We were watching you over the past few days/weeks and came to the conclusion that you didn't really change. Therefore this appeal will be denied. The ban was justified. Feel free to write another appeal in the future.

Once you were arrested you shouted at the officers and tried to gnaw your hand off. They flashed/stunned you, multiple times. They even put a muzzle and straightjacket on you to keep you from gnawing your hand off.
