also have met people who will hopefully come to comment on your future application. This will good enough proof for me if you could get a few community members to support it. It's the only way I can accept you back. I don't think it's weird. It's within my prerogative to ask you to play the game after you've been whitelist stripped, then come back with an application without having spent any time in game since.

Yes, you can play Mobius. It's not in the rules, but there's no rule saying we can't put that limitation, so it's still within our powers. Yes, your playtime can be tracked as long as you don't delete your characters you've been playing with. It is not about your application, it is about us wanting to see if there will be any incidents and if we can trust you again with a whitelist. I'd say four weeks playtime would be a fair timeframe.

Hi. First of all, we're not going to accept the application if you apply with Mobius. It's the character that was in the centre of the contention that led to your whitelist being stripped in the first place, so I'm asking if you could make a new backstory. We have denied applications of new players who have not played enough. It's usually people who are brand new, but the reasoning is the same in that we need to see how they play so that we can trust them with a whitelist. You yourself as well as the logs said you have no meaningful playtime since you came back, so you will have to make a character that is not Mobius and play for a few weeks before reapplying.

Hi, thanks for your application. The issue with the backstory is that it doesn't really say much about the character. What is their job? Who are these owners and why do they constantly keep wiping them? Purchasing freedom takes years for an IPC so them getting memory wiped immediately seems a bit odd, and while possible, this narrative theme doesn't really allow for you to show how the character grew or anything more meaningful when it comes to life experiences. Now to the other questions. I just want to mention that this is false, unless you meant the owner assaulting them. IPC are very expensive pieces of equipment and damaging one is like destroying someone's expensive car, so it's a bit of an important deal. This is also not true in the game, you need to do something very bad like murder, mutiny or corporate espionage In general, we'd like these answers to be more specific on some core elements of the species, like self preservation, datapacks, etc. that show some more understanding of the lore. I suggest reapplying with all this in mind, and with a new, more "conventional" background through which you can more easily portray a character, some core information on them, and how they evolved in a human dominated space up to how they finally reached the Horizon. But for now, I'll have to deny this application.
