Strings puts his hands up in front of his chest, waving them side to side, "Hold on. TALK to the bandits? Why would we waste our time with those brigands, if not to send their dirty souls to Lady Namira? We know it wasn't the dragon, we know where the dragon is. Let's just take care of the camp, and you can go back to your dragon hunting buddies and deal with the dragon at another time."
-
Strings stares off into Oblivion, only occasionally blinking his eyes. When he snaps out of his state, he starts to speak slowly, "So... That smell I was breathing in... Was the urine of a dragon?"
-
Strings motions to the rotten blood and viscera that coated his armour. "Tamira is right. Bandits, no animals. I think is most likely that the dragon has nothing to do with the missing people, and that the people were waylayed to whatever camp the dead one we found came from. If you would accept my musings, the four of us should look for the camp, and you should try and find the dragon's nest, liar, whatever they have."
-
Okay, apparently I was wrong. I guess I was thinking of a different code base with the same feature, but implemented a bit differently.

"Dragons used to be a fairy tale told to tiny Nords to keep them from trouble, but the harshness and sadness of a civil war was reality. Plenty of coin to be made helping the children and women forget their woes." Strings nods his head sagely near the end of sentence. "Beside, the appreciate of Argonians has always been bleak and colourless. The happiness of Mer and man is more appealing."
-
Strings blinks his eyes and hisses in thought for a moment. "Perhaps. I was given a name at birth, but I was meant for better things. I earned my name as a bard in Argonia, and only picked up a bow here in Skyrim. The Hist gave me a gift, and I used to to play beautiful music, and that game my fingers the strength for the bow." Strings ends his sentence with a wistful sigh, and holds his bag of fish open to the dark elf. "You sure you don't want some?" Tamira

Might i ask why, and what modifications you'd suggest to the plan. What if i waited around a bit at each incident until someone turned up to see me, muahaha'ed a bit at them, then teleported away? Antags are here to add to roleplay value. If you do everything in your power to not be noticed at all, you're just gonna tick people off by making more work for them. There isn't a rule about this, but if you do, do as described, you're gonna piss people off. Our chemist today spent half the shift sleeping in a locker, i think hiding inside lockers still works, at least for a significant portion of them Guess I was wrong about that, than. Phoebes everywhere scream in delight. I'd like to ask why about this too. Is it for reasons of RP/fairness? or for technical reasons. I've noticed the server lags out for several minutes when the supermatter delaminates. Is it okay to blow up SMES's, generators, monitoring console, etc? to what degree is sabotaging the power system okay? Id say both. Blowing up the SM Core causes a huge amount of lag the server over, and for reasons of fairness. It's all under the same rule as to why you can't take a tank transfer valve into the bar and blow up half the station. The SM core is like that on crack, because it blows up a large amount of the station, and gives EVERYONE on the station Z-Level radiation poisoning. SMES', while not protected by rules, is a sure fire way to piss people off, because they can't be repaired or remade. There aren't really any generators, unless you mean the solars, in which case, free game. Consoles are fine. You're free to do everything within reason, just don't blow up the SM core. If the spell works like the Scroll, you get a list exactly like a ghost would see when teleporting, and you can choose where to go from there.

"My name is Pluck-at-Strings, by vocation, Tamira. It appears Im the only one whose bothered to learn the names of their Shield Brothers and Sisters." He reaches into his fishy sack as he spoke, swallowing down another one to replace the one who left thrown up in the snow.
-
Strings sighs and spits the last of the bile that was coating his mouth. "Ugh. Well, that's one fish Ill never get back. And please stop calling me Scale-Skin, Ash-Elf, we both have names." He doesn't even look at Tamira while he speaks, he just calls the words out as he starts walking back to where they came.

Drusus Geolius, also known as Drusus Storm-Blood. He was born in the Imperial City to two Imperial parents, in between the end of the Oblivion Crisis and the dawning of the civil war in Skyrim. He was the model of normal life in Imperial land, or at least as normal as life could have been after the Crisis, and when he was a staunch young man, he joined the Legion just as many had the want to do. He expected to be able to fly through the ranks of the Legion with ease, but he found himself battered and beaten in the training fields time and time again. Before a decade was even done, he was about to be cast out of the military for his lack of martial skill, and there is only one reason he wasn't. He was able to steal the armour of a Legate, and waltz right into where the records of soldiers are kept, right passed other Legates, soldiers and guards. He changed his records, and though he'd get away clean. But that'd be a fever dream, he was caught seconds after changing the records, but instead of being tried, General Tulius had another idea for the man. He was taken and trained as an Imperial spy, and given one mission at the end of it. Take the mantle of Drusus Storm-Blood, and aid the Stromcloak rebellion against the Legion. The plan was to gather information and give it back to the Imperial Captain stationed in Helgen. But we all know what happens in Helgen.

