  1. Afraid we're going to have to deny this due to inactivity. I understand where you come from, but activity is generally a big part of the criteria. As seen here https://forums.aurorastation.org/viewtopic.php?f=27&t=4198 - "What we mean by this is activity on the server, and having some sort of understanding of what's going on. A moderator who doesn't play, and simply ghosts or lobby-sits isn't necessarily someone who's in touch with how things feel IC. And a moderator who doesn't touch the server/forums is even more out of touch." You're free to re-apply at any point should we open back up, but activity is something that should be further addressed beforehand. Application denied.

  3. Alright, after discussing this with some other staff, and looking over your notes: I'm unfortunately going to have to deny the appeal. Please feel free to try again in two months, but avoid spamming the thread next time. I understand you're willing to improve, and such, but there is only so far that can go when you have consistently done the same thing. Please take note of what Alb said last time you were banned for a similar thing: (https://forums.aurorastation.org/viewtopic.php?f=42&t=6499&p=64585#p64585) Appeal denied. Again, you can re-appeal this in two months.
  4. https://aurorastation.org/rules.html I'll see what the others think and reach a decision later today.
  5. Hello. I'm currently unable to address this in my usual format due to being on a phone at the moment, but since you have bumped the thread four times over the course of a day, I'll adress it now without displaying notes, and post them later today. Your notes seem to be a consistent stream of causing problems as a non-antag, and proceeding to kill yourself or bite your own hand off when arrested by Security. You were already banned three times(?) for this, each time telling the handling mod to fuck off or something along those lines. Unfortunately I cannot really unban you a second time when you have proven to consistently do the same thing, unless you provide some indication that you are willing to change. Have you taken the time to read the entirety of the server rules, and are you certain you are able to start following them?
  6. Application accepted after a successful trial. Welcome back.
  7. Please follow the staff complaints format: https://forums.aurorastation.org/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=22 Warning in question: I'll forward this to Exia, and a post will be made shortly.
  8. Ban lifted. Archiving.
  9. The ban was placed about three months ago and you have no other notes on record, so I'll be lifting this ban later today.
  10. The ban was initially placed after a long string of run-ins with staff, and other players, seen here: But that is all almost a year in the past, and your attitude seems to have improved greatly to what it may have been in November. While your second chance was unfortunately already expended in September of last year, I am more than happy to give you one more. Ban lifted, thank you for appealing.
  11. Trial started on August 25, 2017, and will end in one month on September 25.
  12. For reference, here are your notes over the course of one month, in full.
  13. Trial started on August 14, 2017, and will end in one month on September 14.
  14. Alright. We've talked this over and landed on a yes, the name is fine. I'll go ahead and modify the note to account for this to prevent any future misunderstandings, and the name has been set to Kunta X serverside. Apologies for the misunderstanding, thanks again for bringing this here.
  15. Hi. I'm honestly personally all for allowing this, it's by no means an unrealistic name, or directly against the rules regarding character names. At the same time though, single letter names aren't usually allowed. I'll have a chat with some other admins and we can come to a conclusion shortly. Thank you for bringing this to attention.
  16. Here is the full ban reason in your player notes: Alongside a previous note regarding self-harm. I'm willing to lift this, given the fact that your record is otherwise clean, and the ban has been in place for almost four months. Please read the server rules and avoid future mishaps. Appeal accepted.
  17. Application accepted after a successful trial. Welcome to the team.
  18. For reference, here's the initial ban on the database: This was, as you said, nearly three years ago, so I see no reason not to accept the appeal. Keep in mind that if a repeat of these actions comes up, another ban may be applied. Do note, also, this job-ban from Security (if it is still active) will need to be appealed separately if you wish to do so: With that said, appeal accepted, the server ban has been lifted.
  19. I recently received a PM on Discord from the subject of this complaint requesting a Security jobban as a result of this complaint. The grenade was primed before Wood Burns retained any incoming attack logs, but after he initially discharged his firearm on civilians. With that said, a jobban from Security roles has been applied, and will remain in place until appealed.
  20. With that said, the note has been expunged. I'd like to thank you for bringing this to light, and apologize for any inconveniences. The thread will remain open for 24 hours before being archived in-case there is anything left to be said.
  21. Heya, I'll be handling this complant. I had a talk with Ezuo regarding this incident, and he will be posting his piece shortly regarding what we spoke about. For now here are the PM logs, as well as the note that is currently on-record.
  22. Hey there, regarding my side of the complaint, it seems like AgentWhatever had gone into the round with intent to peacefully trade, and when they realized this wasn't going to happen, and that the Mercenaries were on their way to kill the Raiders, turned to the station crew for safety. However, you do make a good point, team antags should usually work as a team, and I am not seeing any agreement at the start of the round in AOOC; it seemed the heisters ended up going with trading as an OOC plan but things changed. It does seem that the choice to defect likely was OOCly motivated based on logs, so I'll have a word with them about trying to stick to the team, within reason, in a team-based gamemode in situations like this one. If the defecting had more buildup, sure, but as the complaint states;
