^ Don't know who you were with in this one, but no logs of another nuke op anywhere in sight leads me to believe you weren't talking with another nuke op. Here I prove that it wasn't just as a joke with nuke ops. You said "haha" exactly 33 times throughout the entire round; 5 of those in-a-row. When you're constantly going "dank", "runescape", "haha", and "fam" throughout the entire round, it's extremely difficult to believe that spouting round-long memes wasn't your objective.

I mean, generally we want to approve items that mean something to the character in a way that it can be used to tell a story. For example, Jaylor's turtleneck, Rai's fixed labcoat, Lua's chip, etc. As long as it tells us something about the character and will be something that the player can use to make RP, then that's all I ask for. I'm not quite sure a black labcoat tells us anything about Lilith.

Yup. It applies to antags too. Nuke ops running around as something stupid like Vocaloid or Kaz Miller will get bwoinked for trying to play us like a damn fiddle. Antags aren't exempted from the naming rule.

Alright, now that we have most of our current accepted items complete and awaiting update, I'm willing to accept your app. This'll be moved to the Accepted sub here. Keep an eye out for your thread in case a developer needs to contact you for information on the item.

Not only is this extremely non-sensical ("I blew up a singularity. I am hero. Therefore the company for SOME reason decided to gift me a SWORD" because that's literally how it does not work), but you won't be permitted with weapons on-board even if they are dulled, and therefore means there's no reason for the character to bring this item on-board. Application denied. If you still want a custom item, then post an app for an item that makes sense to bring to work. Take a look through the archive if you want a better idea on what people have applied for that got accepted.

I won't lie, we've dropped the ball on that. There's really no special conditions or anything. It's just more of faulty judgement calls and the fact that in notes we usually add things like "Ban on next offense" or something. Sometimes, staff (including myself) will not notice that until after they've informed the player of a punishment, and they decide to give them one, last chance so that we don't turn around and go "actually, you're banned". We'll learn from this so we can apply it in the future. With that note, I'll be locking the thread, and will unlock it on the 17th once Techno has been unbanned.

We (administration) will not be taking any sort of action on this until the 17th which is when Techno will be unbanned from the forums where he will be able to defend himself on this matter without the use of a middle man, and then administration will take this matter into consideration.
