A synth changeling would work completely differently anyhow and be a huge damn headache. I like what you have here so far.

I'm unsure if you've seen how most mech fights pan out, but that Gygax is going to get absolutely destroyed. Esspecially if an ion is on the feild, wich at this point feels like standard weaponry despite there only being one on the feild at any given time. Just the act of moving while the gygax speed boost is active literally brings the mech closer to death. I have seen mechs beat to death by maglights.

Just a question, any way to give the 'lesser' ninjas the old ninja rig sprites? I quite liked those. If not all of them, at least the one that had the lower-cost cloak.

Yes thanks.

Yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes Now I can have really janky tacticool confrontations that require teamwork. Theoretically the number of slots opened by admins when they are called should be indirect relation to the threat at hand. So if it's a full on cultapalooza we get 8, but if it's jhonny mctraitorseed we get like 2-3. I'm extremely gosh darn excited for this. Thought: What if they spawn on the upper left corner of the asteroid?

Security (And other roles) Less Likely to Become Antag

Nowhere in the OP does it exclude off-station antags, either. -
Security (And other roles) Less Likely to Become Antag
Itanimulli replied to BurgerBB's topic in Archive
I'd not go so far as to just outright nerf the antag chances. Maybe traitor chances; have it select people a tad less. The biggest issue I see with this blanket change is the additional decreasing-ing of off-station antags. No point in this happening. Basically: Traitor sec is annoying, but it shouldn't mean someone who is security should not also be able to be equally eligible for ninja as everyone else. -

Please please please please please be a zheng hu who does the exact same thing as before. Also, I kinda want to know what simon and resi think o this backstory. -
Soon the Tup will be omilingual crackshots who can snipe you from three lightyears away by homing in on your brainwaves via telepathy without bluespace while using attack slimes to fend off the Lii'dra in tandem with C'thur warforms crafted from genemodded unathi.

[+1 dismissal]Curtailing IPC Authority

Tag as in the shift-click thingamajig? And if they want to not do laws don't play a fuckin' owned IPC lmfao. This could also be big for company lore. Lets say, for some strange reason, a G2 still owned by Hephaestus is on lease to the server. Well, now it operates under a slightly different NT lawset because of it's faction. Or Meth-Hu. Or Nanomed. You get it. Essentially your faction tells you how to behave, and clicking 'other' makes you have to abide by NT anyways. -

Well then we need visual identifiers that let people know if a human was raised by tajara or not. Anyhow, IPCs are essentially indentured servants. If they've become free, it's because they've literally paid themselves off ten times over, been checked for personality flaws, ect ect. If anything, there should be 'laws' on owned IPCs that restrict them from preforming certain actions. Yes, I know, like borgs, but if they work on an NT station there is no reason they shouldn't come with an NT lawset. The only difference between a bound and unbound vaurca is the name (and color, but it's very minor and only for nerds with 4k monitors), yet it's very clear to people the difference simply because of how they act. Regardless of how they seem to be perceived, a malfunctioning IPC is swatted down like a fly. They get much less room than Mr. Ex-Sol PTSD breakdown. There is a unspoken method of dealing with IPCs, but imo it's only blurred by baselines that have too much expression. I made an owned IPC that is basically an NT propaganda machine. Then again, there is a point I utilize in custom item submissions: If it is visible, it will be brought up ICLy. I would be fi ne with a textual identifier, something you shift-click, but atm I'm attempting to fathom what you could possibly put on an owned IPC. -

This is somewhat infuriating. Why do we let Unathi be HoS? They can't be trusted with their own planet. Why do we let Tajaran's be HoS? They often times have very backwards political views that don't align with modern times. I don't even see IPC HoS that often. I could understand if it was a complaint over and IPC captain, but this is security. I also don't think there should be a visual identifier for free/not free. You should have to go to lengths to figure that our for yourself. I'm somewhat surprised that your first justification was changeling, when it seems the entire community is adverse to the roundtype in the first place. If you're exclusively going after the HoS, you need a better strategy. They're loyalty implanted anyhow. You're just setting yourself up for failure. This is just one more step in the 'IPC bad plz nerf' trend that has thankfully been dying off. Besides, Centurion is cool as fuck and I really don't see a reason to take that from them. -
Imo ricochet should be a feature of most weapons.

I do.

I can. I exploited a game mechanic in a manner that it wasn't intended to. I will still attest it was not for malicious reasons, but it was wrong, and actions have consequence. I'm unsure about behaviour, however, though I have at one point disregarded rp in favor if setting people on fire. I also need to put forth effort into commiting to my readying (instead of cryoing roundstart) and ahelping when I need to get leaving.

BYOND Key: itanimulli Total Ban Length: permanent Banning staff member's Key: alberyk Reason of Ban: Bug exploitation combined with uncontested warnings/notes. Reason for Appeal: Eugh, it's come to this. Well, I'll not complain, but I will say that an attempt will be made to clarify each and every little thing I find wrong, as leaving sleeping dogs to lie has lead to them all waking up at once, so to speak. Here's to putting forth ample effort into completely understanding Arurora's...everything. It's been a journey, from learning the real definition of a gank, to learning to avoid anything that faintly smells of a bug. With new tools in hand, I shall march onwards, and, hopefully, once more in the server. I'm requesting a formal unban. If my staff complaint has taught me anything, it's how to approach situations and, to a degree, the understanding of a lingering perception that I'm a troublemaker of sorts. I'll work to rectify this. I would like to make a very important statement: I am no liar, and I wish not to be taken as such. If something needs to be clarified, clarify it with me, as a lack thereof has caused too many issues in the past. There was a point in time where I wouldn't even touch the ahelp button because I thought that pressing it for something that wasn't an absolute emergency would get me chastised. No longer is this the case, and a variety of other things have become...more apparent, so to speak. I do hope you take this as genuine; nothing in this post is a joke or is remotely intended to be one. I leave the decisions in your hands...of course, as it's up to the administration to cast judgement on whether or not I am fit to rejoin the in-character antics of aurora once more in the first place.

[Resolved] Staff Complaint- Alberyk.
Itanimulli replied to Itanimulli's topic in Staff Complaints Archive
Sigh. What I said was what I meant. I wouldn't need to wait for something if I didn't think it existed. If there did not appear to be a cooldown, there was no way that I would answer yes to this question. That doesn't make sense. What other answer would I have provided? "Did you have to wait for a cooldown?" What answer would be appropriate if you didn't know it had a cooldown? Would you answer 'yes' if you knew a cooldown existed? I must know how to answer admins in the correct manner, or else I'm going to end up in this same stupid cycle of getting accused of lying, and I for one don't want to deal with that again. Sure, I'll make an unban appeal, but to try and catch me with these statements rubs me the wrong way. -
*cracks knuckles* Time for resprites. Let's take your description and do summin' summin' with it.

[Resolved] Staff Complaint - QueenOfYugoslavia
Itanimulli replied to Bath Salts Addict's topic in Staff Complaints Archive
I can live with this knowlege, but it'd be better if this was your initial justification in the first place and not all this other...everything. Timers are still borked, mehinks.
