I am awfully stupid and just realized I forgot to label this as resolved. The issue was already talked out between the complainer and its target, and they reached agreeable grounds. This complaint is resolved and will now be locked and archived.

As it stands, your character is not head of staff material. One of the reasons being heads of staff must be minimum 30 years old. QM to Warden isn't really that big of a switch since they're management positions, with one being a Civilian one (that requires no other requirement than passing an intro management course) and the other one being a Security one (whose requirements can be achieved by a believable character in college); meaning that these two positions still create a believable character. Now, QM>Warden>Xenoarcheology> Robotics is a huge step. Would you please PM me more information about the person? I'll see what we can do about it.

I'm not sure I understand the tone of your post. Do you recognize it as metagame, or do you still disagree? I'm not sure yet, really! I would prefer to wait until I hear Serveris because of the fact that carp can spawn in places where you won't know they're there until you go out in EVA. Which creates lurking dangers for engineers. I'm sorry, I really wish I could've said something, but I just couldn't see the metagame. Some HoSes handle things differently, and it's just how the HoS that shift decided to handle the carp situation. If other staff had told me something differently in msay, then I totally would've said something to them.

Due to a head of staff whitelist being called into question, Dea Tacita and myself will be taking over this complaint instead of Bakagaijin and Doomberg. We will wait for a rebuttal from Direwolf20 before rending any form of verdict.

After having a talk with Dea Tacita on the issue, we have both agreed to remove your whitelist, and place a restriction. You will not be able to re-apply for a head of staff whitelist for a week; starting today on May 27th, and ending on June 3rd. After June 3rd, you are free to apply for a head of staff whitelist again, and if you do, then Dea and I expect you to bring this issue up on your application in order to tell us how you learned from it. I will leave this thread open until tomorrow before locking and archiving.

Remain on-topic. Deviation from topic will result in deleted comments, and further exacerbating the issue will, at worst, result in the thread being locked with no consideration for feedback until Dea and myself come to a unanimous decision on what we personally know about the applicant. As an additional note, in order to clarify things, there's no issue with the characters being put in your list of characters, but if Dea and/or myself tell you "Don't play X character as a head of staff until you can make them seem more command-worthy to us", then abide by it. Like Dandy on Jboy's, if you think there's a character that the applicant should not play as a head of staff, then PM Dea Tacita and myself, and we'll get it squared out with the applicant in private if we decide to approve the application. Also, please get along, and reduce the amount of back-and-forth between non-applicants. This is for feedback on the applicant. I'd rather see the applicant defend themselves than others jumping in to their rescue.

Dea and I will be taking this complaint as opposed to Baka or Doom. We're going to wait for Draculabot's rebuttal on the issue so that it can be discussed before rending a verdict.
