Can you tell me where exactly you're getting this information, because this is not the case at all nor has it been for a long time.

I agree about the custom set sprites being harmful in terms of being able to adjust any of the shuttles, AFAIK the Spark, Intrepid, and Canary are the only three shuttles in the entire code that use sprites like this, while everything else is like the rest of the game of just normal walls/windows. This isn't to say I don't like the sprites I think they are awesome and I'd love to have them, but going forward maintaining them isn't really feasible. Also, from my experience the custom sprites cause weird behavior such as the cockpit not being able to be breached via the glass windows? I think it just gets blocked by all the randomly sizes bits and pieces of the custom tiles, just anecdotal though. Doesn't help that the spriter that made them to begin with left that position a long time ago as well

Bear basically explained it perfectly here, keep in mind as stated during this round Bear even asked staff chat what should be said in this case, multiple mods/admins agreed with this denial to fight the Horizon. The SFA is not meant to be an attacking vessel, except for tiny shuttle or small civilian crafts, getting a giant warning shot toward you and then fleeing at high speeds across the sector is the right play and should be left at that. Coming back multiple times and then wanting to fire back after half the round doesn't really make sense, and might even be seen as not wanting to preserve your character's life. Leaving this open for a day for any further questions, otherwise no wrong doing from Bear here.

I will lift it, keep in mind it's against the rules to be antagonistic in ahelps, and also straight up telling me you're going to just ignore what I'm saying and break the rules is a very bad look. Originally I was going to leave it there but considering there isn't a guarantee a staff member would be on, should you chose to follow through with your message of attacking the Spark without any RP whatsoever I decided to just nip it with a ban. Be mindful in the future.

Acetrea is a close friend of mine who I helped introduce into Aurora and SS13 in general, she quickly grew into learning how to RP in an HRP server and make multiple characters. Years later I'm happy to see her apply for another species and have no doubt she couldn't learn the lore, as shown above. I'm excited to see another Diona player too! +1

Observed a round where a doppelganger Manuel Barros was antag and I think you handled it very well. The gimmick was able to play out and led to the silly bit near the end of aiming the gun between the two trying to figure out which was the "real" Barros. +1

I appreciate the concern, and I do agree my antag play in the past has been very lackluster, and even had a warning for it. I have since then moved on to either not playing antag or waiting for a specific engaging idea before enabling my prefs for one. As for my characters being not worthwhile or meaningful to talk to for hours... I'm not sure what you mean by that as I can't say we've interacted IC much at all outside my bad antag play ages ago. I have no intention of abusing command power to shut down antag gimmicks, I've always loved to try to help them escalate in a reasonable way, and especially being a moderator now it would really be dumb to pull something like that?

They serve a functionality as well, like communicating with their department and other heads of staff, which include their department too. They determine code levels and how to best determine them during each round, and even talking with staff on why a code level is warranted. I think that Command players hold a similar responsibility to Staff members, which I am one. It's a role that I take very seriously OOC and want to further pursue IC as a command role. I find it very important to be able to understand each role taken as command to be able to explain to any subordinate how they should work their job.
