That may be a large redflag as to how we work here. Cross Departmental jobs usually have extreamly different degrees and job titles, its extreamly unlikely that a Medical Doctor would be assigned as a Janitor or Cargo Tech. I really can't see a 34 year old having enough degrees to work in Science, Medical, and still have time to work in some service job. I highly suggest making some other characters to fill those positions as you're likely to get bwoinked by one of us if you don't. Onto the application, Its solid (Minus the previous topic).

Hi there, It is understandable if you accidentally kill yourself a few times while learning mechanics, and if you do so, staff team is more than happy to help you out and give you a rejuv. We can't really do that if you log out as soon as it happens though! I'm willing to lift this ban, but I need a promise from you, if something goes wrong you won't just log out as soon as it happens. Usually if it is something ban worthy, and you log out mid-issue, a 3-day ban can turn into a permanent ban very quickly.

Do not use the cyborg chargers as an IPC, you are not a lowly cyborg, you have hands. You can finger the APC's instead. Emergency doors arn't dangerous,you go through them even if there are inflatable doors and walls in front of it. If you really want to be safe, just pop on a soft suit or a mask and bust through it, no one will care! If a Airlock door isn't working when the shuttle docks, be sure to push through the Engineers opening it, you are a brave and important assistant, you can open it.

Ethan, I also have to say, I've experienced your other characters now, and have found similar problems that I had with Ethan. I feel Muncorn hit the nail on the head. I would like to add, its only been 3 days since originally application was declined, and most of the things that you were asked to change wern't really changed. I believe you really should take a good week or two, and think about all the suggestions and complaints that were addressed in this thread.

If I may suggest, I'd add your other characters aswell, you may get better responses if you do so. From what you have written, it looks like Ethan is your only character. For the application, I have to say, it is a bit edgy for my taste. Alas, that is just my opinion, it was alright overall. Nothing ground breaking, but its fine. As for a rating, I am going to stay neutral. The intereactions I have had with Ethan have been... poor, so to speak. I feel if you add some characters that I have had pleasent intereactions with, i'll give you a rating.

I like this idea, though it does the leave a problem for the Non-lethal detaining of IPC's, from my understanding, pepper spray is the only thing that can be used against IPC's due to it being a bug (Or Intentional on devs part) but Pepper spray is /extremely/ difficult to use in most situations. I feel in addition to this, there should be some extensions to the existing equipment, I can see a Stun-baton or Taser temporarily shorting out an IPC, knocking them down, much like how a circuit being filled with too much power would cause an influx in it, and cause problems. At the moment, Pepper spray and Rubber rounds are one of the few ways to take down an IPC without greatly harming it or killing it. Other than that, I fully endorse this.

If security is killed by antags, the job to kill them falls to Engineering. If engineering is killed, Research, then cargo, then Janitorial staff, if you follow this out of order you will be banned for valid hunting, no exceptions. All other Heads of Staff should ignore the RD, they are unimportant, and can shove their multiple PHD's somewhere.

You must call Tajara Catbeasts, Unathi Liggers, IPC's Toasters, and Skrell Squids. If you play a female character that is a doctor or nurse, you must be lesbian. If you play a Catbeast, you must find a group/harem, if you do not, you are a social outcast. If you don't like someone and you are a Head of Staff, make them fill out paperwork for EVERYTHING. Don't gank the mice You must pick up the maintenance drones and put them on your head any time you see them, if they run away, the only punishment is destruction.

I was actually thinking of using that as a sort of 'character ark' if the app is accepted. What I had planned was for them to have moved away from being security, and not have been in contact with their clan, they would have probably lied to their employer about what they were planning on doing something security related (I.E taking another security job/etc.), and probably wouldn't have told their clan of their leaving, so they probably wouldn't know much of what happened to them. Later on, I planned on having someone from the clan finding out, and returning/telling the clan that they had lied to them, maybe have them tried and exiled from the clan itself. As for an endgoal, i'm sure eventually they will become Guwan.

Sharp has not only proven themself to be a great mod, but also an exceptional roleplayer. I'll keep this short, as most of the good things that i've seen have already been said, and I don't want to be more redundant than I am normally, Backstory is phenomenal, character itself is cliche, but honestly when a lot of the playerbase is the catbeast Tajara, that's understandable. I have no doubt they will play a Tajara wrongly, so overwhelming +1 (also no trash on my station)

I completely understand the "Don't really go much into detail" thing you mentioned, I really wanted to avoid sounding repetitive, and had trouble doing so because of my last two applications. I felt that I should just get to the point, instead of adding my normal useless fluff this time, to see how it would work out. I'm usually not the best "Long paragraph" writer, as I get 'tunnel vision' way too quickly, and go off on tangents (Like I am doing now). As for the 'Diverted path' part, the influence from an outside source was somewhat intentional, it was one of those things that just got added in from the not very helpful tunnel vision I mentioned a second ago! It ended up being something I kept in there, because it added a bit more 'unf' to their backstory, so yes, it was mostly intentional!

I do have to say, I did enjoy checking the forums every day during the event to see what was posted in the news area. It made the event feel a lot larger, like there were things happening outside of our little station, not just focused on us but the whole system.
