I don't bother to read a single word and give out +1's for promises of ERP. It's netted me quite a few steamy sessions by now.

But in reality, I do read them, though they only get a really thorough close-up read if I see something I don't like. I always find the OOC responsibilities question to be the most interesting as far as answers go.

Well, usually depends on my freetime, some of my feedback can just be a personal verdict with some info on how I reacted to them either from gameplay standpoint or if I find glaring issues. Alternatively, there have been some apps I've given some in-depth feedback, usually to people I like or have delightful experiences with.

I like to read the backstory and get a general feel of their attitude towards being whitelisted. It is important to know that they will take it seriously and not just screw over an entire department (or worse, station) whenever they play.

My usual mentality with any application ever is that, I get to know the person before commenting on their app. At which point, I only skim it over to see if it matches what I've noted thus far. If yes, that's enough. If not, then I look further into it.

For me it's situational.

If I recognize the player, I'll judge them based upon what I've noticed.

If I don't I'll read everything in the app.