Strings starts to cough and hack, launching up half digested fish bits up onto the bandit's corpse, "By Sithis that was a bad idea!" He yells out as the throws himself backwards onto his feet, covering the end of his snoot with both of his hands. "Ugh, let's get back to the others, a rotten bandit corpse and acid is some good information."

Job Minimum Requirements list is confusing and incomplete
Jboy2000000 replied to Nanako's question in Questions
I think the missing content and any other problems are because the wiki itself needs HUGE amounts of work, and the lore team, who are in charge of most, if not all, of the wiki have more things are their mind. The best person to answer this question would be Sierra, Id think since they touched on this kind of thing before. Hopefully they can poke their head in on this for you. -
As a general rule among the community, stealth antags who only cause mayhem and go to great lengths to not be seen ever are frowned upon. In the newest code update, I don't believe you can hide in lockers, unless it's been updated, which I am highly doubtful of, much to the dismay of Phoebes everywhere. Secondly, with the translation into the new map, touching the SM core is basically the same as the rule we used to have about touching the singularity on the old map. Don't. But now onto your questions. 1. Blink can teleport you into space. 2. You have a Scroll of Teleportation that can take you anywhere ghosts can TP too, but you're limited to those. 3. Theres no limit to animated object, or to how many times you can use the staff. 4. If you mean blink, you are limited to a range you can see, but you can teleport to places our characters can't currently see (behind walls, airlocks, etc.)and I don't think theres actually a 'teleport' spell. Some spells on the wiki don't exist, and we have some spells that aren't listed, this is because it's an old rip of an outdated wiki article. Nevermind, I was completely wrong on this. But, I don't know of the stipulations of the spell.

You can do exactly this by changing your OOC settings.

Strings hisses in spite and throws the corpse back down on the ground, giving a swift kick against the rotting skull. "Nevermind. Just a bandit. Probably killed within good reason, or by an animal." He stuffs the gems and gold into his own belongings. He starts sniffing and lapping his tongue at the air. "Theres something else here..." He gets down on his hands and knees, sniffing at the air as he tried to find the source of the acidic smell.

What Happened to the Rest of the World in Fallout?
Jboy2000000 replied to Jboy2000000's topic in Other Games
Project Safehouse was never meant to save people, they were meant to experiment on the unwitting American populace. Who cares if a few thousand Americans die, as long as the vaults experiments are all ready for the people coming in? At least, that would be my guess. -
Yeah, theres no reason for the EMT's to have a fire axe. Except for the reason they already said. The GOOD reason they already said.

What Happened to the Rest of the World in Fallout?

In the extended Lore, most of the OPEC nuked the fuck out of themselves to settle old feuds, so most of the Middle East looked like a fallout game long before 2077. Europe is going to be next after I clean up my version of the USSR. -
Strings gives the corpse a good look over, guessing first that a mace to the neck was the cause of death, but he also keeps looking for anything else that could be the cause of their death. He also yanks the pouches of their hips, opening them up and peeking inside once the body is rested against his shoulder. "In case this man wasn't a bandit, we should take them back to camp and bring them back into town later. Hopefully they don't have a family down there, but if they do..."
-
Strings runs over to Tamira, gazing over her shoulder at whatever she found. His eyes narrow as he looks onto the the corpse. He grabs the sack of fish from his waist and stuffs his maw into the the fabric and then ties the lip behind his head to cover the smell. He pushes pass the Dunmer as he attempts to unbury the corpse and haul it over one of his shoulders. "May his soul rest in... Sovngarde? Probably a Nord..."
-
Strings watches Tamira advance forward carefully, and when she kneels down next to a bush he runs through the snow recklessly in case the rotting flesh and whatever in Oblivion she's talking about coincide, and something is still making a meal of the carcass.
-
Strings shoot a glance at Tamira with his eyes and grabs an arrow from his quiver, nocking it into his bow. "Something in scaring away the wildlife. But the only tracks are going away from here. Are you thinking what I am thinking?"
-
Strings comes up to the side of Tamira, looking for smaller tracks, footprints, drag marks, snow that's lighter in one area than another. "Like the Nord said. It's unlikely a dragon would be behind this. Probably just assassins or bandits or vampires. Beside, we're not looking to pick a fight with the dragon, we're supposed to be looking for the villagers."
