It would takes ages, yes ages to filter the list, look if people spelled the names correctly, etc. It wouldn't be worth the effort, so we restricted it to heads of staff + a few other things.

It is, yes. However, Sleepy had countless complaints and even more notes about bad behaviour. And something that irks me is this: Yes, we are not serious all the time. However, during your trial you often PM'd people ":^)" to people. Which you shouldn't really do. You should have a certain level of seriousness. You managed to be serious the last time you applied, perhaps you'll surprise us again. But at the moment I can't give you the +1, so Ill remain neutral.
