Removing the regulation as a whole would have adverse effects, for the reasons that have already been stated in this thread, however Jackboot's idea if reinforcing the fact that you need a warrant before placing this charge on someone is the optimal outcome here. I'm in favour of this.

Okay, I've looked over the logs of the round and done some digging. And in short; the terms in which you killed Amelia Flynn do fall under ganking. She saw you, and told you to be careful because there were carps in departures, to which you responded by immediately downing her and beating her to death on sight, weather you meant to outright kill her or not, there wasn't any kind of escalation between the two of you for this. Despite your reasons for wanting to kill her, which were fine, the way you went about it is what earned you this warning: With this taken into account, the warning is valid. Keep in mind that a warning is not the end of the world, it's simply a guideline to pay more mind to something in future to prevent a repeat of the situation. I will leave this thread open for the reporting player's response, in case there is anything else you wish to say.

I appreciate the feedback, it presented me with some good questions to ask myself. I'm aware that the backstory is fairly weak at the moment, and the main reason for this is that there hasn't been much room for development after leaving home to work in Human space, due to the fact that I've not played the character yet or had any chance to simulate interactions onboard the Exodus. If you would like, I can modify the backstory a bit to incorporate having already been working in Human space for some time to add a bit more personality in that aspect. Unfortunately a trait that commonly comes into play for me is that I tend to keep things vague outside of IC interactions, and while I do have a backstory built up further than what I've written down, it's hard to bring a lot of that to words. As for going deeper into the reasoning for wanting to work as a Shaft Miner; the entire aspect of it had always been where the character would be more comfortable. The tranquility of being out on the asteroid sealed away from what's going on outside of the suit, exploring and harvesting the caves. If more work is needed to be put into the application, I understand, and I am happy to do so within the next couple of days when I can find the time to.

Every interaction I've had with Ezuo, OOC and IC, has shown them as a good candidate for a Head whitelist. Zero complaints regarding conduct when it comes to RP and teamwork, which are essential traits to have, and they definitely pull it off to a high standard. As for skill in specific departments, they've shown for themself as being one of the few to truly master Medical, and a good eye for tactics in Security. +1

Prior to the permanent antag ban was placed, you had been previously warned, and banned for other instances of poor antagonist play And, this ban itself: With these things taken into account, and your own words here; I advise disabling your preferences for things like Traitor, and others you aren't confident in until you feel you are more confident that you'll be able to follow the epiphany of being a better antagonist that you set yourself.
