During a particularly long deadhour round, the hot drinks machine in the captain's office broke. no engineers noticed it, and there was no captain either.

As a result, the machine pelted chauncey with various hot drinks for over an hour, slowly wearing him down and spreading a thousand cups across the floor

 

But there's only so much one fox can take, and when he wandered too close, one must have hit him between the eyes. While he lay there unconscious he was beaten to death by a steady onslaught of ceramic hot coco mugs.

 

this did not stop. Some say his rotting corpse is still pelted by coco mugs to this day

Why does this moment deserve a spot in the Hall Of Fame?:

It was an interesting thing that ocurred from random interactions and provided entertainment for those observing. It's the first time i've ever seen a vending machine kill anything.

Ehh, yes they where pelted for a hour and it was sad, i think it was a merc round and you all where busy defending agenced my assault
