Poison Gas Tooth [1 dismissal]

It'll be a traitor implant costing some arbitrary amount of TC.

You put it in yourself, and you gain a Bite-Down verb. This makes you bite down on the tooth, which releases a one-tile cloud of cyanide infront of you, suitable for either accidentally running into or for assassinating Baron Harkonnen the Captain. The target will take 5-6u of cyanide, killing them in a short manner if medical isn't super nearby, and you will take 3u of cyanide, which will leave you in a pretty debilitated state if you aren't prepped.

This is probably something that would kill off a person instantly and many of the moderation team, administration team, and even some of the playerbase will heavily discourage it because you would have to "RP" it out slowly and such. I would be fine if it becomes some mental breakdown for a plenty duration of time.

Although, let's face reality for a bit. If you bite down on the tooth, wouldn't you inhale the gas itself and eventually die?

Yeah, I posted my concerns about this in Discord.

No matter how many threads/videos you post about it being a real life thing is not going to help sway it in my opinion. Not everything that is honestly used to kill someone without warning should be added to the game to do just that. It would be nice if it was a paralyze or a mental breakdown and not just lol cyanide.

I think if this had cyanide gas in it, it should generate a cloud of the stuff around you when you use it. It's not intended to be used as a weapon, it's intended to kill anyone adjacent to you and take them down with you.

Like a less destructive version of the ninja deadman's switch.

If you bite down on gas tooth and release the gas from within your mouth, you will inevitably breath in the gas yourself.

It is pretty pointless to store lethal gas in a tooth and expect not to breath it in

Well, there is no reasonable way where you would breath in less of the toxin that is stored in your mouth than the target next to you.

So you´d be dead and the taget next to you might be dead ?

I sorta thought that was the idea! It's no different, really, than implanting yourself with an explosive implant, only poison themed.

The suggestion by the op is to store the gas inside a tooth.

When activated it will poison and very likely kill the person they are standing infront of and leave the person using the tooth with partial toxin damage and a good chance to survive if they prepare themselfs.

I can see this as a suicide tool, that will take you down and might poison the people next to you.

But not as a tool to gas someone with cyanide gas that is coming out of your mouth and possibly get away with it.
