Alberyk
While I have seen you do well in game, I must say that a couple of the ooc interactions I had with you were not something I would consider friendly or productive. Spoiler This comment on the relay ooc was really out of nowhere and felt like provoking people for no reason. No one was talking about this and you just came out of nowhere. Now, this was a long ago and people did talk to you about this. I did not think of anything else about this. Until this happened under the very same similar circumstances: Once again, no one talking about homophobia or anything. So far, those two interactions came accross to me as very mean spirited and far from trying to grasp any issue you have with the lore in a productive manner. I am really unsure if this behavior is going to help create dialogue or solve any possible issue we have. You never tried to contact me to talk about the worries you have with lore, instead you just decided to do those two jabs. I also said several times I am more than willing to talk with people about any issue they have. While people did talk to you about this, I think this is also important in this application, because we should take ooc behavior in consideration in regards to the staff whitelist. Link to comment
WickedCybs
CMO as a role makes it really hard to notice good aspects of command play, they tend to be more occupied with their department than the station at large, however Faye seems to run their department rather well in normal operations. Haven't really been watching them during rounds with a major crisis much (but rounds these days are rarely actiony tbh) beyond an incident where there was only them and a pharmacist during a situation with a lot of wounded people. They seemed to properly delegate, even recruited and led willing crew that wished to help medical due to their lack of numbers. The round ended favourably for the crew, likely due to their actions to a large extent as command was not very filled that round. This is all that comes to mind for now, been taking a sort of break lately. Link to comment
Waff-AI
Faye is an excellent medical player(and her other departments, really, but medical seems the most pertinent as it's the one I've seen the most of during the whitelist). She's extremely knowledgeable, extremely willing to teach, and, most importantly of the bunch, she's very willing to learn. She's been of immeasurable help, such as during conflict-heavy changeling or autotraitor rounds, and has been extremely willing to take advice and course corrections during her trial. Out of character, she is all the same and more, and a really pleasant person to talk to. She's also been very supportive of my own characters, and has offered a lot of invaluable advice for when I ever get around to playing medical, especially in the aspect of making it seem like less of a massive, stressful challenge. Now it's only stressful! Very, very good applicant. +1! Link to comment

In those screenshots, I only wished to create conversation and touch on something that discomforts me within Tajara lore. I was and am not trying to attack you or the lore itself, and in fact I rather like the rest of Tajara lore with it’s examination of the life of the average citizens in the various factions and their goings-on. As you said in your reply, someone has already spoken to me about this and I do not plan to make further comments about Tajara lore. Link to comment
Aticius
While I can't speak to Faye's medical competence, They certainly play a pretty significant presence within medical, and a regular take-charge member of Command, when needed. I think they're nice, and would like to see them some more. +1 Link to comment
SinfulBehaviors
I can speak to her medical competence. As Azzam I've ended up in surgery a few times and died on the table more often than not. In one round, despite some pretty bad damage, Sanaa quickly and efficiently patched me up and got me back to work. I've played with her CMO a few times, and I really enjoyed the character. She seemed to be good at her job too. +1. Link to comment
Zer0Winds
I can say that I was in a round with them and they handled everything well for the most part. I didn't see them much but there was also an emergency situation and being a CMO, in a crisis, and everything goes well, especially while comms are down, they are doing something right. And when I did see them, they RPed well, and they in general were an asset to the station. I can say this is an easy +1 Link to comment
